Port St. John is a census-designated place located between Titusville and Cocoa in Brevard County, Florida. The population was 12,267 at the 2010 United States Census. It is part of the Palm Bay–Melbourne–Titusville Metropolitan Statistical Area.

The Valiant Air Command, Inc. Warbird Museum (VAC) is located at the Space Coast Regional Airport in Brevard County, just south of Titusville, Florida. The VAC contains vintage aircraft and a 30,000-square-foot (2,800 m2) hangar with a restoration area. The VAC also has a Memorabilia Hall with flight gear, dress uniforms, weapons and artifacts. The collection includes fixed and rotary wing aircraft from World War I to the present. The flagship aircraft of the museum is a Douglas C-47 Skytrain called "TICO Belle" which returned to flying status in July 2009 after the aircraft was involved in an accident.

The Windover Archeological Site is a Middle Archaic (6000 to 5000 BC) archaeological site and National Historic Landmark in Brevard County near Titusville, Florida, United States on the central east coast of the state. Windover is a muck pond where skeletal remains of 168 individuals were found buried in the peat at the bottom of the pond. The skeletons were well preserved because of the peat. In addition, remarkably well-preserved brain tissue has been recovered from 91 skulls from the site. DNA from the brain tissue has been sequenced. The collection of human skeletal remains and artifacts recovered from Windover Pond represent among the largest finds of each type from the Archaic Period. It is considered one of the most important archeological sites ever excavated. The Windover dig site is a small pond, about 0.25 acres (1,000 m2) in area, that has held water continuously since sometime between 9000 and 8000 BC. It is next to the Atlantic coastal ridge about 5 miles (8 km) from Cape Canaveral. As the sea level was considerably lower 7,000 to 8,000 years ago than it is today, the pond originally sat above the water table, and was filled only by rainfall and runoff from the surrounding land. At that time the pond had a relatively thin layer of peat under a thin layer of water. The subsequent rise in sea level raised the local water table and in more recent times the pond has been fed by groundwater as well as rainfall. In 1984 the pond had a thick layer of peat, with five strata described by the archaeologists who excavated the pond. The peat in the center of the pond was covered by 6 feet (2 m) of water.

Sharpes is a census-designated place (CDP) in Brevard County, Florida. The population was 3,411 at the 2010 United States Census. It is part of the Palm Bay–Melbourne–Titusville Metropolitan Statistical Area.

NASA Parkway, also known as NASA Causeway, is an east–west expressway in Brevard County, Florida, containing two causeways. The first causeway connects the Florida mainland to Merritt Island and later, over the private second causeway, connects Merritt Island to Cape Canaveral. As such, the NASA Parkway is the main route connecting points of interest in Titusville, Florida to the Kennedy Space Center on Merritt Island.

Tropical Wonderland (previously Florida Wonderland) was an amusement park in Titusville, Florida at the intersection of US Highway 1 and Florida State Road 50 that operated from 1959 until 1973. It had numerous animal exhibits including monkeys and an elephant, an old west and Native American village, a train ride, and other attractions. The park was plagued with multiple animal escapes. One escape resulted in the death of the park’s elephant when it was struck by a truck on US 1 in 1966.

West Canaveral Groves is a census-designated place (CDP) in Brevard County, Florida, United States. It is in western Brevard County, south of Florida State Route 528, north of Florida State Road 520, and 7 miles (11 km) west of Cocoa. The community was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census.

The City Point Community Church (also known as the Brevard County Environmental Field Station) is a historic church in Cocoa, Florida, United States. It is located at 3783 North Indian River Drive. It was originally constructed as a public hall, school, and non-denominational church for both black and white residents. A five-person board of trustees was formed to act on this effort. The land was donated by J.C. Norwood. It was designed by board member A.L. Hatch and built by board member John M. Sanders, who completed the work on November 1, 1885. Other board members were William H. Sharpe, George W. Holmes, and George H. Chester. The structure served as the beginning congregation for several churches, including the United Methodist Church of Cocoa, Church of Christ, Church of God, Primitive Baptist Church, Calvin Baptist Church, Indian River Baptist Church, Baptist Enterprise Church, and the First Apostolic Temple. The building was used as a school until 1924. Picnics, dances, political rallies, a precinct voting station and observation tower during World War II were some of the uses the community found for the building. On June 20, 1995, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

The St. Johns National Wildlife Refuge is part of the United States National Wildlife Refuge System, located off SR 50 just west of Titusville. The 6,255 acre (25 km2) refuge was established in 1971 to protect the now extinct dusky seaside sparrow, Ammodramus maritimus nigrescens. It is administered as part of Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge.

WPIO is a Christian radio station licensed to Titusville, Florida, broadcasting on 89.3 MHz FM. The station is owned by Florida Public Radio, Inc.

Cocoa High School is high school located in Cocoa, Florida, and is part of the Brevard Public Schools District. The principal is Ms. Stewart .

St. Luke's Episcopal Church and Cemetery is an historic Carpenter Gothic style Episcopal church building built in 1888 and its adjacent cemetery located at 5555 North Tropical Trail, in Courtenay, on Merritt Island, Brevard County, Florida, in the United States. On June 15, 1990, St. Luke's and its cemetery were added to the National Register of Historic Places as Old St. Luke's Episcopal Church and Cemetery.
