Tiara United Towers

The Iris Bay is a 32-floor tower in the Business Bay in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 170 m (558 ft). Construction of the Iris Bay was expected to be completed in 2008 but progress stopped in 2011 and building is on hold. The reorganisation of the parent company in May 2012 has raised some hopes that work might restart. Construction commenced on the site in 2013 and completion is now expected in either late 2015 or early 2016.The tower is designed in the shape of an ovoid and comprises two identical double curved pixelated shells which are rotated and cantilevered over the podium. The rear elevation is a continuous vertical curve punctuated by balconies while the front elevation is made up of seven zones of rotated glass. The podium comprises 4 storeys with a double height ground level and houses retail and commercial space totaling 36,000 m2.The tower is also claimed to be environment-friendly.

The JW Marriott Marquis Dubai Hotel is the world's second tallest hotel, a 72-storey, 355 m (1,165 ft) twin-tower skyscraper complex in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The AED1.8 billion complex features a 1,608-room hotel run by Marriott International.

One Business Bay, or ONE by OMNIYAT, is a 35-storey skyscraper developed and owned by Omniyat. It is located on plot 001 at the northern Sheikh Zayed Road entrance of Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The building was designed by the German architectural consultancy Kling Consult GmbH. The tower has 1000 car park spaces spread among 3 basement floors and a five-floor podium. Each floor is larger than the previous, leading to its tapered form. Its 1st floor measures 774 m² and its 30th floor is 1,420 m². It was completed in 2011.

The Park Lane Tower is a mixed-use 37-floor tower in the Business Bay district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction of the Park Lane Tower began in 2007 and was completed in 2016. The tower contains both commercial space and a hotel, beginning on the 19th floor. The hotel has 200 rooms, two pools, restaurants and separate spas for men and women.

Business Bay (Arabic: الخليج التجاري, Arabic pronunciation: [alxaliːdʒ altidʒariː]) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE. It opened on 15 October 2010 along with four other intermediate stations on the Red Line.

Developed by the Al Habtoor Group, the complex comprises three residential skyscrapers and three luxury hotels. Positioned along the Dubai Water Canal, the project combines upscale living, hospitality, and entertainment facilities.

The Vision Tower is a 51-floor tower in the Business Bay in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 260 m (853 ft). Construction of the Vision Tower was completed in January 2011.

The Dubai Japanese School (DJS) or Japanese School in Dubai (ドバイ日本人学校, Dobai Nihonjin Gakkō, Arabic: المدرسة اليابانية في دبي) is a Japanese curriculum school located in the Al Wasl area in Dubai. The Northern Association of Japanese Community established the school in 1980. The school is in proximity of Jumeira Beach. The pink-colored building is adjacent to the Modern High School campus.Fumiyoshi Suzuki, the principal, stated in 2009 that almost all graduates of his school go back to Japan to go to high school.

The Al Tayer Tower is a 59-floor residential tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Its location along Sheikh Zayed Road gives it close proximity to Downtown Dubai (the district that includes the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall) and Business Bay. The design of the tower was completed in 2005, but ground works did not begin until Spring 2006. The building began to rise above ground level in December 2006. The first glass was put on the building in April 2007, but this was only two windows. Not until September did major cladding begin. Tower will have a total of 244 apartments that come in various sizes. Built behind the tower will be an 11-floor parking garage, also built by Al Shafar General Contracting Co. LLC.

The Executive Towers is a complex of 12 towers in Business Bay development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They comprise 10 residential towers, one commercial tower known as Aspect Tower, and one hotel tower 'The Taj Hotel'. They are the first buildings to be completed in Business Bay, and are located near its entrance. A three-storey podium connects all the towers in addition to the nearby Vision Tower, which is going to be connected by a special passage. The first two levels of the podium comprise Bay Avenue shopping mall, with retail space of 175,000 square feet (16,300 m2) and water-front terraces. The third level (Plaza Level) is called The Courtyard, it contains communal facilities, landscaped plazas, children’s play areas, fountain yards, courtyards, and covered walking arcades.

The Forum is a completed 35-floor tower in the Business Bay in Dubai, UAE. Construction of The Forum was finished in 2009.

The Lam Tara Towers was a planned complex of two towers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They were supposed to be built along Sheikh Zayed Road, opposite the Millennium Tower. Bin Manama tower 1 was designed to have 88 floors and a total structural height of 454 m (1,490 ft). However, in December, 2010 the construction of the twin towers was cancelled.
