Olenus (Ancient Greek: Ὤλενος, romanized: Olenos) or Olenum was a polis (city-state) in ancient Achaea, Greece. It was an original member of the Achaean League, one of the 12 Achaean cities, situated on the coast, and on the left bank of the river Peirus, 40 stadia from Dyme, and 80 stadia from Patrae. On the revival of the Achaean League in 280 BCE, it appears that Olenus was still in existence, as Strabo says that it did not join the league; but the inhabitants subsequently abandoned the town, and retired to the neighbouring villages of Peirae (Πειραί), and Euryteiae (Εὐρυτειαί), and to Dyme. In the time of Polybius, however, Olenus was no longer inhabited; and in the time of Pausanias (2nd century) it was in ruins, and its territory belonged to Dyme. Its site is located near the modern Tsoukalaiika/Kamenitsa.

Kaminia (Greek: Καμίνια) is a village in Achaea, Greece. It is part of the municipal unit of Vrachnaiika. Kaminia is situated on the Ionian Sea coast, 15 km southwest of Patras, and 6 km east of Kato Achaia. Since the 1980s, the village is bypassed by Greek National Road 9 (Patras - Pyrgos - Kyparissia). Kaminia had a small train station on the currently unexploited Patras–Pyrgos railway.

The Parapeiros (Greek: Παραπείρος, also Τυθεύς - Tythefs, Ancient Greek: Τευθέας - Teutheas) is a river in the western part of Achaea, Greece. It is 28.5 km (17.7 mi) long. The Parapeiros begins in the western part of the Erymanthos mountains close to Alepochori. It passes through the municipal units of Tritaia and Farres. It empties into the river Peiros near the village Agios Stefanos.

Vrachnaiika (Greek: Βραχνέικα or Βραχναίικα, Greek pronunciation: [vraxˈneika]) is a town and a former municipality in Achaea, West Greece, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Patras, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 32.111 km2. It is suburb of a Patras, about 11 km southwest of the city centre, on the Gulf of Patras coast. The community has a disused rail station on the line from Patras to Pyrgos. The Greek National Road 9 (Patras - Pyrgos) passes south of the centre.

Vrachneika railway station (Greek: Σιδηροδρομικός Σταθμός Βραχναίικων, romanized: Sidirodromikos Stathmos Vrachneika) is a railway station in Vrachneika, in Patras, Peloponnese, Greece. The station is on the former Patras–Kyparissia line and is served by Proastiakos Patras Services.

Monodendri (Greek: Μονοδένδρι) is a suburban village located 10 km south of Patras, Greece. It is part of the municipal unit of Vrachnaiika. It is situated on the Gulf of Patras coast, adjacent to Roitika to the north, and Vrachnaiika to the southwest. The community has a disused train station on the line form Patras to Pyrgos. The Greek National Road 9 (Patras - Pyrgos) passes east of the village.

Roitika or Royitika (Greek: Ροΐτικα or Ρογίτικα) is a village in the municipal unit of Paralia, Achaea, Greece. It is situated on the Gulf of Patras, 2 km southwest of the village Paralia, and 8 km southwest from Patras city centre. The population is around 1,300. The Greek National Road 9 (Patras - Pyrgos) runs east of the village.

Mintilogli or Midilogli (Greek: Μιντιλόγλι /midi'loɣli/) is a village and a community in the municipal unit of Paralia in the municipality of Patras in Achaea, Greece. It is 1 km south of Paralia, and 8 km southwest of Patras city centre. Ovrya is to the east. The community consists of the villages Mintilogli (seat) and Chantziliako. Its population is around 2,000. Greek National Road 9 (Patras - Pyrgos) passes the village on the north and west.

Paralia (Greek: Παραλία, Paralía, meaning "beach") is a town and a former municipality in the municipality of Patras, Achaea, West Greece, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Patras, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 11.978 km2. It is a suburb of Patras, about 6 km southwest of the city centre. The town population is about 6,500. It was a popular beach resort for residents of Patras area till mid '80s. The new Greek National Road 9 (Patras - Pyrgos) runs south of the town. The railway Patras - Pyrgos runs parallel to the coast, at about 200 m from the shore.

Panagitsa (Greek: Παναγίτσα) is a small stream in the south of the Patras area in northcentral Achaea, Greece. The source of the Panagitsa is on the western slope of the mountain Omplos, near Omplos Monastery. It flows northwest along the villages Krini and Ovrya. It flows into the Gulf of Patras in Paralia.

Kokkinos Milos [kokinos mylos] (Greek: Κόκκινος Μύλος, meaning: red mill) is a neighbourhood in the southern part of the city of Patras, Achaea, Greece.

Kallithea (Greek: Καλλιθέα, before 1981: Καλλιθεόκαμπος - Kallitheokampos) is a community in the suburbs of Patras in Achaea, Greece. It is located 9 km south of downtown Patras, on the Greek National Road 33 to Tripoli. The community consists of the villages Kallithea and Ano Kallithea, and is part of the municipal unit Messatida within the municipality of Patras. The nearest villages are Ovrya to the north and Thea to the west. To the east lies the mountain Omplos.
