Hagworthingham is a village and civil parish in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. It is on the A158, 5 miles (8 km) east of Horncastle and 4 miles (6 km) north-west of Spilsby. In 2011 the parish had a population of 359. The place-name 'Hagworthingham' is attested in the Domesday Book of 1086, where it appears as "Haberdingham" and "Hacberding(e)ham" according to Ekwall, which states the name means 'the ham [village] of the Hagworth people'. According to Mills, Domesday assigns it "Hacberdingeham", and gives an 1198 reference of "Hagwrthingham", meaning possibly "homestead of the family or followers of a man called Haguweard", from the Old English combination of a person name with 'inga' (denoting ownership) and 'hām' (homestead, village manor or estate). Hagworthingham church, dedicated to the Holy Trinity, was restored by James Fowler of Louth in 1859. Thomas Drant, the clergyman and translator of Horace, was born in Hagworthingham.

Lusby is a village and former civil parish, now in the parish of Lusby with Winceby, in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. It is situated about 4 miles (6 km) west from Spilsby, and about 5 miles (8 km) east from Horncastle. In 1961 the parish had a population of 68. On 1 April 1987 the parish was abolished to form "Lusby with Winceby". Lusby with Winceby had a population (including Hameringham) of 147 at the 2011 census.

Harrington is a hamlet and civil parish in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. It is situated 6 miles (10 km) south-west from Alford, and 5 miles (8.0 km) north-west from Spilsby.

Snipe Dales is a country park and nature reserve in the Lincolnshire Wolds near Hagworthingham in Lincolnshire, England. The reserve is one of the few remaining examples showing the Wolds as they were. Snipe Dales comprises a raised heathland nature reserve at the west and a semi-natural mostly coniferous woodland country park at the east. It is located within a steep sided valley containing many small streams, sourced from springs, flowing into a larger stream that becomes a tributary of the River Lymn. The country park is 210 acres (0.8 km2) in total of which 90 is woodland previously owned by the Forestry Commission and now by Lincolnshire County Council. The nature reserve and park is jointly managed by the County Council and Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust with help from volunteers. Access is by foot or wheelchair only, although there is a car park with visitor facilities. Dogs are allowed on a short lead in the country park but not in the reserve. The Prime Meridian runs through Snipe Dales and a plaque is at its intersection.

Mavis Enderby is a hamlet and civil parish in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. It lies in the Lincolnshire Wolds, 4.5 miles (7 km) east from Horncastle.

Raithby by Spilsby or Raithby is a village and civil parish in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. It is situated about 2 miles (3.2 km) north-west from the town of Spilsby. Raithby has associations with founder of Methodism, John Wesley, and the Victorian architect, George Gilbert Scott.

Aswardby (pronounced "as-ard-bee") is a village situated 4 miles (6 km) north-west from Spilsby, in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. It lies north of the A158 and west of the A16 roads. It is in the civil parish of Sausthorpe. Fr T. Pelham Dale, SSC, prosecuted and imprisoned for Ritualist practices in 1876 and 1880, and regarded a martyr by Anglo-Catholics, was the parish priest from 1881 to 1892. Aswardby Hall was built approximately 1845, with further building works completed around 1910. Aswardby should not be confused with Aswarby, which is also in Lincolnshire, but about 35 miles (56 km) south-west of Aswardby.

The small Methodist chapel at Raithby Hall in Raithby by Spilsby is the oldest Methodist chapel in Lincolnshire, and one of the oldest in England. It is one of the few surviving chapels that was opened by John Wesley, the founding father of Methodism, and is still in use today. The chapel was built in brick over an existing stable in 1779 by Robert Carr Brackenbury, the well-to-do Methodist minister who built and lived at Raithby Hall and was dedicated by John Wesley on 5 July 1779. The building housing the stable and the chapel is Grade I listed.

Bolingbroke, now called Old Bolingbroke, is a village and civil parish in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. Its present boundaries were formed by the amalgamation of the Parishes of Bolingbroke and Hareby in 1739. The population at the 2011 census was 325. Bolingbroke is 3 miles (4.8 km) west of Spilsby. The village of New Bolingbroke is 6 miles (9.7 km) to the south-west. The Prime Meridian passes through the parish to the west of Old Bolingbroke.

Hareby is a small village and former civil parish, now in the parish of Bolingbroke, in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. It is situated 4 miles (6 km) west from the town of Spilsby. In 1961 the parish had a population of 30. On 1 April 1987 the parish was abolished and merged with Bolingbroke. The village is listed in the 1086 Domesday Book. Hareby is now considered a deserted medieval village, and earthworks can be seen south from the church. The parish church sits on Hareby Hill and is dedicated to Saint Peter and Saint Paul; it is a Grade II listed building of greenstone and red brick. The present church dates from 1858, although it reuses details dating from the 14th century. The font dates from the 17th century. The church is the setting for a famous scene in Calamy's history of nonconformist ministers. John Horne, who had been ejected from his benefice at Lynn in 1662, preached one day at Hareby. Three sisters in the congregation discussed his merits and the youngest said 'she would think herself happy if she might have such a man, though she begged her bread with him.' This information was soon passed to Rev Horne, who married her. Presumably they had to then beg since he had no benefice income to provide for his new family although he did gain some Church of England jobs from 1673. The Millennium Dome near the church is a small gazebo with views from Hareby Hill.

Bolingbroke Castle is a ruined castle in Bolingbroke (now Old Bolingbroke) in Lincolnshire, England.

Sausthorpe is a small village and civil parish in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England, 8 miles (13 km) east of Horncastle and 3 miles (4.8 km) north-west of Spilsby. It lies on the southern edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds – a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – in the valley of the River Lymn. Farming remains the dominant economic activity in the area. The population was 305 in the 2011 census and estimated at 306 in 2019.
