Al Tayer Tower

Paramount Tower Hotel & Residences Dubai is a single 66-story mixed hotel and residential skyscraper located in Business Bay, United Arab Emirates. Construction began in 2016 and the contract was given to the China State Construction Engineering by DAMAC Properties.

The Lam Tara Towers was a planned complex of two towers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They were supposed to be built along Sheikh Zayed Road, opposite the Millennium Tower. Bin Manama tower 1 was designed to have 88 floors and a total structural height of 454 m (1,490 ft). However, in December, 2010 the construction of the twin towers was cancelled.

The Millennium Tower is located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower rises 285 m (935 ft) and has 60 floors. It was completed in 2006. The Millennium Tower contains 301 three-bedroom and 106 two-bedroom apartments.

The Executive Towers is a complex of 12 towers in Business Bay development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They comprise 10 residential towers, one commercial tower known as Aspect Tower, and one hotel tower 'The Taj Hotel'. They are the first buildings to be completed in Business Bay, and are located near its entrance. A three-storey podium connects all the towers in addition to the nearby Vision Tower, which is going to be connected by a special passage. The first two levels of the podium comprise Bay Avenue shopping mall, with retail space of 175,000 square feet (16,300 m2) and water-front terraces. The third level (Plaza Level) is called The Courtyard, it contains communal facilities, landscaped plazas, children’s play areas, fountain yards, courtyards, and covered walking arcades.

Business Bay (Arabic: الخليج التجاري, Arabic pronunciation: [alxaliːdʒ altidʒariː]) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE. It opened on 15 October 2010 along with four other intermediate stations on the Red Line.

The Vision Tower is a 51-floor tower in the Business Bay in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 260 m (853 ft). Construction of the Vision Tower was completed in January 2011.

One Business Bay, or ONE by OMNIYAT, is a 35-storey skyscraper developed and owned by Omniyat. It is located on plot 001 at the northern Sheikh Zayed Road entrance of Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The building was designed by the German architectural consultancy Kling Consult GmbH. The tower has 1000 car park spaces spread among 3 basement floors and a five-floor podium. Each floor is larger than the previous, leading to its tapered form. Its 1st floor measures 774 m² and its 30th floor is 1,420 m². It was completed in 2011.

Al Habtoor City is a large-scale, mixed-use development located in Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Developed by the Al Habtoor Group, the complex comprises three residential skyscrapers and three luxury hotels. Positioned along the Dubai Water Canal, the project combines upscale living, hospitality, and entertainment facilities.

The Al Hekma Tower, measuring 283m (928 ft) in height, is the tallest building that CCSEC has built to date in the UAE, along Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Al Hekma Tower litterally translates into "The Wisdom Tower".

The Iris Bay is a 32-floor tower in the Business Bay in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 170 m (558 ft). Construction of the Iris Bay was expected to be completed in 2008 but progress stopped in 2011 and building is on hold. The reorganisation of the parent company in May 2012 has raised some hopes that work might restart. Construction commenced on the site in 2013 and completion is now expected in either late 2015 or early 2016.The tower is designed in the shape of an ovoid and comprises two identical double curved pixelated shells which are rotated and cantilevered over the podium. The rear elevation is a continuous vertical curve punctuated by balconies while the front elevation is made up of seven zones of rotated glass. The podium comprises 4 storeys with a double height ground level and houses retail and commercial space totaling 36,000 m2.The tower is also claimed to be environment-friendly.

The Forum is a completed 35-floor tower in the Business Bay in Dubai, UAE. Construction of The Forum was finished in 2009.

Opera Grand is a skyscraper in Downtown Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The developer of the project is Emaar Properties and it is designed by DP Architects. The tower forms part of the new Opera District, its initial plan is for a tower with 65 to 70 floors of which 56 would be residential.
