Tippecanoe County Courthouse

Lafayette Fountain is an 1887 fountain by sculptor Lorado Taft, in the grounds of the Tippecanoe County Courthouse in Lafayette, Indiana. The fountain is composed of a number of tiered bowls with a marble statue of the Marquis de LaFayette on top. He holds a sword next to his heart in his right hand and has a cape draped over his left arm.

A Taste of Tippecanoe is a one-day summer festival held in downtown Lafayette, Indiana on the third Saturday in June. The festival, which generally draws around 40,000 people, focuses on providing visitors a wide selection of foods from community restaurants, plus live musical entertainment. It is operated by the Tippecanoe Arts Federation and is the organization's primary fundraiser. It was founded by Lafayette citizen Steve Klink.

Downtown Lafayette Historic District is a national historic district located at Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. Lafayette began in 1825 as a transportation center for the west central area of Indiana. Its development and growth reflects the changes in transportation over the intervening years. From its location along the Wabash River, it grew first with river travel then for a short while from the Wabash and Erie Canal. When the railroads arrived in the 1850s, the town began to grow, initially along the rail lines. The Downtown Lafayette Historic District reflects these early changes.

Lafayette station is an Amtrak station in Lafayette, Indiana, served by the Cardinal. The current station facility was established in 1994. The Amtrak train previously stopped in the middle of the city's 5th Street, near the former Monon Railroad depot. The station building was moved to its current location from the southeast corner of 2nd and South streets in September 1994. It is a Romanesque Revival style depot built in 1902 by the Lake Erie and Western Railroad and Cleveland, Cincinnati, Chicago and St. Louis Railway, as the Big Four Depot. The station was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

Mars Theatre is a historic theatre building at Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. It was built in 1921, and is a four-story, rectangular, Georgian Revival style brick building, with limestone ornamentation and terra cotta panels. It measures 69 feet, 4 inches, wide and 141 feet, 4 inches deep. It was originally built as a vaudeville theater and sat 1,205 patrons.: 2–3  The building houses the Denis H. Long Center for the Performing Arts.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1981.

Trinity United Methodist Church, the first church in Lafayette, Indiana, was established in 1824, before the city was founded. The first meetings were held in the old log courthouse; the church was formally organized in 1827 with ten members. Trinity United Methodist is located at 314 North Sixth Street in Lafayette, Indiana 47901.

St. John's Episcopal Church is a historic Episcopal church located at Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. Founded by Parson Samuel R. Johnson, early services were held beginning in 1836–37 in the counting room of Thomas Benbridge. Benbridge had an accounting office. The first building dedicated on 30 Dec 1838 on Missouri St. A new Gothic Revival style church was built in 1858 on the Northwest corner of Sixth and Ferry. Major repairs were completed in 1887 with the addition of a Sunday School.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. It is located in the Centennial Neighborhood District.

The Marian Apartments, also known as Marian Flats, is a historic apartment building located at Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. It was designed by Oliver W. Pierce, Jr. and built in 1907. It is a three-story, rectangular, brick building with limestone and wood trim. It features polygonal three-story projecting bays.They were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Centennial Neighborhood District is a national historic district located at Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana, United States. The area originated as the Bartholomew and Davis Additions to Lafayette in 1829. Growth came rapidly after the Wabash and Erie Canal arrived in 1843, and continued with the arrival of the railroad in 1853. The Centennial Neighborhood Historic District takes its name from the Centennial School, which was constructed in 1876 on the centennial of the nation. The school was located on the northeast corner of Brown Street at North 6th Street. It has since been removed and a park was created at its original location.

Falley Home, also known as the Lahr Home, is a historic home located at Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. The Italian Villa style brick house was built in 1863, and consists of three two-story sections and a three-story entrance tower. It is sheathed in stucco. The square corner entrance tower is topped by a cupola and encloses a curve staircase.: 2–3 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Ellsworth Historic District, also known as Ellsworth Addition, is a national historic district located at Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. The district encompasses 144 contributing buildings, 1 contributing site, and 4 contributing structures in a predominantly residential section of Lafayette. It developed between about 1844 and 1936 and includes representative examples of Italianate, Second Empire, Queen Anne, and Bungalow / American Craftsman style architecture. Located in the district are the separately listed Falley Home, Moses Fowler House, and Temple Israel. Other notable buildings include the Second Presbyterian Church (1894-1895), Alexander House (c. 1880), Ball Brothers House (c. 1845), Falley Townhouse (c. 1892), Home Block (c. 1870), Annie Fowler House (c. 1870), and Duplex Townhouse (c. 1890).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
