Troja Palace

Troja became part of Prague in 1922. Now it is part of the district of Prague 7 and its own cadastral area. The area is 3.36 km2, the population is 1,272 and the population density is 379 inhabitants / km2. Troja is the site of Troja Palace, Prague Zoo and the Botanical Garden of Prague.In Troja are also Vineyards (vineyards vinice svaté Kláry and Salabka).

Prague Zoological Garden (Czech: Zoologická zahrada hl. m. Prahy) is a zoo in Prague, Czech Republic. It was opened in 1931 with the goal to "advance the study of zoology, protect wildlife, and educate the public" in the district of Troja in the north of Prague. In 2013, the zoo occupied 58 hectares (140 acres) with 50 hectares (120 acres) in use for exhibits, and housed around 5,000 animals from just 676 species, including 132 species listed as threatened.The zoo is rated as the seventh best zoo in the world by Forbes Travel Guide in 2007, and is rated as the fifth best in the world by TripAdvisor.The zoo has contributed significantly to saving Przewalski's horse; for many years, it was the leading breeder of the subspecies. Director is Miroslav Bobek.

TK Sparta Prague (Czech: Tenisový klub Sparta Praha) is a tennis club and training center in Bubeneč, Prague, Czech Republic. Located near Stromovka on the left bank of the Vltava, it is one of the most prestigious tennis clubs in the country.

Blanka Tunnel Complex is a part of the inner Prague City Ring Road. It is the longest road tunnel in the Czech Republic and the longest city tunnel in Europe.The complex connects the area west of Prague Castle with Trója district in the northeast. Its length is about 5.5 km and consists of three tunnels: Bubenečský, Dejvický and Brusnický. The tunnel complex was designed to relieve the historic center of Prague from heavy traffic. In a first 49-month period it was used by 139 million cars, according to official statistics.The city's leadership, led by Mayor Pavel Bém, originally promised that the tunnel would reduce traffic, noise and emissions throughout the area. But this has not happened: the amount of traffic emissions has increased and continues to exceed health limits. The number of cars on Prague streets has increased by 11% due to induced demand, and traffic congestion has worsened. Every year, traffic in Blanka tunnel complex produces more than 40 million kilograms of CO2.

Stromovka (Royal Game Reserve) is a large park in the Bubeneč district of Prague. It sits on the floodplain of the river Vltava. At present, it spreads over an area of 95 hectares. It was established in the thirteenth century as a game reserve for the nearby summerhouse. At the beginning of the 19th century, it was converted into a park, which later in the 19th and 20th centuries was reduced by the construction of railways, the building of the Academy of Fine Arts and the Planetarium, a ship canal, and last but not least by the construction of the exhibition ground. The park is maintained as an English landscape garden. It is protected as a natural monument as well as a cultural monument.A shopping mall named Centrum Stromovka opened in 2019 adjacent to the park, in Veletržní street. Centrum Stromovka, named after the park, is a convenience-based shopping mall of 15,000 sq m and 84 units.

Praha-Bubeneč railway station (Czech: Nádraží Praha-Bubeneč) is a former railway station located in Prague 6 in the district of Bubeneč. It is located on tracks 090 and 091. The station was constructed in 1850 as the second station building in the Prague area (after Praha Masarykovo nádraží) and took the name Praha-Bubeneč in 1942. The station closed on 28 August 2014, due to the opening of the Praha-Podbaba railway station close by. The trains continue to pass through the station and the building remains untouched, but no trains stop at this station anymore. It was announced in August 2020 that the station will be transformed into a new community center called Stanice 6, with work to begin in spring of 2021.

The Prague Canoeing Centre is one of the most frequently used venues for international canoe slalom competition. Built in 1983 in Czechoslovakia, it diverts water around a 3.6 metres (12 ft) dam at Troja on the Vltava river in Prague. Its two unique features are its use of car and truck tires as flow diverters and its shallow slope, closer to 1% than the usual nearly 2% for such venues. Despite these characteristics, the Troja facility has hosted ten World Cup races and one World Championship in the 21 years 1992–2012, and the 2013 World Championships.

The Embassy of Russia in Prague is the diplomatic mission of the Russian Federation to the Czech Republic. The chancery is located at Ukrajinských hrdinů [1] in the Bubeneč neighbourhood of Prague 6 district in Prague. Prior to the 2021 disclosure of Russian responsibility in the 2014 Vrbětice ammunition warehouses explosions, more than 130 people in Russian employ were based at the embassy including over 40 accredited as diplomats. Balkan Insight notes that "Czech security services have long seen the giant Russian embassy as a significant risk, and a base for Moscow’s intelligence activities throughout Europe."

Sewage Plant in Bubeneč is the oldest sewage treatment plant in Prague designed by William Heerlein Lindley and built between 1895–1906. In 1991 whole building was declared a protected national monument and has been converted into the Eco-technical Museum.

Náměstí Borise Němcova (Boris Nemtsov Square) (until 27 February 2020 Pod kaštany Square) is a square in Prague 6, Bubeneč, which houses the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Czech republic.

Villa Lanna is a Neo-Renaissance landmark building located in a residential quarter of Bubeneč in Prague 6, Czech Republic. It is a property of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic and is used for representative purposes such as scientific symposia, jubilee festivals and also as a hotel.

Bohnice (Czech pronunciation: [ˈboɦɲɪtsɛ]) is a district in the north of Prague, located in Prague 8, some 5 km north of city centre. The district is home to a large psychiatric hospital and a large panel housing estate in which all of the streets are named after cities or regions of Poland.
