Abrazo Scottsdale Campus (formerly Paradise Valley Hospital) is an acute care hospital located in Phoenix, Arizona, in the United States. Abrazo Scottsdale Campus offers orthopedic services, sports medicines, rehabilitation services, diagnostic imaging, surgical weight loss procedures, women's health services, da Vinci Surgical System, and 24-hour emergency care.

Paradise Valley Community College (PVCC) is a public community college in Phoenix, Arizona. A branch campus, PVCC at Black Mountain, opened in 1985, with classes temporarily held at Paradise Valley High School. Once construction was completed in 1987, classes were held at its current location in what was then the far northern section of Scottsdale, Arizona to serve this rapidly growing area. It provides greater access for the communities of Cave Creek and Carefree. The college mascot is the puma and the colors are royal blue and white.

Crestview Preparatory School is a public charter high school in Phoenix, Arizona. It is operated by The Leona Group. For athletics, it is a member of the Canyon Athletic Association (CAA). The school is ranked 250-425th in Arizona, and is the only high school in the American Charter Schools Foundation D.B.A. Crestvi.

Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain is a privately owned resort and spa located in Paradise Valley, Arizona. The resort, which opened in 2001, is located on 53 acres on the north face of Camelback Mountain. It has 105 mountain and spa casitas as well as a collection of private homes.Sanctuary includes an Asian-inspired spa, the Elements restaurant, and the Jade Bar. Elements Executive Chef Beau MacMillan has been featured on several Food Network Channel shows, including Iron Chef, Worst Cooks in America, and The Next Iron Chef. Jade Bar underwent a $2 million renovation in the summer of 2013 and reopened in October.In 2015, the resort renovated a group of its guestrooms and re-introduced them as a new room category called the Camelback Casitas and Suites. Outdoor dining is available year-round on the elements dining deck, and a private dining room, XII, is open to the kitchen.

Pinnacle High School is a public high school located in the north valley of Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona. PHS opened in 2000, and is a part of the Paradise Valley Unified School District (PVUSD). The students are called Pinnacle Pioneers and the school's mascot is Pioneer Pete. The school's main colors are blue and white, however in recent years, red has been added as a school color.

CityNorth is a planned urban mixed-use development in the Northeast Valley of Phoenix, Arizona, US; featuring retail, restaurant, residential, hotel, office, cultural, civic and entertainment uses in a pedestrian-friendly environment. At completion, CityNorth will comprise more than 5,500,000 square feet (0.51 km2; 0.20 sq mi) of development on 144 acres (0.58 km2; 0.23 sq mi). Envisioned by Thomas J. Klutznick as the urban core of the Northeast Valley of Phoenix and the commercial core for the master-planned community of Desert Ridge, CityNorth is sited near the intersection of two major freeways—Loop 101 and State Route 51, making it accessible from throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. The development will open in phases starting with Phase One, High Street, which opened in November 2008. CityNorth is being developed with the assistance of a $97.4 million tax incentive package that was at the heart of a lawsuit between Phoenix and the Goldwater Institute. Future phases for CityNorth have been put on hold due to economic conditions. The development was originally supposed to have Bloomingdale's, Macy's and Nordstrom as anchor department stores, but they have been pulled out of the project as a result of the Great Recession in 2009. Construction on the project began on June 25, 2019, with water and sewer infrastructure as a starting point. An official groundbreaking is planned for early October 2019. In 2020, "early site improvements have included grading what eventually will be a four-lane road".

Desert Ridge Marketplace is a super-regional shopping mall located just off the Loop 101 and Tatum Boulevard in North Phoenix, Arizona. It was built by Vestar Development Co. and opened in December 2001. The mall has a gross leasable area of 1.2 million square feet (111,000 m2). The mall was targeted at upscale residents of the north East Valley, and of Scottsdale, a five-minute drive from the mall via the freeway.The mall was revamped in 2017 with a repaint of stores, a fountain installed in the entrance and a new, modern logo.

Horizon High School is a public high school in Phoenix, Arizona in the Paradise Valley Unified School District. The school was established in 1980. The current principal is Shelley Strofus. About 2,400 students are enrolled in the school. The mascot is a Husky.

Paradise Valley Mall was a shopping mall located in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. The last remaining anchor stores were JCPenney and Costco. There were 3 vacant anchor stores that were once Sears, Dillard's, and Macy's. The former owner, Macerich, has rezoned the land for mixed use. Demolition of the indoor mall portion started in July 2021 and ended in February 2022. On April 8, 2021, Macerich sold the mall to Phoenix-based RED Development. The mall, developed by Westcor, is surrounded by a circular street named Paradise Village Parkway. This street design was inspired by the Metrocenter Parkway circular street around Metrocenter Mall, which was also developed by Westcor in the years prior (1970–1973). The mall closed on March 31, 2021, Demolition began on July 7, 2021.

Mayo Clinic Arizona is a multi-campus medical clinic and tertiary medical center in Phoenix, Arizona. Its two main campuses are the outpatient clinic building, situated in east Scottsdale, Arizona, and the Arizona Hospital, located in north Phoenix, Arizona. Additionally, satellite primary care clinics around the Phoenix metropolitan are located in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, and Chandler. The hospital and clinics provide inpatient and outpatient medical services to patients from around the world. It is an academic medical center that houses a number of graduate medical education programs (residencies).

Dream City Church (formerly Phoenix First Assembly of God) is a multi-site Pentecostal megachurch based in Phoenix, Arizona. It is affiliated with the Assemblies of God USA. The weekly attendance was around 22,500 in 2013. The senior pastor is Luke Barnett.
