Liebenau (Samtgemeinde)

Liebenau is a municipality in the district of Nienburg, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is situated on the left bank of the Weser, approx. 10 km southwest of Nienburg, and 40 km northeast of Minden. Liebenau was the seat of the former Samtgemeinde ("collective municipality") Liebenau.

Langwedel (German: Bahnhof Langwedel) is a railway station located in Langwedel, Germany. The station is located on the Bremen–Hanover railway and Uelzen–Langwedel railway. The train services are operated by Erixx and NordWestBahn. The station has been part of the Bremen S-Bahn since December 2010.

The Middle Weser Region (German: Mittelweserregion) includes, in its fullest sense, the land along the Middle Weser between Minden and Bremen. It lies within the federal states of North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony and Bremen. However, the term is often used just to refer to the Lower Saxon part, because of the different political development of the three states and the cooperative associations formed in Lower Saxony some years ago (see below). The Lower Saxon part of the Middle Weser Region forms the geographical heart of this state. In the centre of the Middle Weser Region are the towns of Minden, Nienburg/Weser and Verden (Aller). In the extreme north, the city of Bremen, which is not part of Lower Saxony, has a very important influence on that area of Lower Saxony surrounding it. Reese is a hamlet (Bauernschaft) in the Nienburg District (Kreise) of Lower Saxony in northwestern Germany, between Steyerberg and the town of Liebenau on the River Aue. It is part of the Liebenau municipality.

Weser-Aue is a Samtgemeinde ("collective municipality") in the district of Nienburg, in Lower Saxony, Germany. Its seat is in the village Marklohe. It was established on 1 November 2021 by the merger of the former Samtgemeinden Marklohe and Liebenau. Verden (Aller) or Verden an der Aller (German: Bahnhof Verden (Aller)) is a railway station located in Verden an der Aller, Germany. The station was opened in 1847 and is located on the Bremen–Hanover railway and Rotenburg-Verden railway. The train services are operated by Deutsche Bahn and NordWestBahn. The station has been part of the Bremen S-Bahn since December 2010.

Mittelweser is a Samtgemeinde ("collective municipality") in the district of Nienburg, in Lower Saxony, Germany. Its seat is in the village Stolzenau. It was formed on 1 November 2011 when the municipality Stolzenau joined the former Samtgemeinde Landesbergen. The Samtgemeinde Mittelweser consists of the following municipalities: Estorf Husum Landesbergen Leese Stolzenau

Lemke is a hamlet which was formerly a municipality in the district of Nienburg, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is approximately 5 km northwest of Nienburg, and 30 km south of Verden, around the conjunction of Wohlenhauser Strasse and Sulinger Strasse, at roughly latitude 52.667 and longitude 9.150. In 1974, it was incorporated into Marklohe. The arms of Lemke were: Vert, a trefoil slipped and in base a barrulet wavy or; they were granted on September 8, 1967.

Landesbergen is a former Samtgemeinde ("collective municipality") in the district of Nienburg, in Lower Saxony, Germany. Its seat was in the village Landesbergen. At the 1 November 2011 local government reform, the Samtgemeinde Landesbergen and the municipality Stolzenau formed the new Samtgemeinde Mittelweser.
