Second Baptist Church of Wayne, also known as the Wayne Village Baptist Church, is a historic Baptist church located at Wayne in Schuyler County, New York. It was built in 1846, and is a Greek Revival style frame church. It has a temple front and two single story additions dating from 1876 / 1921 and 1972. It features a projecting vestibule and a two-stage, domed bell tower contains the original bell cast in 1846.: 3–4 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.

Waneta Lake (previously known as "Little Lake") is a small lake in the Finger Lakes region of the state of New York in the United States. The lake straddles the border of Schuyler County and Steuben County, and is within the towns of Tyrone and Wayne. Waneta Lake is 3.5 miles long (north-to-south) and half a mile wide (east-to-west), and lies just east of the southern branch of Keuka Lake. Despite its location in the Finger Lakes region, it is not counted as one of the eleven Finger Lakes.

Cottages at Central Point are a set of four historic cottages located on the east shore of Keuka Lake in Wayne in Steuben County, New York. They were built in the late 1880s, and are two-story, wood-frame cottages with steep gable roofs and wide porches. The cottages feature eclectic Victorian stylistic elements including board-and-batten siding, decorative stick work and brackets, wrap around porches, and decorative balusters. The cottages are known as "Sans Souci," "Marjean Lodge," "Villula," and "Ultimatum."They were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.

Garrett Memorial Chapel is a small Church in the Norman Gothic Style located on Bluff Point at Lake Keuka, in the town of Jerusalem, in Yates County, New York. On 30 March 2001 the Chapel was added to the National Register of Historic Places.The Chapel was built in 1930-1931 by the Garrett family of whom Paul Garrett was a major figure in the American wine industry as a memorial to his son Charles who had died of tuberculosis in January 1930. The rectangular plan building is constructed of ashlar granite with cast stone decorative elements. It features a polygonal apse, round arched openings, and a large square corner tower topped by a lantern and weathervane. On the lower level is the church crypt. Also on the property is a contributing concrete block lavatory.: 3–4, 6  Many of the stained glass windows in the chapel and the crypt were designed by Frederick Wilson.The Chapel is normally open from April to November and is serviced by a seasonal access road. The Chapel is non-denominational but is under the stewardship of the Episcopal Diocese of Rochester. It is a popular venue for weddings due to its architecture and scenic views of Keuka Lake and the surrounding area.

Keuka Lake ( KEW-kə) is one of the major Finger Lakes in the U.S. state of New York. It is unusual because it is Y-shaped, in contrast to the long and narrow shape of the other Finger Lakes. Because of its shape, it was referred to in the past as Crooked Lake. Keuka means "canoe landing" or "lake with an elbow" in the Seneca language. The first white settlers to the lake region came after the Sullivan Expedition during the American Revolutionary War. In 1833 the Crooked Lake Canal was completed, connecting Keuka Lake with Seneca Lake, connecting with the Erie Canal. Beginning in the first half of the 19th century many steamboats operated on the lake which largely functioned as transports between Penn Yan and Hammondsport, often in service of the wine industry. In 1872 the Bath & Hammondsport Railroad, connecting to the Erie Railroad, went into operation, replacing the use of the canal. Beginning in the mid 19th century the lake has since been surrounded by vineyards and wineries which earned it the title, the Cradle of the Wine Industry, in New York. During the beginning of the 20th century the first water-craft airplanes were developed and tested on Keuka Lake by aviation pioneer Glenn Curtiss.

Abraham Wagener House is a historic house located at Jerusalem in Yates County, New York. This Greek Revival style structure was built about 1833 and features a monumental proportioned temple portico with full pediment and wide entablature supported by massive two-story columns.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.

Weston Schoolhouse is a historic one-room school building located at Weston in Schuyler County, New York. It is a one-room, one story, gable roofed frame building built about 1870. It was used as a school until 1940.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.

Tyrone is a town in Schuyler County, New York, United States. The population was 1,650 at the 2020 census.The town of Tyrone is in the northwest part of the county and is east of Bath.

Spicer-Millard House is a historic home located at Barrington in Yates County, New York. It is a five- by two-bay Federal style residence built about 1819.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.

Lamoka Lake, previously known as Mud Lake, is a small crescent-shaped lake in the western part of New York state. The lake is located at the border of Schuyler County and Steuben County. Most of the lake is in Schuyler County with only a small part, called "Mill Pond," at the southwest corner in Steuben County. North of Lamoka Lake is another lake called Waneta Lake, previously known as "Little Lake", which is linked to Lamoka Lake by a short channel. Both Lamoka Lake and Waneta Lake are east of Keuka Lake, one of the Finger Lakes, however they are not part of the Finger Lakes drainage system. While the Finger Lakes drain north into the St. Lawrence River system, Lamoka and Waneta Lakes drain south into Mill Pond, then Mud Creek, and then to the Cohocton River in the Susquehanna River system. The area is the location of a significant archeological site, the Lamoka site, which, according to the National Park Service, "provided the first clear evidence of an Archaic hunting and gathering culture in the Northeastern United States (c.3500 BC)". The site was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1961.

Western New York Wine Company, also known as the Philip Argus House and Winery, is a historic winery located at Pulteney, Steuben County, New York. The main building consists of a home and winery building built in 1886 and 1890, respectively. The buildings were connected in the 1970s. It is a two-story, L-shaped, fieldstone dwelling with an attached three-story, fieldstone winery. Both elements have cross-gable roofs. Also on the property is a contributing English barn built about 1880. The winery remains in operation as Chateau Frank.: 3 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.

Gold Seal Winery is a historic winery complex located near Hammondsport in Steuben County, New York, United States. The primary building on the complex is in the Italianate style and constructed in 1865. It is a three-story, 54 feet by 110 feet, stone structure built into a hillside. It features a bell tower, gable roof with dormers, stuccoed upper stories, and barrel vaults. The original building was enlarged on at least six occasions. A long, narrow stone addition (20 feet by 120 feet) was built in 1890 and expanded in 1903-1903 with a mansard roof in the Second Empire style. Another major addition was built in 1884 and expanded in 1887. It included a champagne fluting room, an additional storage vault, and tasting porch. A 54 feet by 109 feet addition of reinforced concrete was built in 1912. Other contributing buildings are the Pornace House (1909) and brandy distillery (1865).
