The Conrad and Margaret Allerman House also known as the Old Reliance Farm, is a historic home located at Lower Swatara Township, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. It was originally built in 1788, and is in the German vernacular tradition with influences from the Georgian style.Conrad Allerman arrived in Pennsylvania as a teenager from the Rhineland in Germany. He married Margaret Eschenour, a widow with two children about 1780 and died in 1790 or 1792, survived by his wife and four children, Conrad, Anna Maria, Margaret, and Elizabeth. The elder Margaret lived in the house until her death in 1807. The younger Conrad bought the house from his three sisters in 1801 for 862 pounds, upon reaching the age of 21.The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.

The campus is located 9 miles (15 km) south of Harrisburg. Penn State offers two associate, 34 baccalaureate, 24 master's, and three doctoral degrees as well as certificate and certification programs. It was an upper division college (serving only juniors and seniors) from its founding in 1966 until accepting freshmen and sophomores in 2004. The Penn State Eastgate Center, opened in 1991 in downtown Harrisburg, contains state agencies such as the Pennsylvania Securities Commission and Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System as well as hearing rooms for workers compensation that also occupy space in the building. As of 2012, all classrooms and administrative personnel previously located in this building were relocated to the Middletown campus.

St. Peter's Kierch, also called the Old Kierch or St. Peter's Church, is a historic Lutheran church in Middletown, Dauphin County in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. Construction began in 1767 and it was dedicated by Henry Muhlenberg in 1769. St. Peter's Kierch was used regularly until 1879 when a large church was completed. Indian Echo Caverns is an historic show cave in Derry Township, Dauphin County near Hershey and Hummelstown, Pennsylvania in the United States. The caverns were mentioned in an article by the Philadelphia Philosophical Society as early as the 1700s.The limestone cave tourist destination has been considered "a living cave" because its formations continue to grow.
