SPS Tower (formerly known as the 333 South Seventh Street) is a 454.494-ft (139 m) tall skyscraper in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It was completed in 1987 and has 33 floors and 650,000 square feet (60,000 m2). It is the 16th-tallest building in the city. It was originally a two-tower project, but only the east tower was built. A small landscaped plaza fronting 3rd Avenue South now occupies the plot for the west tower. The two towers would have had a bow-tie shaped footprint, and shared the same lobby at the center of the site. A skyway connects this building to the 701 Building and the Ameriprise Financial Center. The Senator Hotel was demolished to make way for this building.

Two22 is a 41-floor tower located on 9th Street and 3rd Avenue in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is the fifth tallest building in Minneapolis. The building was originally named after Piper Jaffray, which subsequently rebranded to Piper Sandler Companies, which used the building as its headquarters when the building opened in 1985. In 2000, after Piper Jaffray was acquired by U.S. Bancorp and moved its headquarters to U.S. Bancorp Center, the building was renamed Campbell Mithun Tower, referencing an advertising and marketing firm that was headquartered in the building that later rebranded itself to Mithun Agency in 2014 and dissolved in 2016. In 2019, the Campbell Mithun Tower changed ownership and was renamed "Two22," styled after the building's street address.Building amenities include conference facilities, a fitness center, bike storage, underground parking, and on-site management. Two22 earned Gold-level certification through the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) program, which was developed by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). The tower was first certified in 2009 then again in 2014.

Sound 80 is a recording studio in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States founded by engineer Tom Jung and composer/musician Herb Pilhofer in 1969. Largely involved with local artists, the studio is best known for recording portions of Bob Dylan's Blood on the Tracks in 1974 and Cat Stevens' Izitso in 1977, as well as demo tapes for Prince's first album For You in 1977.In 1978, Sound 80 made the first digital audio recording to win a Grammy Award—The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra's recording of Aaron Copland's "Appalachian Spring" and "Short Symphony," and Charles Ives' "Symphony No. 3."In 2020, Sound 80 was placed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Ameriprise Financial Center is a 498-foot-tall skyscraper (152 m) in Minneapolis, Minnesota located at 707 2nd Avenue South. It was completed in 2000 and has 31 floors. It is the tallest building completed in the US in 2000.This building is the largest single-tenant skyscraper in downtown Minneapolis. The headquarters of Ameriprise Financial (formerly American Express Financial Advisors) moved here from the IDS Tower in April 2000. A skyway connects the building to the Capella Tower, Baker Center, and Accenture Tower. A mixture of glass and granite on units, usually 5 feet wide by 15 feet tall (1.5 by 4.6 m), is used on the wall. Unitized aluminum framing, glass and granite were also used on the building. It sits on the site of the old Lutheran Brotherhood Building, which was demolished to make way for this building. The building was purchased in September 2016 by Morning Calm Management, a commercial real estate management firm from West Palm Beach, Florida.

The Hinkle–Murphy House is a historic building in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. It was designed in 1886 as a private residence in the Colonial Revival style by William Channing Whitney (later to be the architect of the Minnesota Governor's Residence), and is considered to be the first Georgian Revival style house in Minnesota. The house was occupied successively by Minneapolis businessmen William H. Hinkle and William J. Murphy.The Hinkle–Murphy House is located at 619 South 10th Street in the Elliot Park neighborhood near downtown Minneapolis. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984 for its architectural significance. As of 2007, the interior of the house is used as leasable office space.

Hennepin County Government Center is the courthouse and primary county government administration building for Hennepin County in the U.S. state of Minnesota. It is located in downtown Minneapolis, the county seat of Hennepin County. Before its construction, the Hennepin County government offices were housed in the Minneapolis City Hall-Hennepin County Courthouse. The building was opened in 1974 and occupied in stages in 1975.
