Estadio de la Cerámica, formerly and informally called El Madrigal (Spanish pronunciation: [el maðɾiˈɣal]), is a football stadium in Villarreal, Spain, used since 1923. It is currently the home venue of Villarreal CF of La Liga, the highest football league in Spain. The stadium has 23,500 seats, a figure which is half the population of the city of Villarreal, making it the 25th-largest stadium in Spain and the 5th-largest in the Valencian Community.

Ciudad Deportiva Villarreal CF, also known as Ciudad Deportiva Pamesa Cerámica for sponsorship reasons, is the training ground of Villarreal CF, and is located in Villarreal. Occupying an area of 70,000 m², the training centre is located at the western suburbs of Villarreal.

The Santa Quiteria Bridge (Pont de Santa Quitèria in Catalan and Puente de Santa Quiteria in Spanish) is a medieval stone bridge between the towns of Vila-real and Almassora, in the Province of Castellón, Spain, that crosses the Mijares River. It is part of the ancient Royal Road near the Ermita de Santa Quiteria, in Almassora. The bridge was recognized as Bien de interés cultural (place of cultural interest) on 16 June 2006, and given the designation ID RI-51-0011536.

Burriana (Spanish: [buˈrjana]) or Borriana (Valencian: [boriˈana]) is a municipality in eastern Spain, in the province of Castellón, part of the Valencian Community. Its population exceeds 34,000. The town is located by the Mediterranean Sea, at the lowest region of the Plana Baixa, surrounded by orange tree fields watered by the Millars River.It has about 15 km of coastline, including Borriana's principal beach "El Arenal", one of the most attractive spots, especially during the summer. "El Arenal" has about 2 km of seashore, has been awarded the blue flag, which recognizes its magnificent sand and water thanks to the treatments carried out by the city council. The seaside is 1.5 km from the center of the town. During the summer the seaside population can triple due to vacationers and from locals from the center of the town moving into the seaside. The town is reachable from Castelló de la Plana through the CV-18 or the N-340 routes. In literature, Burriana is briefly described by James A. Michener in the book, Iberia. As a young man, Michener landed there as a part of a ship crew. The merchant vessel was there to collect oranges for the Scottish marmalade industry. Oranges, after being loaded into metal barrels, were dragged out to sea by bulls. The town displays many memorial spots dedicated to James A. Michener, such as a street and a sign that quotes one of his passages, where he expresses his first sight of Borriana as he approached land from the sea.

The Orange Museum (Museu de la Taronja in Valencia) is located in 10 Major Street in Burriana (Castellón), Spain. The building is an example of Valencian Art Nouveau style.

The siege of Burriana was one of the battles that occurred during the Conquest of Valencia by James I of Aragon. Burriana was an important Muslim city, being the capital of La Plana, Valencia. It was known as the "Green City". The city was besieged for two months, finally falling to the forces of James I in July 1233.

The Carabona Tower, also called the Farmhouse of Carabona, is a cultural heritage site (Bien de Interés Cultural) in the municipality of Burriana (Valencian: Borriana), close to the “Camí del Palmeral” road and about 250 meters away from “Camí Vell de Valencia” road, in the region of Plana Baixa in the province of Castellón, Spain. According to the General Directory of Artistic Heritage of the Generalitat Valenciana, it received its ministerial annotation number (R-I-51-0010939) on December 4, 2002.As its name suggests, it is an old farmhouse, built between the 13th and the 18th centuries. Thus, this fortified farmhouse has its origins in the Muslim era. Its defensive structure was required because of the need to secure areas for agricultural use outside the urban areas.

Jaume I University (Spanish: Universidad Jaime I, Valencian: Universitat Jaume I, UJI; IPA: [univeɾsiˈtad ˈdʒawme pɾiˈmeɾ]) is a university in the city of Castelló de la Plana, Valencian Community, Spain. The campus, covering 176 000 m2, has 4 faculties and many research and management buildings located around a central 13,000 m2 garden, called the Jardí dels Sentits (the garden of the senses). It is named after James I of Aragon (Jaume I in Valencian), who founded the Kingdom of Valencia.

The station is situated on the Valencia−Sant Vicenç de Calders railway and is part of Adif and it accommodates RENFE conventional and Rodalies de Catalunya medium-distance trains.Opened in 1856, Tarragona station has an uncertain future due to the arrival of the Madrid-Barcelona high-speed rail line at a new station called Camp de Tarragona, as well as the opening of an upgraded section of the Valencia−Sant Vicenç de Calders railway bypassing the city of Tarragona. Officially called a "provisional station", it is actually 10 kilometers from the centre of Tarragona, with all long-distance services being rerouted by the upgraded and high-speed lines, calling at Camp de Tarragona station instead.
