Lake Erie Watershed is a major drainage catchment in northwestern Pennsylvania, United States, consisting of lands with direct runoff and sub-watersheds with waterways that flow into Lake Erie and Presque Isle Bay from Crawford and Erie counties, as well as from New York. The watershed is part of the Lake Erie Basin.

WTWF (93.9 FM) is a country music radio station in Erie, Pennsylvania, branded as "93.9 The Wolf". WTWF's studios are located in the Boston Store building in downtown Erie while its transmitter is located near the junction of Interstate 79 and Interstate 90. The station is owned by iHeartMedia. WTWF airs The Bobby Bones Show from WSIX-FM in Nashville Monday to Saturday mornings, The Wayne D Show Monday to Friday evenings also from WSIX-FM Nashville, After MidNite with Granger Smith overnights, Country House Party Saturday nights and "Woman of iHeartCountry" from iHeartMedia's Premiere Networks. Prior to iHeartMedia ownership, WTWF aired content with live local personalities. From 2006 to 2019, local personalities such as Shannon Solo, Melissa Matthews, Johnny Marx, Bob 'Bobby D' Domingo, Chuck 'The Promo Guy' Rambaldo, Aimee 'The Outlaw' Clemson, Sammy Stone, Kyle Hendricks, Carrie Lee, Greg Mauz, Garrett Kelley, Brett Andrews, and Dan Sheldon all hosted live in-studio airshifts over the years on WTWF before the January 2020 iHeartMedia mass layoffs. As of January 2020, all local personalities heard on the station were laid off and all content is replaced by iHeartMedia's syndicated programs from Premiere Networks and the iHeartMedia Premium Choice lineup. On March 27, 2019, Connoisseur Media announced that it would transfer WTWF along with its sister stations to iHeartMedia in exchange for WFRE and WFMD in the Frederick, Maryland market from the Aloha Station Trust. The sale closed on May 20, 2019.

Sterrettania is a populated place located in Erie County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is in Fairview and McKean townships, in the valley of Elk Creek, a short tributary of Lake Erie. Sterrettania is an unincorporated community on Pennsylvania Route 832. Sterrettania is located 12 miles (19 km) southwest of downtown Erie and has an elevation of 886 feet (270 m). Sterrettania is not a census designated or incorporated place having an official federally recognized name. Sterrettania appears on the Swanville U.S. Geological Survey Map, is in the Eastern Time Zone (UTC -5 hours) and observes daylight saving time.

McKean Township is a township in Erie County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 4,435 at the 2020 census, up from 4,409 at the 2010 census, down from 4,619 in 2000.

Splash Lagoon Indoor Waterpark Resort is a large Polynesian-themed indoor water park located in Erie, Pennsylvania. The park is approximately 80,000 square feet (7,400 m2). It features nine water slides, two hot tubs, one large activity pool, a five-story activity tree house play structure, a toddler play pool, a 30,000-square-foot (2,800 m2) wave pool, a FlowRider, and a 6,500-square-foot (600 m2) arcade. The resort is connected to a Wyndham Garden (formerly Holiday Inn Express), Hawthorn Suites (formerly Residence Inn), and a Comfort Inn, along with Quaker Steak and Lube restaurant & bowling alley.

The Millcreek Mall or Millcreek Mall Complex is a one-level shopping center 3.4 miles (5.5 km) southwest of downtown Erie, Pennsylvania, between Peach Street and Interstate 79, in Millcreek Township. The mall is the fourteenth largest shopping mall in the United States, and, with 195 stores, Millcreek Mall is currently the third largest shopping mall in Pennsylvania.The complex opened on November 9, 1975 and was developed by the Youngstown, Ohio-based Cafaro Company, who continue to own and operate it. Due to Pennsylvania's lack of sales tax on clothing, the Millcreek Mall attracts many visitors from Ohio, New York and Canada. The mall proper houses 121 store spaces, with 12 kiosks. The 165 stores and restaurants figure often cited includes stores within the physical mall and its many peripheral restaurants, stores and strip plazas. The mall is anchored by Boscov's, JCPenney, Macy's and Dick's Sporting Goods.

The Erie Triangle is a roughly 300-square-mile (780-square-kilometre) tract of American land that was the subject of several competing colonial-era claims. It was eventually acquired by the U.S. federal government and sold to Pennsylvania so that the state would have access to a freshwater port on Lake Erie. The Erie Triangle land makes up a large portion of present-day Erie County, Pennsylvania.
