Petervale is a suburb of Johannesburg, South Africa. It was located in Region 3 of the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality. Petervale is located next to the N1 highway and is bounded by the suburbs of Rivonia, Bryanston and Paulshof. It is further close to Sunninghill and Morningside Manor. In Petervale there is a small shopping centre and a clinic, a block of flats, a bakery, a garage (petrol station), a laundromat, a post-office, a DVD rental franchise outlet. There is also a large field that forms part of the Region 3 green belt. The field is currently earmarked for residential development in 2007. Petervale can be reached by travelling on the N1 highway (South or North) and taking the Rivonia offramp. Drive north on Rivonia Road and turn left into Witkoppen Road. Drive past the Cambridge office park and turn left into Cambridge Road. Follow it over the highway into Petervale. From Petervale, Rivonia and Bryanston can be reached by following Twelfth Avenue.

Bryanston East is a wealthy, upper class suburb of Johannesburg, South Africa. It is one of the wealthiest suburbs in South Africa. It borders the suburbs of Rivonia, Riverclub, Morningside Manor and Sandton. It is in Region 3.

Paulshof is a suburb of Sandton, South Africa. It is located in Region A of the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality. The village of Paulshof is bounded by the Western Bypass on the South, Leeuwkop Estate on the North, Sunninghill on the East and Lone Hill on the West.[1] Paulshof is known as the "Garden Village of the North" by locals due to its proximity to green spaces such as the Rietfontein Nature Reserve. Places of interest in the suburb include: Cambridge Crossing Shopping Centre, Reitfontein Nature reserve, the German Country Club, St Peters school, the Rivonia Recreation & Sports Club and Nova Pioneer School Campus. Paulshof is also home to many independent small businesses, such as June Day Productions, Luca's Restaurant, and many more. Vino Reddy from the Democratic Alliance (DA) is the ward councilor of Paulshof.

Liliesleaf Farm, also spelt Lilliesleaf and also known simply as Liliesleaf, is a location in northern Johannesburg, South Africa, which is most noted for its use as a safe house for African National Congress (ANC) activists during the apartheid years in the 1960s. In 1963, the South African police raided the farm, arresting more than a dozen ANC leaders and activists, who were then tried and prosecuted during the Rivonia Trial. After the end of apartheid, the property was restored and turned into a museum and national heritage site. It was closed to visitors in September 2021, but was scheduled to reopen a year later.

River Club is a suburb of Johannesburg in Gauteng, South Africa. It is a residentially zoned area near Sandton in Johannesburg's Region E of the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality. Residents of the area consist mostly of middle and upper-middle class citizens. River Club borders the suburbs of Duxberry and Bryanston with the boundaries delineated by East Hertford in the east, Coleraine in the south, the Braamfontein Spruit in the north and William Nicol Drive in the east. The suburb also contains one of the most exclusive golf course's in the country, a small community restaurant and an office-zoned development. The postal code of the area is 2149 or 2191.

Henley Business School, Africa (formerly Henley Management College, South Africa), in the Paulshof suburb of Johannesburg, is a campus of the British-based Henley Business School, one of the oldest business schools in Europe with operations in 17 countries across the globe. The African institution shares international accreditation with its parent and is also locally accredited in South Africa. The South African campus has offered the MBA in South Africa since 1992. In 2002, the South African location became a fully owned subsidiary of the British parent. As the operation in South Africa is the only Henley Business School in the African continent, it has students living in neighbouring countries studying and being supported through this office.

Edenburg is a suburb of Sandton, South Africa. It is located in Region E of the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality. It is a section of Rivonia. Edenburg took its name from the farm by that name.

Magaliessig is a suburb of Sandton, South Africa. It is located in Region E of the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality and it is part of Fourways. It is one of two suburbs, the other being Lone Hill, which piloted a waste recycling scheme initiated by Pikitup, the City's waste utility, and Mama She Waste Recyclers, an NGO, in 2006.

The South African Theological Seminary (SATS) is a broadly evangelical distance education institution based in Bryanston (Johannesburg Region E), South Africa, founded in 1996. As of May 2018, Dr. Kevin Smith (DLitt Stellenbosch, PhD SATS) is the principal of the seminary. The seminary provides multiple undergraduate, graduate and stand alone courses to over 3000 students in over 80 countries. As of the start of 2016 SATS has graduated 574 B.Th students, 110 M.Th students and 40 PhD students.
