The Arthur and Edith Lee House is a historic place located in the Field neighborhood of Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. It was originally constructed in 1923. In the early 1930s, Arthur Lee and Edith Lee, an African-American couple, acquired ownership of the home, which came during a period of racial discrimination in housing deeds, and the house was located in a predominately White neighborhood. The Lee family endured violent threats from White neighbors and eventually moved out of the house in 1934 after several years of unrest. The home had renewed interest in the 2000s from scholars of racial discrimination in housing and it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 2014.

Cottontail on the Trail (nicknamed the "Minnehaha Bunny") is a bronze sculpture in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The piece was commissioned as part of city's Art in Public Places program and was designed by Jeff Barber of Cannon Falls, Minnesota. The sculpture, which depicts an oddly proportioned cottontail rabbit, was permanently installed on Minnehaha Parkway in 2002. Cottontail on the Trail has been well received by residents of the surrounding area, who often decorate it seasonally or in response to current events.

Field shares a neighborhood organization with the Regina and Northrop neighborhoods. Field takes its name from a local school, which in turn was named for Eugene Field, a writer of children's poetry. The largely residential neighborhood is characterized by small, two-bedroom pre-1940s stucco, brick, and stone houses. Chicago Avenue is the main commercial thoroughfare. Field features the Arthur and Edith Lee House historic place.

Northrop is a neighborhood in the Nokomis community in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. Its boundaries are 42nd Street to the north, Cedar Avenue to the east, Minnehaha Parkway to the south, and Chicago Avenue to the west. It shares a neighborhood organization with the Field and Regina neighborhoods.

Hale is a neighborhood (within the larger Nokomis community) near the southern edge of Minneapolis. It lies south of Minnehaha Creek, north of 55th Street, east of Chicago Avenue, and west of Cedar Avenue. The neighborhood takes its name from the local public school, Nathan Hale. Nathan Hale is a K-4 school. Most of the homes in the area were built in the 1920s and 30s. The regional parks forming the neighborhood's north and east borders give the neighborhood a recreational heart. Hale is one of three neighborhoods that banded together to form HPDL.

Page is a neighborhood in the Nokomis community in Minneapolis. Its boundaries are the Minnehaha Creek to the north, Chicago Avenue to the east, Diamond Lake Road and East 55th Street to the south, and Interstate 35W to the west. Page shares a neighborhood organization with the Hale and Diamond Lake neighborhoods. The neighborhood is named after the now demolished Page Elementary School, which was in turn named in honor of author and diplomat Walter Hines Page.

I-35W & 46th Street station is a Metro Orange Line bus rapid transit station located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In addition to the BRT service, the station is also served by Metro route 578. The station was constructed as part of the I-35W/Minnesota State Highway 62 Crosstown Commons reconstruction project and opened in 2010. Consisting of two levels, one on East 46th Street, and the other in the median of Interstate 35W, the station was the first of its kind in Minnesota. The station allows for transit routes operating on I-35W to stop for riders without leaving the region's high occupancy toll lane system. The station was designed in anticipation of full bus rapid transit service along I-35W to downtown Minneapolis, a vision that was realized in 2021 with the opening of the Metro Orange Line. The station cost $4.5 million to build.

Bancroft is a neighborhood within the Powderhorn community in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. Its boundaries are East 38th Street to the north, Chicago Avenue to the west, East 42nd Street to the south and Cedar Avenue to the east. The neighborhood provides convenient access to downtown via Interstate 35W, the Hiawatha Corridor, and the airport and Bloomington area via Cedar Avenue. For residents who like recreation, Bancroft lies just blocks north of Lake Nokomis, the Hiawatha Golf Course and the scenic Minnehaha Creek. Bancroft is a small but vibrant residential community consisting mostly of single-family dwellings built before 1940 that are owner-occupied. The neighborhood does have some commercial property along Bloomington Avenue and along 38th Street. The Bancroft neighborhood is home to two schools- Bancroft Elementary School, a continuous progressive school, and the newly opened El Colegio/ CreArte center for the arts.

Calvary Lutheran Church is an historic church on the National Register of Historic Places in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The church was built in 1930 with an addition built in 1953. The church is an exemplary work of the prolific Minneapolis architectural firm of Lang and Raugland. The church is located one block south of George Floyd Square.

Nokomis Knoll Residential Historic District is a neighborhood of houses near Lake Nokomis in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999 and features a number of homes built in popular revival architecture styles of the 1920s, 1930s, and early 1940s. The styles include French and Italian Renaissance, Tudor Revival, Spanish Colonial Revival, and Colonial Revival. There are also a few American Craftsman and bungalow style houses. Tudor Revival is the most prominent style in this district. Most of the homes were built during a nationwide housing boom of middle- and upper-middle-class house building. The homes also show the influence of increasing automobile ownership among the middle class, since most of the houses had individual garages built as standard amenities.

Bryant is a neighborhood within the Powderhorn community in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. Its boundaries are East 38th Street to the north, Chicago Avenue to the east, East 42nd Street to the south, and Interstate 35W to the west. The neighborhood was named for William Cullen Bryant, an American poet who lived from 1794 to 1878. The City of Minneapolis incorporated the neighborhood in 1887, and by 1930 it was fully developed. Today it is a residential neighborhood with mostly single-family dwellings. In 2000, is population was 2,789. Phelps Park, which is located within its boundaries, is home to a large Boys and Girls Club. In 1997, Mixed Blood Theatre Company produced a play called In the Garden..., which was performed at Phelps Park. The play, written by local playwright Syl Jones, was based on interviews of neighborhood residents and was centered on the Bryant Unity Development Garden as a source of community restoration. Bryant Neighborhood is located entirely within the bounds of Minnesota Senate District 62. It is in the 5th Precinct of the 8th Ward. Notable residents include Andrea Jenkins.
