Prince Edward—Hastings was a federal electoral district in Ontario, Canada, that existed in the House of Commons of Canada from 1968 to 2015. Its population in 2006 was 113,227. It was redistributed between Bay of Quinte electoral district and Hastings—Lennox and Addington electoral district as a result of the Canadian federal electoral redistribution, 2012.

Crowe Lake is located in Peterborough County, Ontario, Canada. Its total surface area is four square miles. The lake is two miles northwest of Marmora. Its primary inflow is the Crowe River. Crowe lake contains multiple varieties of fish, including species of walleye, bass, and bluegill. The shore of Crowe Lake is home to Blairton Trailer Park.

Deloro is a community in geographic Marmora Township in the Municipality of Marmora and Lake, Hastings County in Central Ontario, Canada. Deloro is about 200 kilometres (120 mi) southwest of Ottawa and 65 kilometres (40 mi) east of Peterborough. The Deloro Mine site sits along the banks of the Moira River, along the east side of the community. During the gold rush days, after striking gold in Eldorado in 1866, prospectors built at least 25 shafts on the area now known as the Deloro Mine Site. Deloro is also designated place for census purposes, and had a population of 143 in the Canada 2021 Census.

The Crowe River is a river in the counties of Haliburton, Hastings, Northumberland and Peterborough in southern Ontario, Canada. It is in the Lake Ontario drainage basin and is a tributary of the Trent River.

Belmont Lake is a lake in geographic Belmont Township in the municipality of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen, Peterborough County in Central Ontario, Canada. It is part of the water system that feeds the Trent Severn Waterway Great Lakes Basin. There are 2 watercourses (rivers) that flow into Belmont and one exiting. The first river comes from the north from Cordova Lake and is navigable by small boat from the northwest part of Belmont Lake up the river for approximately 1 km. It has deep and shallow sections and some areas that are rocky. The second inflow which comes from Brackenridge Bay on Round Lake is on the west side at approximately the middle point of the lake. There is a small waterfall flowing into the lake that varies in size depending on water levels at certain times of the year. The Crowe River outflow is on the east side at approximately the middle point of the lake. This river is navigable by small boat for approximately 1 km by navigating some deep and shallow rocky sections. The Crowe River dam is located at the end separating Belmont Lake from Crowe Lake. Belmont Lake has approximately 50 islands. Several of the islands are named. The largest is Big island. It is approximately 1 km long and 375 metres at its widest point. There are approximately 45 cottages on the island. The island is located in the middle of the lake. Belmont has a long history of cottagers because of its natural beauty. It is located on the southernmost point of the Canadian shield which is why most of the islands and surroundings are rocky. Rumour has it that Belmont was suggested to be named Loon Lake because of the numerous loons found and heard on the lake year after year. Belmont has a healthy fish population. Muskie populations which were healthy some years ago have declined due to the non-native Pike species that have made their way into the lake. Other species such as Perch, Bass, Bluegill, Catfish, and Pickerel are also found in the lake. The old mills (no longer present) known as Ashby Mill and Rockdale are located on the south shore and at the Crowe River outflow respectively. The most southern part of the lake has a large bay called King Bay. The most northern part of the lake has a large bay called Deer Bay. It is approximately 7.5 km from the southern part of the main lake to the north part of the main lake. it is approximately 3.1 km wide at its widest point from the river inflow on the west to the river outflow on the east. Many of the older cottages are still present on Belmont Lake allowing it to maintain its "cottagey" feel.

Stirling-Rawdon is a township in the Canadian province of Ontario, located in Hastings County. It was formed on January 1, 1998, through the amalgamation of Rawdon Township with the Village of Stirling. Stirling was named the 2012 Kraft Hockeyville winner, after gaining more than 3.9 million votes.

The North River is a river in the municipality of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen, Peterborough County in Central Ontario, Canada. It is part of the Great Lakes Basin, and is a right tributary of the Crowe River. The river begins at Imp Lake in geographic Methuen Township and flows south, past the Blue Mountain Mine at Devil's Lake, to Kasshabog Lake. It continues south to Long Lake, then turns east, then resumes a southward direction, and enters geographic Belmont Township. The river passes through Round Lake, turns east, and reaches its mouth at Belmont Lake on the Crowe River, which flows via the Trent River to Lake Ontario.

Seymour is a former incorporated township and now a geographic township located in Northumberland County, Ontario, Canada. It is currently part of the Municipality of Trent Hills. European settlement began in earnest in the 1830s and brothers Lieutenant-Colonel Robert Campbell and Major Robert Campbell were granted 890 acres (360 ha) on the Trent River in 1831. A settlement grew, and in 1876, the Village of Campbellford was separated from Seymour and incorporated as a separate municipality. Seymour was originally part of the United Counties of Northumberland and Durham, then Northumberland after the United Counties were restructured in 1974. In 2001, Seymour was amalgamated with Campbellford, the Village of Hastings and the Township of Percy to form the Town of Campbellford / Seymour, Percy & Hastings. It was renamed Trent Hills later that year. According to the 2001 Census, Seymour had a population of 4,528 at the time of amalgamation.

Vansickle is a dispersed rural community and unincorporated place in the municipality of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen, Peterborough County in Central Ontario, Canada. It lies just west of the Crowe River on the border with the township of Marmora and Lake in Hastings County.

It opened in 1953, is part of the Central East LHIN and is the largest employer in the community. The emergency department had 20,448 visits between April 2009 and Mar 2010

Campbellford District High School is a high school in the community of Campbellford in the municipality of Trent Hills, Northumberland County, Ontario, Canada. It is part of the Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board. As of September 2009 it had 709 students. In the Fraser Institute's Report Card on Ontario's Secondary Schools 2011, the school was ranked 432 out of 727 secondary schools in Ontario with an overall rating of 5.8 out of 10.
