Sommer Contemporary Art is a Contemporary Art gallery, owned by Irit Fine Sommer, and based on Rothschild Boulevard in Tel Aviv, Israel.The gallery is considered to be among the most influential in Israel for contemporary art. It was first opened in a small space on Rothschild 64 in 1999. Since its opening the purpose of the gallery was the promotion of contemporary Israeli artists in the international art scene, as well as representing and exhibiting international artists in Israel and abroad. In November 2005 the gallery moved to a new space on Rothschild 13, in one of the historic buildings of Tel Aviv. Sommer Contemporary Art is representing such artists as Adi Nes, Yehudit Sasportas, Yael Bartana, Thomas Zipp, Greogor Hildebrandt, and Ugo Rondinone.

The Discount Bank Tower is a skyscraper located on Yehuda HaLevi Street 23 corner with Herzl Street in Tel Aviv, Israel. It is the headquarters of the Discount Bank.Completed in 2006, three years after construction began in 2003, the tower has 30 floors, 7 basement floors, and is 105 meters in height. Construction of the tower took place in two stages, with construction of the first 13 floors ending in 2006, and the upper 17 floors being constructed after the tower was partly occupied. The Tel Aviv municipality granted a building permit on condition that the bank preserve the historic Schiff House next door, which was restored and reopened as a museum of banking.

Shalom Meir Tower (Hebrew: מגדל שלום מאיר, Migdal Shalom Meir; commonly known as Migdal Shalom, Hebrew: מגדל שלום) is an office tower in Tel Aviv, Israel. It was Israel's first skyscraper.

The Great Synagogue of Tel Aviv is located on 110 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv, just east of the Shalom Tower. The building was designed by Yehuda Magidovitch in 1922 and completed in 1926. It was renovated in 1970 with a new external facade of arches. In the past, the synagogue was at the center of Little Tel Aviv, but today the building lies at the heart of the business and financial center. The emigration of the local residents during the 1960s brought about a recognizable reduction in the number of prayer-goers in The Great Synagogue, such that today the impressive building is used by only few congregants who pray on holidays and special occasions. In recent years, public figures have decided to conduct their Jewish wedding ceremonies at the synagogue.

Ohel Moshe was a Jewish neighborhood which located Eastern-Northern to Jaffa, established in 1906. it was founded by Moshe Asulin, Moshe Elbaz and Moshe Attia, therefore its name. The neighborhood was inhabited mainly by Maghrebi Jews, with small numbers of Ashkenazi Jews and Yemenite Jews. It grew quickly and by 1922 its population was 936 inhabitants, living in 82 houses. In the 1920s, it has merged with Tel Aviv municipality.

Meier on Rothschild is a skyscraper on Allenby Street in Tel Aviv, Israel. The tower is 158 meters (520 ft) and It is the second highest residential building in Israel after Nevve Nof Tower.

Eden Cinema (formerly Eden Theater) was Tel Aviv's first movie theater, which transitioned from a silent film theater to a cinema in the late 1920s with the advancement of technology. It was one of the key cultural institutions of early Tel Aviv, also known as "Little Tel Aviv". The cinema building is located at the beginning of Lilienblum Street 2 in Neve Tzedek and features a distinctive design characteristic of the neighborhood.

The First International Bank Tower is a 32-story skyscraper on Rothschild Boulevard in the center of Tel Aviv, Israel. At 132 meters in height over 32 floors, the tower is Israel's 22nd tallest building. It was designed by Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, Nir-Kuts Architects, and Amnon Bar Or Architects. Inspired by the Bank of China Tower in Hong Kong, it was primarily designed by the same architectural firm. Construction of the tower began in early 2003, after the plans were approved in October 2002. The plans were restricted in height due to the need to preserve and rebuild two historical neighbouring low-rises of Bauhaus architecture which were given UNESCO World Heritage Status. Included in the design scheme is a public plaza on Rothschild Boulevard. The main occupant of the tower is the First International Bank of Israel. The tower is the first green tower in Israel, and also the first to feature a double curtain wall system.The design of the tower consists of 5 equilateral triangular prisms, set on top of each other at different heights, creating 3 large balconies for the building's occupants. Each prism ends after 8 stories at a different height, correlating to the heights of adjacent buildings and monuments.

Railway Park (Hebrew: פארק המסילה, Park HaMesila) is a linear public park in the neighborhood of Neve Tzedek in southern Tel Aviv, Israel. The park is on the route of the Ottoman railway between Nahalat Binyamin Street in the east and the station complex and Kaufman Street in the west. The park was partially opened to the public in October 2020.

The Levin House, in Hebrew Beit Levin - Tel Avivians gave it the nickname "the Castle" and later called it the Russian Embassy House - is a historic building located at 46 Rothschild Boulevard on the corner of Shadal Street in Tel Aviv, Israel, and is one of the city's best-known buildings. Levin House is an eclectic building with some neoclassical influences, which is unique in central Tel Aviv. The building was designed in 1924 by architect Yehuda Magidovitch for a wealthy customer, Zvi Yaacov Levin and his family, and is inspired by the late 19th century Italian vacation homes, a distinctive pointy-roofed tower.One of the more striking elements of the building is its pointy-roofed tower. During the building's rehabilitation, the crew discovered that the three parts of the tower could be opened by using a special mechanism, and create an opening over the staircase. The mechanism enabled furniture to be moved into the building. It may also have been used by the religiously observant Levine family to create a succah during the Feast of the Tabernacles.

Allenby Street (Hebrew: רחוב אלנבי Rehov Alenbi) is a major street in Tel Aviv, Israel. It was named in honor of Field Marshal Viscount Allenby. Allenby Street stretches from the Mediterranean Sea in the northwest to HaAliya Street in the southeast. It was first paved with concrete in 1914. During the day, it is a commercial street with many small businesses and clothing stores. At night, its cafés, pubs and restaurants throng with people. Many public buses run along Allenby Street.
