Lauwersmeer National Park

Lauwersmeer (Dutch pronunciation: [ˌlʌu.ərsˈmeːr]) is a man-made lake in the north of the Netherlands, on the border of the provinces of Groningen and Friesland. The lake was formed on 23 May 1969, when the dike between the bay called Lauwers Sea and the Wadden Sea was closed. It is noted for birdwatching. On the eastern shores of the Lauwersmeer is the Marnewaard, an exercise area of the Royal Netherlands Army. The central and eastern parts of the lake became Lauwersmeer National Park on 12 November 2003.

The Zuider Ee (officially West Frisian: Suderie, also called Suder Ie or Súd Ie) is a small river in the Dutch province of Friesland that flows from Dokkum to Ezumazijl.

De Skâns-Oostmahorn is a village in the Dutch province of Friesland. It is located in the municipality Noardeast-Fryslân and had, as of January 2017, a population of 65. Before 2019, the village was part of the Dongeradeel municipality. Before 2006 the village was part of Eanjum. De Skâns-Oostmahorn is located on the west-side of the Lauwersmeer. The ferry to Schiermonnikoog that had previously left from De Skâns-Oostmahorn now leaves from Lauwersoog. Esonstad is a nearby holiday village.

Lauwersoog is a seaside village and harbour in the province of Groningen, located in the northern part of the Netherlands. It is part of the municipality of Het Hogeland. It was established on 23 May 1969. The ferry to Schiermonnikoog departs from Lauwersoog.

De Westermolen is a smock mill in Kollumerpomp, Friesland, Netherlands which was built in 1845. The mill has been restored to working order. It is listed as a Rijksmonument, number 23746.

The Greenhouse is a restaurant located in Dublin, Ireland. It is a fine dining restaurant that was awarded a Michelin star in 2016 and retained that until 2020, when it received its second star.Head chef of The Greenhouse is the Finn Mikael Viljanen. Owner of The Greenhouse is Dublin restaurateur Eamonn O'Reilly."Connoisseurs" deemed the restaurant worthy of a Michelin star a few years earlier but to their annoyance, the restaurant did not get the award in either 2013 or 2014. The restaurant got its second star in 2020, one of only four Irish restaurants to ever receive that honour.On 21 May 2021, The Irish Times announced that head chef Mickael Viljanen resigned and joined restaurant Chapter One to take over as head chef from restaurant owner Ross Lewis. As of February 2022, The Greenhouse has not reopened since closing during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.

Kollumerpomp (Low Saxon and West Frisian: De Pomp) is a village in Noardeast-Fryslân in the province of Friesland, the Netherlands. It had a population of 478 in January 2017. Before 2019, the village was part of the Kollumerland en Nieuwkruisland municipality.There is a restored windmill in the village De Westermolen.

Warfstermolen (West Frisian: Warfstermûne) (Low Saxon: Warfstermeul) is a village in Noardeast-Fryslân municipality, in the province of Friesland, the Netherlands. It had a population of 203 in January 2017. Before 2019, the village was part of the Kollumerland en Nieuwkruisland municipality.

De Eendracht (Dutch pronunciation: [də ˈʔeːndrɑxt]; English: The Unity) is a smock mill in Anjum, Friesland, Netherlands which has been restored to working order. The mill is listed as a Rijksmonument, number 31556.

Eanjum (Dutch: Anjum) is a village in the Dutch province of Friesland. It is located in the municipality Noardeast-Fryslân and had, as of January 2017, a population of 1136.

Ingwierrum (Dutch: Engwierum) is a village in Noardeast-Fryslân in the province of Friesland, the Netherlands. It had a population of approximately 565 in January 2017. Before 2019, the village was part of the Dongeradeel municipality.

The Nationale SIGINT Organisatie (NSO) was the Dutch signals intelligence (SIGINT) organisation, which was part of the Ministry of Defence, but worked for both the military intelligence and security agency MIVD as for its civilian counterpart AIVD. The NSO was established in 2003, in the aftermath of the September 11, 2001 attacks and became fully operational in 2007. Early 2014, the NSO merged into the newly created Joint Sigint Cyber Unit (JSCU).The facilities of the NSO were a high frequency radio interception station in Eibergen in the Berkelland municipality, and a satellite ground station in Burum in the Kollumerland c.a. municipality. There are also some mobile SIGINT units which can be deployed at military operations abroad. The operation of both listening stations and the mobile units has been taken over by the JSCU.
