St Luke's Church is a parish church of the Church of England located in Holbrooks, Coventry, West Midlands, England.

Whitmore Park is a suburban area of Coventry, situated in the north of the city and bordering the suburbs of Keresley, Holbrooks, and Radford. It is served by Whitmore Park and Holy Family RC primary schools, with pupils then attending President Kennedy Comprehensive School or Cardinal Newman RC School (both in nearby Keresley) for secondary education. Whitmore Park's primary public transport access is via the 13 bus route, previously known as Whitmore Park until its northern extension to the Prologis Business Park. The route includes Beake Avenue, Whitmore Park's main thoroughfare. These buses alternate between a direct route to Radford Road and Coventry City Centre and a route via Jubilee Crescent, giving residents easy access to the range of shops at Jubilee Crescent. Whitmore Park is also served by a small parade of shops curving round from Glentworth Avenue to Beake Avenue, including a fish and chip shop, newsagents, hairdressers and a chemist. The parade also includes an off-licence and food outlets. The site of a former petrol station at the end of the parade retains its car repair works and car wash.

Foleshill railway station was a railway station in Foleshill, Coventry, England, built by the London and North Western Railway on the line from Coventry to Nuneaton. The railway station was located in the northern part of Coventry, approximately 3 miles from the city centre, on the northern end of Lockhurst Lane in Holbrooks. There are a few remnants of the old station, all that can be seen is the remains of one of the platforms and the railway line is still in use by both goods and passenger trains. The station was located directly to the north of the Lockhurst Lane road bridge across the railway. The station also had a signal box located on the down line just to the south of the station immediately before the road bridge, right at the foot of the pedestrian stairs off Lockhurst Lane down to Holbrooks Lane. Labour Members of Warwickshire County Council have raised the prospect of the station reopening.A bid was made to the Restoring Your Railway Fund in March 2020 for funding for a feasibility study into reopening the station. The bid was not successful.

Exhall Grange School is a special school located in Ash Green just outside Coventry in Warwickshire, England. The school meets the needs of children and young people age from 2 to 19 years with physical disability, visual impairment, complex medical needs, and social, communication and interaction difficulties. Opened in 1951 as a school for visually impaired pupils, Exhall Grange was the first school to cater exclusively for partially sighted children. It later widened its remit to include pupils with other disabilities, and became a grammar school in 1960. The school was a boarding school for many years, but significantly reduced its boarding facilities during the 1990s and 2000s as its role as a special school changed, and it is now a day school. In 2001 Exhall Grange began to share its campus with RNIB Pears Centre for Specialist Learning (then known as RNIB Rushton School and Children's Home), an RNIB school which relocated there from Northamptonshire. A children's hospice also occupies part of the site. Exhall Grange was the first special school to be awarded science college status in 2003, and celebrated its Diamond & Platinum Jubilee years in 2011 and 2021 respectively, although no official celebrations were held for its platinum jubilee due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Britain being under its third national lockdown.

RNIB Pears Centre for Specialist Learning was a school and children’s home for young people who are blind or partially sighted and who also have multiple disabilities or complex needs such as severe or profound learning disabilities, physical disabilities, additional sensory impairment, healthcare needs and autistic spectrum disorders. The school was run by RNIB (Royal National Institute of Blind People). It was based just outside Coventry. The children's home at RNIB Pears Centre offered up to 52-week specialised residential care from new purpose-built bungalows with gardens and outdoor play areas. The children's home supported young people from ages 0–19 years, whether or not they attended the school and each young person had their own bedroom which was made safe and personal to them. RNIB Pears Centre also offered individually tailored therapies from an in-house team of therapists and healthcare consultants, including behavioural specialists trained in the care of people with learning disabilities, nurses, physiotherapists and speech and language therapists. RNIB Pears Centre was categorised by Ofsted as a special, non-maintained school for 2- to 19-year-olds and as a children's home. Each service was inspected independently of one another by Ofsted. The children's home was rated as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted in November 2011. The school also achieved an 'Outstanding' Ofsted grading in February 2013, but in November 2017 it was graded as inadequate. On Tuesday 4 September 2018 the RNIB announced both the children's home and school will close on 7 November 2018, as the RNIB closed the children's home on site.The school was previously known as Rushton Hall School and then RNIB Rushton School and Children's Home. In May 2011 the name changed to RNIB Pears Centre for Specialist Learning – the new name reflected the donation and support given to the school by the Pears Foundation.

President Kennedy School is a coeducational secondary school and sixth form with academy status, located in the Keresley area of Coventry, England. The predecessor school President Kennedy School and Community College was judged outstanding by Ofsted in September 2013.

Wasps Rugby Football Club is a professional rugby union team. They last played in Premiership Rugby, the top division of English rugby until being suspended on 12 October 2022. On 17 October 2022 the club entered administration, resulting in relegation to the RFU Championship, and all staff being made redundant. They exited administration on 16 December 2022.Founded in 1867 as Wasps Football Club, from 1923 to 1996 they were based at Repton Avenue in Sudbury, London. From 1996 to 2002 the team played at Loftus Road in Shepherd's Bush and from 2002 to 2014 they played at Adams Park in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. From 2014 and 2022 their home ground was the Coventry Building Society Arena in north Coventry. They have not yet announced a permanent playing ground following their exit from administration. Wasps won 12 major titles. They were European Champions twice, in 2004 and 2007; won six English Championships including three in a row from 2003–05; and won three Anglo-Welsh Cups. They also won the 2003 European Rugby Challenge Cup. Wasps most recent trophy was the 2008 Premiership. In their last completed season Wasps finished 9th. The most recent head coach was Lee Blackett who was appointed in February 2020, until being made redundant.

The Coventry Building Society Arena (often shortened to the CBS Arena or just simply Coventry Arena, and formerly known as the Ricoh Arena) is a complex in Coventry, England. It includes a 32,609-seater stadium which is currently home to football team, Championship club Coventry City F.C. along with facilities which include a 6,000 square metres (65,000 sq ft) exhibition hall, a hotel and a casino. The site is also home to Arena Park Shopping Centre, containing one of UK's largest Tesco Extra hypermarkets. Built on the site of the Foleshill gasworks, it is named after its sponsor, Coventry Building Society who entered into a ten-year sponsorship deal in 2021. For the 2012 Summer Olympics, where stadium naming sponsorship was forbidden, the stadium was known as the City of Coventry Stadium.Originally built as a replacement for Coventry City's Highfield Road ground, the stadium was initially owned and operated by Arena Coventry Limited (ACL), with Coventry City as tenants. ACL was owned jointly by Coventry City Council and the Higgs Charity. Following a protracted rent dispute between Coventry City and ACL, the football club left the arena in 2013; playing their home matches in Northampton for over a year before returning in September 2014. Within two months, both shareholders in ACL were bought out by rugby union Premiership Rugby club Wasps, who relocated to the stadium from their previous ground, Adams Park in High Wycombe. A further dispute with Wasps prior to the 2019–20 season saw Coventry City leave the Ricoh for a further two seasons. In March 2021, Wasps and Coventry City agreed to a ten-year deal to return to the arena and the city of Coventry. The deal became null and void with the Frasers Group's purchase of the arena. The stadium was the first cashless stadium in the United Kingdom, with customers using a prepay smartcard system in the ground's bars and shops. However, the stadium now accepts cash at all kiosks.

Coventry Arena railway station is a railway station on the Coventry-Nuneaton Line. Located in the north of Coventry, England, it serves the adjacent Coventry Building Society Arena, for which it is named. It was opened on 18 January 2016, along with Bermuda Park station after considerable delays.Combined with the stadium's parking it provides a Park and Ride facility. The station has two platforms on the double tracked line. The northbound platform, adjacent to the stadium, is three cars long, but the southbound platform is 6 cars long. Step-free access is provided to both platforms, and there are gates and holding facilities to cope with event-days at the Coventry Building Society Arena. Although the station was intended to serve the adjacent arena, it was announced in August 2015 that the station will be closed for one hour preceding and following football matches, rugby matches and concerts on safety grounds: there is insufficient rolling stock to run the services necessary for spectators: while six-carriage trains could be chartered to run every half-an-hour during weekends, the fares generated would not cover the chartering cost. The then operator London Midland stated that the rolling stock restriction limited services to one train an hour using a single-coach Class 153 unit, which can only seat 75 people. In September 2015 it was revealed that Coventry City Council were looking into the possibility of using converted London Underground D-trains to run extra services on match days, although this did not happen. In 2019, two-coach Class 172 units took over the running of the service.

Courtaulds Ground was a cricket ground in Coventry, Warwickshire. The ground was owned by Courtaulds. The first recorded match on the ground was in 1949, when it hosted its first first-class match between Warwickshire and Hampshire in the County Championship. From 1949 to 1982, the ground played host to 56 first-class matches, the last of which was between Warwickshire and Middlesex.The ground also hosted List-A matches, the first of which was between Warwickshire and Leicestershire in the 1972 Benson and Hedges Cup. From 1972 to 1983, the ground held 8 List-A matches, the last of which was between Warwickshire and Derbyshire in the 1983 John Player Special League.Today the ground is no longer used for cricket and is in a desperate state of disrepair. The pavilion, built at a cost of £15,000 in 1935, is itself derelict and the outfield overgrown.

The Coventry/Bedworth Urban Area or Coventry Built-up area as defined by the Office for National Statistics had a population of 359,252 at the 2011 census, which made it the 16th largest conurbation in England and Wales by population. It is also one of the most densely populated. In the 2021 census the population of the urban area was recorded at 389,603.

Arena Park Shopping Centre is a shopping park in Coventry, England. It is located in the north of the city and adjacent to the boundary with the Nuneaton and Bedworth district of Warwickshire. It was constructed at the same time as the neighbouring Coventry Building Society Arena, from which it takes its name. It was built upon the site of the former Foleshill Gasworks which encompassed the area of the Shopping Centre and the arena. It is owned by Tesco Stores Limited. It is sometimes mistakenly referred to as Arena Shopping Park.
