WISN (1130 kHz) is a commercial AM radio station in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It broadcasts a conservative talk radio format and is owned by iHeartMedia, Inc. The studios are on Howard Avenue in the Milwaukee suburb of Greenfield. By day, WISN runs the maximum power for commercial AM stations, 50,000 watts. But to protect other stations on 1130 AM, a clear channel frequency, it reduces power at night to 10,000 watts and uses a directional antenna at all times. Its nine-tower array is located at 21423 Bennett Road in Dover, off U.S. Route 41. WISN is also heard on the HD 2 digital subchannel of sister station WRNW 97.3 FM.

Richard Bong State Recreation Area is a 4,515-acre (1,827 ha) unit of the state park system of the U.S. state of Wisconsin. It is located in the town of Kansasville, in Racine County. This managed prairie contains 8.3 miles (13 km) of mountain bike trails. Other recreational activities include high power rocketry, swimming, dogsledding, falconry, ATV sports, land sailing, horseback riding, hunting, fishing, camping with amenities, and ultralight aviation. There is a wildlife preserve where great egrets, sandhill cranes, and great blue herons are known to nest. The Richard Bong SRA is one of the centerpieces of the proposed Hackmatack National Wildlife Refuge.

The district's current Representative is Republican Bryan Steil. Among the district's previous representatives are U.S. Secretary of Defense Les Aspin and Speaker of the House and 2012 Vice Presidential-nominee Paul Ryan. A slightly Republican-leaning district, it was carried by George W. Bush in 2004 with 53%; the district voted for Barack Obama over John McCain in 2008, 51.40–47.45% and the district voted for Mitt Romney over Barack Obama in 2012, 52.12%–47.88%. It stayed Republican in 2016, with a plurality of voters polling for Donald Trump.

The Town of Norway is located in Racine County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 7,916 at the 2020 census. The census-designated place of Wind Lake is in the town. The unincorporated communities of North Cape and Union Church are also located partially in the town.

The Modine-Benstead Observatory is an astronomical observatory in Union Grove, Wisconsin run by the Racine Astronomical Society. It opened in 1963 and has public viewing nights monthly during the summer and other events throughout the year for members. The observatory is maintained through visitor donations to the Racine Astronomical Society, which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Modine-Benstead Observatory features two domed buildings that house one 16-inch Newtonian Cassegrain reflecting telescope and one 14-inch Schmitt Cassegrain reflecting telescope. Unlike some more modern observatories, visitors are allowed to look through the telescopes directly rather than viewing the images through a computer.

Cindy Guntly Memorial Airport (FAA LID: 62C), originally Hunt Field, is a privately owned public use airport located 7 miles (11 km) northwest of the central business district of Franksville, a neighborhood of the village of Caledonia, in Racine County, Wisconsin, United States.Although most U.S. airports use the same three-letter location identifier for the FAA and IATA, this airport is assigned 62C by the FAA but has no designation from the IATA. The airport is named in honor of the owner's wife, Cindy Guntly, who was involved in a fatal car accident in 1986.
