The Hoosick Falls Armory is located along Church Street (NY 22) in Hoosick Falls, New York, United States. It is a red brick building with castellated tower dating to the late 19th century. One of many armories in New York designed by state architect Isaac G. Perry, it is one of his earlier armories, more restrained and less imposing than those he built later in his career. It has remained mostly intact since its construction. The military units of the New York National Guard based there, first mustered during the American Civil War, have fought in the 1916 Mexican Border Campaign, in Belgium during World War I, and the Battle of Saipan during World War II. It is closed as a military facility and currently houses the Hoosick Armory Youth Center and Community Coalition, abbreviated as HAYC3, which runs community events and provides studio and office space to small area businesses.In 1995 the armory was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. With the 2009 auction of the 18th Separate Company Armory in Glens Falls, and the purchase and conversion of the Hoosick Falls Armory into a community center, the Gloversville armory is the only one still in military use in the Capital District.

One of several similar post offices in New York built at that time, it has retained its historic integrity better than some of the others. In 1988 it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the only post office in Rensselaer County besides Troy's with that distinction.

The Estabrook Octagon House, built in 1853 by Ezra Robinson Estabrook, is a historic octagonal house located at 8 River Street (NY 22) in Hoosick Falls, New York. It was constructed in strict accordance with the theories of Orson Squire Fowler, author of A Home for All. It is preserved intact, and is one of the few remaining octagon houses that was built exactly as Fowler advocated. On February 8, 1980, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places.The house has been altered slightly, however. It was a pleasing feature of the house that the balustrade design, which appears on the roof of the house, had been repeated in different scales also on the roof of the porch and on the cupola.

The Delaney Hotel, also the North Hoosick Hotel and Hathaway Hotel, is located at the junction of NY 22 and 67 in the hamlet of Hoosick, New York, United States. It is a large Greek Revival-style building dating to the middle of the 19th century with some later Italianate decoration. Few alterations have been made, and it is a well-preserved example of vernacular interpretations of those styles in a rural building. It was a stagecoach and railroad stop in its peak years. Later owners continued to operate it as a hotel, despite declining business, into the middle of the 20th century. After a period of vacancy and decline, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995. In the 1980s it was nearly demolished. Recently a new set of owners has proposed to turn it into a bed and breakfast.

Tibbits House, also known as Tibbits Hall, is a historic home located at Hoosick in Rensselaer County, New York. The house was built about 1860 and 1+1⁄2-story, rectangular Gothic Revival–style building. It is constructed of cut ashlar sandstone blocks and has steeply pitched gable roofs covered with fishscale slate. It features projecting porches, bay windows, changes of rooflines, dormers, chimneys, and two towers. The existing house on the property was originally owned by U.S. Congressman George Tibbits (1763–1849); his son George Mortimer Tibbits (1796–1878) built the Tibbits House. At the time the property was bought by the Tibbits it was the location of a wooden house built before the Revolution by a Loyalist named Pfister. The Tibbits estate was a stop on the Underground Railroad. The building was acquired by Hoosac School in 1952 and is used as a dormitory, classrooms, and for administrative offices.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.
