Bessarion station

Concord Park Place is a 45-acre (18 ha) multi-tower condominium complex under construction by developer Concord Adex in Toronto, Ontario. The development is the second largest master-planned community in Toronto, behind CityPlace on Toronto's waterfront. Upon completion, the development will have 20 residential towers with around 10,000 residents, 2 new schools and a community centre. The site is located between Sheppard Avenue, Leslie Street, Highway 401, and Bessarion Road, and creates a south extension of the Bayview Village neighbourhood of North York.

It is part of the federal Don Valley North riding and the provincial Don Valley North electoral district, and Toronto electoral Ward 17: Don Valley North. In 2006, it had a population of 15,370.The area is bordered on the north by Finch Avenue East, on the west by Bayview Avenue, on the east by Leslie Street, and on the south by Highway 401, and also including the grounds of North York General Hospital, east of Leslie in the neighbourhood's southeast corner, according to the City of Toronto's definition. The Bayview Village Association regards the east boundary as the Don River (east branch) and the south boundary as Sheppard Avenue East, thereby excluding land between the Don River and Leslie, Sheppard and Highway 401.

The 440,000-square-foot (41,000 m2) shopping mall is located at the northeast corner of Bayview Avenue and Sheppard Avenue in the former city of North York. Oriole was a provincial electoral district in North York, Ontario, Canada. It was created from York Mills riding in 1975 and merged into Willowdale and Don Valley East ridings after 1999. Oriole GO Station is a small train station on GO Transit's Richmond Hill line. It is located under the Highway 401 overpass, west of Leslie Street in the North York district of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is about half a kilometre south of Leslie subway station on Line 4 Sheppard of the Toronto Transit Commission. A pedestrian walkway along the east side of tracks connects the north end of the platform to Esther Shiner Boulevard and a short walk along Old Leslie Street leads to the upper, automated entrance to the subway station. It has been proposed several times that the GO station should be moved to allow for a direct connection with the subway.There is a narrow footbridge over the track, allowing pedestrians to walk between the station to Woodsworth Road. This bridge will be replaced by a new, wider bridge farther south. The 30-metre (98 ft) metre bridge will be enclosed in a mesh safety screen and have an anti-slip floor.Nearby points of interest include the Concord Park Place condominium complex, IKEA North York, and North York General Hospital.

Robbins Hebrew Academy (RHA), formerly known as United Synagogue Day School, is a private elementary (Nursery to Grade 5) and middle school (Grade 6 to Grade 8) Jewish day school in Toronto, Ontario. Founded in 1957 as the Foundation Day School at the Beth Tzedec Synagogue, it was renamed United Synagogue Day School in 1961. In 2010, after an endowment, the school changed its name to Robbins Hebrew Academy, as a condition to accepting the endowment, by Larry Robbins. It was the first Jewish Day School in Toronto to be CAIS (www.cais.ca) accredited.

Beth Tikvah Synagogue (Hebrew: בית תקוה) is an egalitarian synagogue in the Willowdale neighbourhood of Toronto, with a membership of approximately 1100 families. Although the worship style is traditional-conservative, the synagogue formally disaffiliated with the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism in 2013.The synagogue was founded on April 14, 1964, as Shaarei Tikvah, after a synagogue in Amsterdam that had been razed by the Nazis. It became Beth Tikvah after a merger in 1966 with the Bayview Synagogue Association. Rabbi Avraham Feder served as the first rabbi of the synagogue from 1967 until 1981 when he moved to Israel and continued to serve as Rabbi Emeritus. Rabbi Feder died on Feb. 8, 2018.Srul Irving Glick, the famed composer and conductor, served as Beth Tikvah's composer-in-residence from 1969 to 2002.

Metropolitan Preparatory Academy (or Metro Prep) is a private, semestered, coeducational, middle school (grades 7–8) and high school (grades 9–12) for university-oriented students. It is located in midtown, Toronto. Metro Prep was founded in 1982 and operates without school uniforms. In addition to regular classrooms, Metro Prep's facilities include a science laboratory, two computer labs, an art room, cafeteria, study hall and gymnasium. Metro Prep also offers a fully operational weight and fitness room. Metro Prep has twenty full-time faculty members. The average high school class size is approximately 12 students.
