Hesseneck

Krähberg is a hill in the Odenwald range in Hesse, Germany.

The Odenwald (German: [ˈoːdn̩valt] ) is a low mountain range in the German states of Hesse, Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg.

Sensbachtal is a village and a former municipality in the Odenwaldkreis (district) in Hesse, Germany. Since January 2018, it is part of the new town Oberzent.

The Mümling is a river of Hesse and Bavaria, Germany. It is 49.7 kilometres (30.9 mi) long and lends its name to the Mümlingtal (Mümling valley) in Odenwald. In Bavaria it is sometimes called Mömling in official documents. It is a left tributary of the Main.

The Katzenbuckel (626 metres) is an extinct volcano and the highest elevation in the Odenwald region of southwest Germany. The mountain is located eastwards of Eberbach, near the village of Waldbrunn. At the top of the Katzenbuckel is an 18-m-high lookout, built out of sandstone. If the weather is good, it is possible to see the Donnersberg (83 km away) and the surrounding secondary mountains (Taunus). When the view is exceptionally clear, it is theoretically possible to see the Kreuzberg (120 km away) in the Rhön. It translates directly into 'cat hump'.

Beerfelden (pronunciation: ˈbeːɐˌfɛldən) was a town in the Odenwald in the Odenwaldkreis (district) in Hesse, Germany, 28 km northeast of Heidelberg. On 1 January 2018 Beerfelden, Hesseneck, Rothenberg and Sensbachtal merged to create the town Oberzent.

Oberzent is a town in the district of Odenwaldkreis, in Hesse, Germany. It was created with effect from 1 January 2018 by the merger of the former town Beerfelden and the former municipalities of Hesseneck, Rothenberg and Sensbachtal.

Waldbrunn is a town in the district of Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis, in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

Haisterbach is a village in Erbach im Odenwald, Germany. im hessischen Odenwaldkreis. It also incorporates the hamlet of Marbach. Haisterbach lies in the Odenwald, 3.5 kilometres (2.2 mi) southeast of city center. It was first mentioned in 1353. In 1939 the village had a population of 232. The bus line 34 of the Odenwald-Regional-Gesellschaft (OREG) serves this village. It could also be reached via the Bundesstraße 45.

Günterfürst is a village in Erbach im Odenwald, Germany. As of 2009, it had a population of 700. Günterfürst lies south of Erbach and west of the river Mümling. The founding of a village named Gundersfirst dates from 1347. In 1806 it was incorporated into the Grand Duchy of Hesse. Günterfürst could be reached through the K 46 street that is connected to the Bundesstraße 45.

Erbach (German pronunciation: [ˈɛʁbax] ) is a town and the district seat of the Odenwaldkreis (district) in Hesse, Germany. It has a population of around 13,000.

Erbach Palace is a palace in Erbach im Odenwald and the seat of the Count of Erbach. It was originally built in the Middle Ages, but most of the buildings today date back to the early 18th century. The palace houses the extensive antique collection of Franz, Count of Erbach-Erbach.
