Kopanina [kɔpaˈnina] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Stara Kamienica, within Jelenia Góra County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south of Stara Kamienica, 12 km (7 mi) west of Jelenia Góra, and 106 km (66 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.

Kopaniec [kɔˈpaɲɛt͡s] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Stara Kamienica, within Jelenia Góra County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south of Stara Kamienica, 14 kilometres (9 mi) west of Jelenia Góra, and 108 kilometres (67 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław. Kopaniec is situated in the foothills of the Jizera Mountains (Góry Izerskie) near the Karkonosze. The village is well known because the artist colony (see www.kopaniec.pl). There are many agro-tourist facilities.

Barcinek (Polish pronunciation: [barˈt͡ɕinɛk]) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Stara Kamienica, within Jelenia Góra County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north-east of Stara Kamienica, 11 km (7 mi) west of Jelenia Góra, and 103 km (64 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław. Berthelsdorf palace was built in 1772 by Count von Rothkirch on the site of an earlier foundation from the 16th century. This is evidenced by the stone arcade of the gate preserved in the wall surrounding the complex, dated 1565. During the reconstruction around 1890, a tower was added on the northern side. Until 1945, it was owned by the von Wartenberg family. After the expulsion of the German inhabitants, the palace was to be the summer residence of the President of the Republic of Poland, but eventually it was handed over to the local state farm. Not used since the 1980s, it fell into disrepair.

Wojcieszyce (Polish: [vɔjt͡ɕɛˈʂɨt͡sɛ]; German: Voigtsdorf) is a village situated along National Road 3 in the administrative district of Gmina Stara Kamienica, within Jelenia Góra County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Stara Kamienica, 8 km (5 mi) west of Jelenia Góra, and 103 km (64 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław. From 1975 to 1998, it was part of Jelenia Góra Voivodeship. According to the National Heritage Board of Poland's registry, there are two historical sites in the village; The Church of Saint Barbara, built around 1761, and a Protestant church built in 1775.

Piechowice [pʲɛxɔˈvʲit͡sɛ] is a town in Karkonosze County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) south-west of Jelenia Góra, and 104 kilometres (65 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław. As of 2019, the town has a population of 6,194.

Sobieszów (German: Hermsdorf unterm Kynast, short: German: Hermsdorf, pronounced [ˈhɛʁmsˌdɔʁf] ) is a part of the town of Jelenia Góra in Poland. It is located near Karkonosze National Park. The ruined castle Chojnik is located in Sobieszów.
