Until its expansion in 2008, it was known as Plenty Valley Town Centre and hosted one major store (Coles Supermarket), and approximately 22 specialty stores. Westfield began a re-development program for the centre in 2007, expanding the area to 62,942 square metres (677,500 sq ft), at a cost of approx A$200 million. Westfield Plenty Valley has approx 183 stores, and is anchored by five major stores: Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Target and Kmart. There are also 2,650 car spaces and a 600-seat food court. The centre opened on 22 May 2008.

Middle Gorge railway station is located on the Mernda line in Victoria, Australia. It serves the north-eastern Melbourne suburb of South Morang, and it opened on 26 August 2018.It is the only station between South Morang and Mernda that is not elevated. It is also the only station between Thomastown and Mernda that does not have an island platform.

St. Petka Macedonian Orthodox Church (Macedonian: Македонска Православна Црква „Св. Петка", Makedonska Pravoslavna Crkva "Sv. Petka“) is the Macedonian Orthodox church located in Mill Park, a suburb of northern Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The church is an old bluestone building with a new Orthodox interior, alongside nearby community facilities. Built in 1861 as a Presbyterian church, the building is one of a few early churches built in the Plenty Valley area and is listed on the Victorian Heritage Register. In the late 1990s, the church was transformed into a Macedonian Orthodox Church and joined the local Macedonian Orthodox Diocese.

Epping railway station is located on the Mernda line in Victoria, Australia. It serves the northern Melbourne suburb of Epping, and it opened on 23 December 1889.

St Monica's College is a Catholic co-educational secondary school which was established in 1964. The RMIT Building 220 is one of the best known suburban educational buildings in Victoria. Designed by the practice of Wood Marsh, the building was built in 1998 as part of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) university Bundoora campus. It is part of RMIT's image campaign where the University is set to become more radical towards a new progressive identity. The building is a program of acquisition on suburban campus together with the University's other suburban campus which is the Brunswick campus.
