Erindale is a primarily residential neighbourhood located in northeast Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. It is mostly made up of low-density single detached dwellings. As of 2011, the area is home to 4,338 residents. The neighbourhood is considered a high-income area, with an average family income of $123,336, an average dwelling value of $340,990 and a home ownership rate of 95.3%.

University Heights Suburban Centre is a mixed-development neighbourhood located in northeast Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. It is a classified as a "suburban centre" subdivision, composed of medium to high-density multiple-unit dwellings, commercial areas and civic facilities. As of 2009, the area is home to 1,479 residents. The neighbourhood is considered a middle-income area, with an average family income of $69,219, an average dwelling value of $237,698 and a home ownership rate of 85.7%. According to MLS data, the average sale price of a home as of 2013 was $304,903.

Arbor Creek is a primarily residential neighbourhood located in northeast Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. It is mostly made up of low-density single detached dwellings. As of 2006, the area is home to 4,654 residents. The neighbourhood is considered a high-income area, with an average family income of $99,631, an average dwelling value of $327,262 and a home ownership rate of 92.5%.

Centennial Collegiate is a secondary school located on Nelson Road in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. There are approximately 1,400 students enrolled at Centennial Collegiate as of 2022. Centennial also has a partnership with SaskTel Soccer Centre making it a shared-use facility.

University Heights Sector, previously known as University Heights Suburban Development Area (SDA), is a sector in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. It is a part of the east side community of Saskatoon. It lies (generally) south of the outskirts of the City and the Rural Municipality of Corman Park No. 344, east of the University Sector, as well as the South Saskatchewan River and Lawson Sector, and north of the Lakewood Sector.

Brighton is a neighbourhood in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and is the first of several communities planned for the Holmwood Suburban Development Area on the east side of the city. As of 2022 it is under construction.The land where Brighton exists was annexed by the city from the surrounding rural municipality of Corman Park in 2010. The community is bordered by College Drive to the north, 8th Street East to the south, the neighbourhood of College Park East to the west and southwest and McOrmond Drive to the east (the roadway having been realigned for the purpose). When completed, Brighton will be a primarily residential community, with some regional commercial development on its north (College Drive) and south (8th Street East) sides. As of 2018 the first commercial development at College and McOrmond is under way, with a movie theatre and other retail businesses joining some retail that predates the development of Brighton. Some office development already exists along 8th Street, again predating Brighton (and, indeed, the area's annexation), with increased construction expected in the near future. The community will feature a "neighbourhood village", an area of mixed-use commercial buildings and public space. 55% of off-street parking will be underground, enclosed, covered or within permitted buildings.

Saskatoon Silver Springs was a provincial electoral district for the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, Canada. The district included the neighbourhoods of Silverspring, Forest Grove, Evergreen, Willowgrove, Erindale and Arbor Creek. This constituency was created by the Representation Act, 2002 (Saskatchewan) out of portions of the Saskatoon Meewasin and Saskatoon Sutherland ridings. It was dissolved by the Representation Act, 2013 (Saskatchewan) into Saskatoon Silverspring-Sutherland and Saskatoon Willowgrove.

St. Joseph High School is a high school in Saskatoon, Canada, a part of the University Heights Suburban Centre. St. Joseph High School is part of the Greater Saskatoon Catholic School division. Opened in 1995, it currently has approximately 1000 students. It celebrated 25 years in 2019. Its current feeder schools are Bishop Filevich Ukrainian Bilingual School, École Cardinal Leger School, Father Robinson School, Holy Family School, Mother Teresa School, St. Augustine School, and St. Volodymyr School.

The Forestry Farm Park and Zoo is a forested park and zoo located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. The park was originally established as the Dominion Forest Nursery Station and later Sutherland Forest Nursery Station. Between 1913 and 1966 was responsible for growing and shipping 147 million trees shipped across the northern prairie provinces. The first shipment of trees were sent to farmers in 1916. The park is designated a National Historic Site of Canada. The nursery grew caragana, ash, maple, elm, and willow. After the nursery closed in 1966 a portion was re-opened as a city park. The park contains the following areas: Forestry Farm House (The Superintendent's Residence) – is a historical farm house of a Georgian brink design built in 1913 located within the park. The building was officially designated a heritage property on July 3, 1990. Hall – With a capacity of 225 people Gazebo Picnic Site – With seating for up to 100 people Fishing Pond – A Pond stocked with Rainbow Trout (daily permit required) Kinsmen Express Zoo Train – Guided tour through the zoo area Paws Inn Concession and Gift Shop – A Concession Stand and Gift Shop operated by the Zoo Society Meditation Garden – Cared for by the Perennial Society Heritage Rose Garden – Cared for by the Perennial Society Zoo – The zoo facilities Demonstration Forest – Original demonstration forest once part of the nursery.Developed long before any major residential development in the region, since the 1990s the park has been virtually surrounded by Saskatoon's urban sprawl, casting the Forestry Farm, along with several contiguous linear parks, in an additional role as part of the region's greenbelt.

The Cathedral of the Holy Family is a Roman Catholic cathedral in the University Heights Suburban Centre neighbourhood of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. The Cathedral is located on land adjacent to St. Joseph High School. St. Paul's Cathedral had reached its physical limits, which necessitated the Roman Catholic Diocese of Saskatoon to build the Cathedral of the Holy Family. Construction on the CAD$28.5 million 65,000 sq ft (6,000 m2) cathedral started in 2010. and it opened on December 18, 2011.The main worship space seats 1,200 with provision to use an overflow area bringing the total to 2,000. The building serves as a parish church, diocesan cathedral, private residence, meeting space, office building, library, archive storage, banquet hall and community centre. The building is designed in an anachronistic modernist style, which is not particularly contemporary, but seems to exemplify a late 1950s-60s attitude towards the future.Some of the cathedral stained glass windows are equipped with solar panels. This makes the church the first in North America to make use of photovoltaic cells in a stained glass installation. The installation makes use of 1,000 solar cells embedded in 54 panels.

Aspen Ridge is a neighbourhood located in northeast Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, construction on which began in 2014. At full build-out, Aspen Ridge will eventually house an estimated 13,000 people. Unlike many of the city's suburban neighbourhoods, it will feature higher density housing on a grid network of roads.

Holmwood Sector, previously known as Holmwood Suburban Development Area (SDA), is an area in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. It is a part of the east side community of Saskatoon. It lies at the far east end of the city boundaries with the Rural Municipality of Corman Park No. 344. The area was annexed by the city on August 1, 2010 and the SDA development plan was approved on April 16, 2012. Land preparation worked started in 2012. Prior to development into a SDA the area was predominantly agricultural land and also housed the Sundown Drive-in that operated off Highway 5 (a.k.a. College Drive) from 1963. The origin of the Holmwood name is unknown, but it is taken from Christopher J. Yorath's 1913 planning map, which showed potential locations for many communities; Yorath's proposed Holmwood was placed on the map roughly where the Holmwood Sector is situated now. It is not yet known whether the name Holmwood will actually be applied to any of the communities planned for the sector, although there is precedent with the Blairmore Sector, located on the opposite site of Saskatoon from Holmwood, applying its name to the Blairmore Urban Centre. The development plan calls for a central suburban centre made up of mid-rise building and commercial development surrounded by multiple residential neighbourhoods. Residential development is expected to start on the far western side of the sector near the Canadian Pacific Railway tracks. The layout for the first community within Holmwood, Brighton, was released by the City of Saskatoon on its zoning map dated June 9, 2014. Brighton is bordered by East College Park to the west, College Drive to the north, 8th Street to the south, and a realignment of McOrmond Drive (construction of which commenced in 2014) forming the eastern boundary.
