Bayport-Blue Point High School

Bayport was a station stop along the Montauk Branch of the Long Island Rail Road. It was located on Railroad Street between Oakwood and Snedecor Avenues in Bayport, New York, and was the easternmost station along the Montauk Branch in the Town of Islip.

Bayport Aerodrome (FAA LID: 23N) (formerly known as Davis Field and then from 1953-1977 as Edwards Airport) is a historic rural airport one mile northwest of Bayport, New York. The airport has a grass runway and is owned and operated by the Town of Islip. It is home to a non-profit organization that specializes in antique airplanes, known as the Bayport Aerodrome Society, which was established in 1972. Bayport Aerodrome is not used for commercial aviation, such as the nearby Long Island MacArthur Airport. The airport has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a national historic district since January 22, 2008.

John Ellis Roosevelt Estate, also known as Meadow Croft, is a historic estate located at Sayville in Suffolk County, New York. The main house, roughly L-shaped, is composed of two distinct parts: the original farmhouse, built about 1850, and now the rear of the house; and the larger, more formal Colonial Revival mansion built 1891-1892 and set perpendicular to it. The original section is a two-story, rectangular farmhouse, sheathed in clapboard and surmounted by a gable roof. The 1891–92 section is a clapboarded, two-story structure with an elaborate facade with generous porch and surmounted by a steeply pitched, truncated hipped roof. Also on the property are contributing carriage house, equipment barn, garage, caretaker's cottage, swimming pool, storage hut, and archaeological sites. The property was purchased by Robert Barnwell Roosevelt (1829–1906) in 1873; his son John Ellis Roosevelt (1853–1939) commissioned the estate.The estate is located on the grounds of Sans Soucci Lakes County Park, and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.The Bayport Blue Point Heritage Association has restored the mansion and offers seasonal tours and exhibits of local history.

Blue Point was a station stop along the Montauk Branch of the Long Island Rail Road It was located on Martha Avenue on the south side of the tracks in Blue Point, New York, and was the westernmost station along the Montauk Branch in the Town of Brookhaven. Access to the station was through a driveway that emptied onto Blue Point Avenue. The station was originally opened on February 1, 1870, by the South Side Railroad of Long Island and closed on June 1, 1882. The second depot opened around June, 1900, evidently in conjunction with the bridge over Blue Point Avenue. The newer station also had a connection to the South Shore Traction Company trolleys, which were later replaced by Suffolk Traction Company trolleys. Blue Point station closed on September 6, 1980, in conjunction with the nearby Bayport Station. It was located between Bayport and Patchogue stations. The former station site, across from the Blue Point Wine & Liquor store, remains, to this day, gated off, and covered partially in trees, leaves, and weeds.

Joseph Wood House is a historic home located at Sayville in Suffolk County, New York. It was built in 1889 and is a 2-story, wood-framed Shingle Style dwelling of complex massing. It has a gambrel-roofed main block with 1+1⁄2-story wings. It features a continuous porch with attenuated Doric order columns and a porte cochere.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

Sayville Congregational Church, also known as Sayville Congregational United Church of Christ, is a historic Congregational church at 131 Middle Road in Sayville, Suffolk County, New York. It was built in 1888 and is a Shingle Style building with a cross gabled roof, two prominent towers, and fish-scale shingles. It features a three-story, square bell tower with rounded, turret-like corners.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.

The Shops at SunVet is a shopping center located in Holbrook, in Suffolk County, on the South Shore of Long Island, in New York, United States. The center opened in 1973 as Sun Vet Mall (also known as the Sun-Vet Mall, SunVet Mall, or simply as Sun Vet), with it becoming a major shopping destination in the area. As of 2023, it is slated to be transformed into an outdoor shopping center, with construction continuing as of October 2023. The anchor stores have included Toys "R" Us, A.C. Moore, Pathmark, Citibank, Red Wing Shoes, Kid City, Mandee, and Payless Shoes; the Citibank is the only store still in operation as of October 2023.

Blue Point Brewing Company is a brewery that is a subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch InBev located on Long Island, in Patchogue, New York. The brewery offers a variety of year-round beers, and several seasonal brews, as well as a 'tasting room' which is open to the public on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The brewery hosts an annual Cask Ale Festival, concerts and other events in the brew yard.
