The North Bellingham Cemetery and Oak Hill Cemetery are a pair of adjacent cemeteries in Bellingham, Massachusetts. They are located on the north side of Hartford Avenue (Massachusetts Route 126) a short way east of its junction with Interstate 495. The municipally-owned North Bellingham Cemetery is a roughly 1 acre (0.40 ha) plot, and is the oldest cemetery in the town, holding the graves of many of the town's founders. Its earliest recorded burial was in 1712, and the last was in 1888. Oak Hill Cemetery, a still-active cemetery, is a privately owned 2.5-acre (1.0 ha) parcel established in 1849. The two cemeteries combine to show the full range of changing funerary tastes from colonial days to the present.The cemeteries were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2012.

The Franklin Common Historic District is a historic district encompassing the traditional village center of Franklin, Massachusetts. The primary focus of the district is the town common, a roughly triangular green which took shape in the mid-18th century. The district includes the buildings that abut the green, and extends northward along Main Street to its junction with Lincoln Street, where the Red Brick School is located. The Dean Junior College Historic District abuts this district to the south. The district is predominantly residential in character, with several civic and religious institutional buildings facing the common. The latter group are dominated by the Federated Church (Shingle style, built 1895), and the Roman Catholic St. Mary's Church complex, which includes three buildings from the 1920s to 1955.The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.

Franklin/Dean College is an MBTA Commuter Rail station located in Franklin, Massachusetts near Dean College. It serves the Franklin Line, for which it was the terminus from 1966 to 1988. The station has a mid-sized park and ride lot to serve town residents; Forge Park/495 station is intended to serve commuters from other nearby towns. The 1912-built station building still serves as a waiting hall and café, open during morning commute hours on weekdays. Franklin/Dean College station has a single side platform serving the line's single track; it is not accessible.
