110 N. Main Street is an office tower located in downtown Dayton, Ohio, United States. The building is 328 ft (100 m) tall and has 20 floors.Opening in 1989 as Citizens Federal Centre, the building was later named Fifth Third Center before Fifth Third Bank moved to the One Dayton Centre in 2009. In 2011, Premier Health Partners acquired the building for $6.19 million. It is currently their headquarters.

KeyBank Tower is a skyscraper in Dayton, Ohio. Its address at 10 West 2nd Street was the first official name of the structure. The building was once named MeadWestvaco Tower until KeyBank gained naming rights to the tower in 2008. The tower has 27 floors and is 117 metres (384 ft) tall. KeyBank occupies about 45,000 square feet of office space spread across four floors of the tower. The main office branch was previously located on the first floor of the tower until it closed in May 2021. Other tenants include National Processing Solutions, Scientific Simulations Systems, Skilken & Skilken, Colliers International, and the Downtown Dayton Partnership.The first floor of the KeyBank Tower also houses an OinkADoodleMoo BBQ restaurant.In 2010, a group of Cincinnati investors purchased KeyBank Tower. The 397,000-square-foot (36,900 m2) building was purchased from THMG 10 West Second Street LLC, a real estate investment company. The company is taking approaches to have the entire office tower leased.

The Contemporary Dayton (The Co) formerly known as the Dayton Visual Arts Center (DVAC), is a non-profit art gallery and artist resource that provides art for the community and a community for artists since 1991. It was founded by a coalition of Dayton-area artists, art supporters, and visual arts professionals who saw a need for more interaction between the public and regional artists. They believed that a vital visuals arts community is essential to the life of the community in Dayton, Ohio. The center offers art gallery talks, art exhibitions, professional development workshops, and other programs that support contemporary visual art.

The Montgomery County Courthouse (MCC), built in 1847, is a historic Greek Revival building located in Dayton, Ohio. It is referred to locally as the Old Courthouse. The limestone building, modeled on the 5th century BC Temple of Hephaestus in Athens, Greece, is the nation's best surviving example of a Greek Revival-style courthouse.The design was suggested by Dayton citizen Horace Pease, who had a book of sketches of the Acropolis in Athens which showed the Temple of Theseus, which he admired. Pease showed it to the Montgomery County Commissioners, who also were favorably impressed, and agreed it would be a good model for their new Courthouse. They hired architect Howard Daniels of New York to draw the plans in which he captured the form and beauty of the ancient Greek temple.The building, now restored, stands as a tribute to the leaders of old Dayton and to the artisans of the Miami Valley who built it. Dayton History, formerly known as the Dayton Historical Society and the Montgomery County Historical Society, is housed in the Old Court House. The courthouse was added to the National Register of Historic Places on January 26, 1970.

Dr. Jefferson A. Walters House is a historic residence in downtown Dayton, Ohio, United States. Built in 1832 and one of the city's older houses, it was home to two prominent residents of early Dayton, and it has been named a historic site. Born in Fayette County in southwestern Pennsylvania, Jefferson Walters emigrated to Ohio in 1830 at the age of twenty. After studying medicine in Worthington, he practiced for three years in Perry County before moving to Dayton in 1837. During much of his life in the city, he distinguished himself as a successful pharmacist, operating a prosperous drugstore from 1841 until suffering a career-ending injury in an 1866 road accident. Although he ultimately regained his health, Walters chose not to return to the medical field, preferring instead a retirement full of philosophy and antiquarian research.Upon its completion in 1832, it was Dayton's first stone-faced brick residence. It was built for Thomas Clegg, owner of several factories and one of Dayton's most prominent early manufacturers. Built of brick with an asphalt roof, the house rests on a foundation of limestone and features additional elements of wood and limestone. The three-story facade features a main entrance on the first floor, framed by a post and lintel, and flanked by one window on either side, while three windows appear on the second and third stories. The present appearance mixes the Italianate style with elements of other Renaissance Revival styles, as a result of modifications performed in 1857.In 1974, Walters' house was listed on National Register of Historic Places, qualifying both because of its architecture and because of its prominent namesake resident. It is one of seven National Register-listed properties in a four-block stretch of First Street, along with First Lutheran Church at 138 W., the Biltmore Hotel and the Victoria Theatre at Main Street, the James Brooks House at 41 E., Antioch Temple at 107 E., and the Dayton Memorial Hall at 125 E.

The Conover Building, also known as Wright Stop Plaza, is a historic structure in downtown Dayton, Ohio, United States. Constructed at the turn of the twentieth century, the Conover features a mix of architectural styles and sits at a prominent intersection, and it has been named a historic site.

The James Brooks House is a historic house in downtown Dayton, Ohio, United States. Built in the 1830s and significantly modified later in the century, it was named a historic site in the 1970s. The Brooks House is a stone building with a brick foundation, an asphalt roof, and additional elements of stone and iron. Its basic plan is a simple rectangle, two stories tall, with an exposed basement. Additional rooms are created by a rear extension that was formed by walling up a large two-story veranda. The facade is three bays wide, with windows in the central and eastern bays of all three floors; the western bay is occupied by a window (second story) and the main entrance (first story), while the western bay of the basement is blocked by a small staircase. Pilasters with Ionic capitals separate the second-story windows, while no comparable ornament is present below. A shallow hip roof covers the building, pierced by chimneys on either side, while its overhang permits room for a cornice composed of large bracket. The sides are noticeably plainer, with the most prominent element of the western side being a simple fire escape.The house's early history is rather enigmatic. It was built for English immigrant Thomas Clegg, a small-scale industrialist who owned Dayton's first iron and brass foundries, although the precise date is uncertain; a stone building was constructed on the present house's site in 1831, and while this may be the present house, it might not have been constructed until the following year. Montgomery County tax records are also inconclusive: they prove that Clegg never owned the property, nor paid taxes on it, but they fail to identify the owner of the property when the house was built. While the original design was clearly Greek Revival in style, renovations in the middle of the nineteenth century included modifications to the cornice and other changes that together produced an appearance typical of the Victorian era.In 1975, the Brooks House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places, qualifying because of its historically significant architecture. Another building with the same designation, the Dr. Jefferson A. Walters House, lies in the same block of First Street.

The Benjamin & Marian Schuster Performing Arts Center (Schuster Center) is located in Dayton, Ohio and was built in 2003 to serve as Dayton's principal center of the lively arts. It is owned and operated by Dayton Live and occupies the former site of Rike's department store on a block comprising North Main Street, West Second Street and North Ludlow Street. It is named for local philanthropists Dr. And Mrs. Benjamin Schuster who donated the lead gift for the project. The Schuster Center houses the 2300-seat Mead Theatre, the ticket office for all Dayton Live venues, a Starbucks café, a glass enclosed lobby called the Wintergarden, and the multi-purpose Mathile Theatre hosting performances, events, and rehearsals. Attached to the Schuster Center is Performance Place Tower, a 15-story residential and office condominium. The Schuster Center opened as an additional venue to house Dayton Live's larger touring Broadway productions and presentations. The Dayton Philharmonic, the Dayton Opera, and the Dayton Ballet rent the building for their performances. The Schuster Center and the Metropolitan Arts Center, occupying the former Metropolitan Company department store building next to the Victoria Theatre, stage a variety of performances and form the basis of the performing arts district in downtown Dayton.
