The Sandau Ferry, also known as the Sandau Büttnershof Ferry, is a cable ferry across the Elbe river between Sandau and Büttnershof in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany.Technically, the ferry is a reaction ferry, which is propelled by the current of the water. The ferry is attached to a floating cable which is anchored firmly in the riverbed upstream of the ferry. To operate the ferry, it is angled into the current, causing the force of the current to swing the ferry across the river on the cable.

It is situated on the Havel, and part of the town is built on an island in the centre of the river. The two parts were incorporated as a town in 1875. It has a population of 6,436 (2020).

Arneburg (German: [ˈaʁnəbʊʁk] ) is a town in the district of Stendal, in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. It is situated on the left bank of the Elbe, approx. 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) northeast of Stendal. It is part of the Verbandsgemeinde ("collective municipality") of Arneburg-Goldbeck. In July 2009 it absorbed the former municipality Beelitz.

Neuermark-Lübars is a village and a former municipality in the district of Stendal, in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. Since 1 January 2010, it is part of the municipality Klietz.
