Waldhufen

Vierkirchen is a municipality in the district Görlitz, Saxony, Germany.

The Königshain Hills (German: Königshainer Berge, Upper Sorbian: Limas) lie in Eastern Upper Lusatia west of the town of Görlitz in the county of the same name. They are located north and south of the village of Königshain after which they are named, and are an extensive, mainly wooded granite region. Their highest points are the Kämpferberge (415m above sea level) and the well-known Hochstein, 406m above sea level. The entire hill range has been a protected area since 1974. In a part (Elysium) of the former Firsten Quarry there is a bird reserve.

Quitzdorf Dam (German: Talsperre Quitzdorf) is a dam near Quitzdorf am See, Germany. It is located in the municipality of Quitzdorf am See in the Upper Lusatia region of Saxony. The lake is used for service water supply, flood protection, low water elevation, recreation and nature conservation. In terms of area, it is the largest reservoir in Saxony and was the largest inland water body in Saxony until the Lohsa II and Bärwalde reservoirs were flooded. According to criteria established by the International Commission on Large Dams, it is a large dam.

Görlitz district (German: Landkreis Görlitz; Upper Sorbian: Wokrjes Zhorjelc [ˈwɔkʁʲɛs ˈzhɔʁʲɛlts]; Czech: Zemský okres Zhořelec) is a district (Kreis) in Saxony, and the easternmost in Germany. It is named after its capital Görlitz. It borders (from the west and clockwise) the district of Bautzen, the state of Brandenburg, Poland and the Czech Republic.

Sohland am Rotstein (Upper Sorbian: Załom pod Hrodźišćom, pronounced [ˈzawɔm ˈpɔt hʁɔdʒiʃtʃɔm]) is a village and a former municipality in the district Görlitz, Saxony, Germany. Since 1 January 2014, it is part of the town Reichenbach.

Petershain (German: Bahnhof Petershain) is a railway station in the village of Quitzdorf am See, Saxony, Germany. The station lies on the Węgliniec–Roßlau railway, train services are operated by Ostdeutsche Eisenbahn.
