OGE Energy Field at the USA Softball Hall of Fame Stadium is located inside the USA Softball Hall of Fame Complex (formerly the Don E. Porter ASA Hall of Fame Stadium & the ASA Hall of Fame Stadium). The USA Softball Hall of Fame Stadium is a 13,000-seat multi-purpose stadium in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States. The complex includes the main stadium, several practice fields, and an office building. The complex is owned by the city and operated under a long-term lease by USA Softball with the exception of the office building, which USA Softball owns and uses for its headquarters.The USA Softball Hall of Fame Complex originally opened in 1987, under the name Don E. Porter "ASA Hall of Fame Stadium". It was renamed in 2017 when the Amateur Softball Association rebranded to USA Softball. The stadium underwent extensive renovations from September 2013 to 2015 and 2018Through 2017, it hosted two major college tournaments: the Big 12 Conference championship and the Women's College World Series, as well as the World Cup of Softball, one of the premier international softball events. The Big 12 decided to discontinue their tournament after 2010, however the Women's College World Series is still held there. In 2017 the Big 12 Conference decided to hold a conference tournament starting in the 2017 season, it will still be held at this location along with the USA Softball International Cup once all major renovations to the facility are completed in 2020. Oklahoma City will host the Women's College World Series through 2035, provided the city makes good on its promise to complete a four-phase renovation. In late summer and early fall of 2018 a new two-story state of the art press box was built, and a new LED jumbotron video scoreboard was also added. Seating capacity (seating bowl and outfield bleachers) was further expanded in time for the 2020 Women's College World Series, ultimately not held due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The latest expansion brought the main stadium's capacity to 13,000.In 2007, it was ranked the number eight sporting venue in the state of Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma State Firefighters Museum is a museum owned and administered by the Oklahoma State Firefighters Association (OSFA). The museum is financed by the dues collected from more than 9,000 firefighters, and is located at 2716 N.E. 50th Street in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The museum is devoted entirely to the preservation and display of antique fire apparatus and equipment. It contains a remarkable collection of antique gear, dating back to the mid-18th century, and also holds the first fire station in Oklahoma Territory, built in 1864. Many items from the oldest fire company in the United States, commanded by Benjamin Franklin, are on display. Exhibits also include the world's largest patch collection and the distinctive mural The Last Alarm. The building is also home to the Oklahoma State Firefighters Association (OSFA), the Oklahoma Fire Chiefs Association (OFCA), the Council on Firefighter Training (COFT) and the Oklahoma Retired Firefighters Association (ORFA) offices.

Then a match play championship, Johnny Revolta won his only major title, defeating Tommy Armour 5 & 4.The match play field was increased in 1935 to 64 players, with the first two rounds at 18 holes each, played on the first day, Friday. Weather caused a one-day delay in the schedule and the finals were held on Wednesday. Defending champion Paul Runyan lost 3 & 2 in the quarterfinals to Al Zimmerman of Portland, Oregon. Five-time champion Walter Hagen, age 42, was the medalist in qualifying with 139 (−1), but lost in the first round to Revolta, 1 up.

Founded as the American Homing Pigeon Institute (AHPI) in 1973, the current museum opened in 1993 and focused on pigeon racing but later expanded to its current scope.

The Oklahoma City Zoo and Botanical Garden is a zoo and botanical garden located in Oklahoma City's Adventure District in northeast Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The zoo covers 130 acres (53 ha) and is home to more than 1,900 animals. It is open every day except Thanksgiving and Christmas. The Oklahoma City Zoo is an accredited member of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums and the American Alliance of Museums.

The Center of the American Indian (CAI) was an intertribal, Native American-led museum in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. It was housed in the second floor of the Kirkpatrick Center. The Center of the American Indian produced a quarterly journal, The Storyteller. The CAI held workshops, language classes, and symposia, such as "We Always Had Plenty: Native Americans and the Bison" held in 1989. CAI helped launch the Red Earth Festival in 1987. In 1992, the Center of the American Indian merged into Red Earth Inc., marking the end of its Native American leadership.

Science Museum Oklahoma is a science museum in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The museum is home to the Kirkpatrick Planetarium, the International Gymnastics Hall of Fame and a number of specialized galleries. The facility covers over 390,000 square feet, which makes it one of the largest science museums in the nation. It began as the Kirkpatrick Planetarium in 1958 with major additions in 1980, 1985, 2000, and 2007.

The International Gymnastics Hall of Fame, located in Oklahoma City, USA, is a hall of fame dedicated to honoring the achievements and contributions of the world's greatest competitors, coaches and authorities in artistic gymnastics. The early IGHOF was founded in 1972 by Frank Wells of the National Gymnastics Clinic. It had only one member, Olga Korbut, and disbanded in the late 1970s. The current museum was founded in 1986 by Glenn Sundby, publisher of the International Gymnast Magazine. Initially located in Oceanside, California, it was moved into Oklahoma City in 1997. The museum is housed inside the Science Museum Oklahoma, formerly called the Omniplex.

Oklahoma City's Adventure District is an area in Oklahoma City, roughly centered on NE 50th Street and Martin Luther King Avenue, that is home to several of the city's best-known attractions. The "Adventure District" designation was created in 2000 as a marketing effort by several of the area's businesses to market the area. In 2003, the City of Oklahoma City recognized the area as an official entertainment district.
