Dobra [ˈdɔbra] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bolesławiec, within Bolesławiec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 4 km (2 mi) west of Bolesławiec, and 108 km (67 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.

Bolesławice [bɔlɛswaˈvit͡sɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bolesławiec, within Bolesławiec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It stretches for about 6.2 km along the left bank of the Bóbr River, at an altitude of about 180–190 m (590–620 ft) above sea level. It lies approximately 2 km (1 mi) north-west of Bolesławiec, and 106 km (66 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The Bolesławiec rail viaduct is a railway bridge over the river Bóbr in Bolesławiec in Lower Silesia, Poland. Entirely made of stone, it is one of the longest bridges of its type in Poland and in Europe.

Bolesławiec County (Polish: powiat bolesławiecki) is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in Lower Silesian Voivodeship, southwestern Poland. It came into being on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998. Its administrative seat is the town of Bolesławiec, famed for its pottery, and its only other town is Nowogrodziec. The county covers an area of 1,303.3 square kilometres (503.2 sq mi). As at 2019 the total population of the county is 90,108, of which the population of Bolesławiec is 38,852, that of Nowogrodziec is 4,243, and the rural population is 47,013.

It is the administrative seat of Bolesławiec County, and of Gmina Bolesławiec (being an urban gmina in its own right). As of June 2021, it has a population of 38,280. Founded in the 13th century, the city is known for its long-standing pottery-making tradition and heritage Old Town.
