Our Lady of Mercy Academy (OLMA) is a college preparatory, all-girls Catholic high school founded in 1962 by the Daughters of Our Lady of Mercy in Franklin Township, Gloucester County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. Despite its location in Franklin Township, the school has a Newfield mailing address. The school is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools.Operated under the auspices of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Camden, the first class, consisting of 23 students, graduated in June 1965. Its first principal was Sister M. Dolores. The first faculty members were Sisters Gertrude, Dominica, and Matthew Marie; now, most of the faculty is lay. As of the 2021–22 school year, the school had an enrollment of 232 students and 23.9 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 9.7:1. The school's student body was 81.0% (188) White, 8.2% (19) Hispanic, 7.3% (17) Black, 2.2% (5) Asian, 0.9% (2) two or more races and 0.4% (1) American Indian / Alaska Native.OLMA is the only all-girls high school in South Jersey. The school grounds span 57 acres (23 ha) and include a gym, sports fields, a Chapel and an indoor pool. Its traditions include a senior trip to Florida, a religious retreat for all grades, junior Ring Mass and celebrations of Thanksgiving, Christmas, Three Kings Day, Mary Day, and pi day.

Coda Rossa Winery is a winery in the Franklinville section of Franklin Township in Gloucester County, New Jersey, United States. The vineyard was first planted in 2002. The current owners obtained the property and winery in 2021, and previously Coda Rossa opened to the public in 2010. Coda Rossa has 10 acres of grapes under cultivation, and produces 1,500 cases of wine per year. The winery is named for the Italian words coda rossa which mean "red tail," because of the red-tailed hawks that live near the farm.

U.S. Route 40, Route 47 and Route 55 all pass through the Malaga area. The community was named after Málaga, in Spain.

Franklin Township is a township in Gloucester County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 16,380, a decrease of 440 (−2.6%) from the 2010 census count of 16,820, which in turn reflected an increase of 1,354 (+8.8%) from the 15,466 counted in the 2000 census.Franklin Township was formed as a township by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on January 27, 1820, from portions of Greenwich Township and Woolwich Township. The St. Padre Pio Shrine is an outdoor Roman Catholic shrine in the Landisville section of Buena, New Jersey dedicated to the 20th-century Italian saint Padre Pio and completed in 2002.

Sacred Heart High School was a co-educational four-year Catholic high school in Vineland, New Jersey, United States, operating under the auspices of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Camden. The school had been accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools since 1963.As of the 2009–10 school year, the school had an enrollment of 288 students and 23.8 faculty (on an FTE basis), resulting in a student–teacher ratio of 12.1:1.

The Landis Theatre–Mori Brothers Building is located at 830–834 Landis Avenue in the city of Vineland in Cumberland County, New Jersey. The building was built in 1937 and its first movie was Hats Off. The theater serviced the USO during World War II, and the auditorium was twinned in 1980. After 50 years of service to the Vineland community, it closed finally in 1987, victim of declining revenue against the Demarco Cinemas nearby. Its last movie was House 2. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 22, 2000, for its significance in architecture, engineering, and entertainment/recreation. It was designed by Philadelphia architect William Harold Lee, who designed several historic theaters. Renovation of the theater was completed in early 2010, and it officially re-opened on May 22, with Bernadette Peters being the opening act.

The Vineland Training School is a non-profit organization in Vineland, New Jersey with the mission of educating people with developmental disabilities so they can live independently. It has been a leader in research and testing. The Training School changed its name several times. According to the website of the Vineland Training School, the original official name was "The New Jersey Home for the Education and Care of Feebleminded Children" (1888). This was changed to "The New Jersey Training School" in 1893. In 1911, the name was changed again to "The Training School at Vineland". In 1965 its name was changed to American Institute for Mental Studies- The Training School Unit, or the "AIMS". Finally in 1988 the name "The Training School at Vineland" was restored. However, the literature also makes reference to the "Vineland Training School for Backward and Feeble-minded Children" and "Vineland Training School for Feeble-Minded Girls and Boys" and other variations. The Psychological Research Laboratory at the Training School was founded in 1906, and was the first research facility devoted to studying mental deficiencies in the US.
