Telfes (officially Telfes im Stubai) is a village in the district Innsbruck Land in the Austrian state of Tyrol. It is situated in the Stubaital 11 km south of Innsbruck. The municipality consists of the districts Telfes, Gagers, Kapfers, Plöven and Luimes. The area is about 27.83 km², and it is situated 987 m above sea level. The coat of arms shows a lynx.

Schönberg im Stubaital is a municipality in the district of Innsbruck-Land, Tyrol, Austria. It is 9 km (5.6 mi) south of Innsbruck at the entrance of the Stubaital. The village was mentioned as “Schönenberge” for the first time in 1180.

The Bezirk Innsbruck-Land is an administrative district (Bezirk) in Tyrol, Austria. It encloses the Statutarstadt Innsbruck, and borders Bavaria (Germany) in the north, the district Schwaz in the east, South Tyrol in Italy to the south, and the district of Imst in the west. Area of the district is 1,990.17 km², with a population of 181,698 (January 1, 2021), and population density of 91 persons per km². Administrative center of the district is Innsbruck, located outside of the district itself.

Fulpmes is a market town and a municipality in Stubaital, Tyrol, Austria. In 2015 it had a population of 4,250, of whom 14.5% did not have Austrian nationality. Fulpmes is the center of iron production in the area, and lies at the base of the Schlick 2000 ski area.

The Stubaier Bauerntheater is one of the oldest peasant theatres in the Tyrol region of Austria. The theatre group was founded by Ludwig Hupfauf and Hans Klingenschmid in 1903, in the town of Fulpmes in the Stubai Valley. Hupfauf led the association as chairman for more than half a century, but was also playwright, director and, from 1961, also active as an actor. Klingenschmid died in 1934. The theatre venue is the Fulpmes Community Hall, at Riehlstraße 3, 6166 Fulpmes. The theatre puts on a wide range of plays including dramas and comedies, and has evolved from originally performing plays with rural themes to more modern plays. In 2021 the Stubaier Bauerntheater put on a performance of Max Neal's The Sinful Village.

The Europa Bridge or Bridge of Europe (Europabrücke) is a 777-metre-long (2,549 ft) bridge carrying the A13 Brenner Autobahn (and European route E45) over the 657-metre (2,156 ft) Wipp valley just south of Innsbruck, Tyrol, Austria. The bridge spans the Sill River, and forms part of the main route across the Alps from western Austria to South Tyrol in Italy. It is also part of the main route between southeastern Germany and northern Italy. The longest span between pillars is 198 metres (650 ft). It hosts a 192-meter Bungee Jump, the fifth highest in the world.

The Viggarbach (also: Mühlbach or Mühltaler Bach) is a river of Tyrol, Austria. The Viggarbach's origin is the lake Blauer See. It flows through the valley with the same name in western direction and merges near Schönberg with the Sill. It has a length of 10.1 km (6.3 mi). The rapid small creek keeps its Grade A water quality in the whole course, but gets dangerous at high water or strong rain. Because nearby townships are further away from the creek, there is less danger for settlements. The Blauer See, the origin of the Viggarbach, has an area size of 0.79 ha (2.0 acres) and a volume of 23.570 m3 (832.4 cu ft), and lies on the frontier of the Tux Alps.

The Ruetz is a river of Tyrol, Austria, a tributary of the Sill. The Ruetz flows from the glacier area of the Stubaital to the Wipptal in north-east direction. Near the famous Europa Bridge, it merges with the Sill after a route length of appr. 37 km (23 mi). The river crosses the village of Fulpmes providing a nearby power station of the Austrian Federal Railways with electricity. As a typical rapid-river the Ruetz is pretty dangerous and full of rapids. Before several defence structures had been constructed, it was quite feared due to floods. However, the water quality is very good and several communities in the Stubaital use the river as drinking water resource.

Serles (2,718 m) is a mountain of the Stubai Alps in the Austrian state of Tyrol, Austria, between the Stubai Valley and Wipptal, near the Italian border. Its nickname is Altar von Tirol, literally the Altar of Tyrol. It has several lower peaks, including Sonnenstein (2,476 m (8,123 ft)) to the north.Located on the edge of long ridge traversing east from Habicht, it is a popular scrambling peak and can get very crowded in the summer. The summit provides excellent view of the Stubai Alps and Zillertal Alps.It is accessible via the Serlesjöchl: from Matrei am Brenner in Wipptal via Maria Waldrast (the easiest route), from Fulpmes and Kampl in Stubaital via Wildeben (which is just as easy, if it was not for the extra altitude to climb).

Patsch is a municipality in the district of Innsbruck-Land in the Austrian state of Tyrol located 6.7 km south of Innsbruck at the bottom of the Patscherkofel. It is one of the oldest villages in the southern low mountain range around the capital and was mentioned in documents for the first time around 1200 as „Patsche or Pats“.
