Alsenz-Obermoschel is a former Verbandsgemeinde ("collective municipality") in the Donnersbergkreis, in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. On 1 January 2020 it was merged into the new Verbandsgemeinde Nordpfälzer Land. It was situated on the river Alsenz, approx. 15 km south of Bad Kreuznach, and 30 km north of Kaiserslautern. The seat of the municipality was in Alsenz.

Alsenz station is the station of the town of Alsenz in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate. Deutsche Bahn classifies it as a category 6 station and it has two platforms. Its address is Bahnhofstraße 1.It is located on the Alsenz Valley Railway (Alsenztalbahn, Hochspeyer–Bad Münster) and was opened on 16 May 1871 with the section from Winnweiler to Bad Münster. In 1903, the station became the starting point of a narrow gauge branch line to Obermoschel, which was closed in 1935.

Ebernburg Castle (German: Burg Ebernburg) is a hilltop castle above the town of Bad Münster am Stein-Ebernburg in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. Built in 1338, it was the ancestral seat of the lords of Sickingen, and the birthplace of Franz von Sickingen, the famous landsknecht captain and protector of Ulrich von Hutten, to whom a monument was erected on the slope near the castle ruins in 1889. The Alsenz (German pronunciation: [ˈalzɛnt͡s] ) is a river in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, a right tributary to the Nahe. It rises in Enkenbach-Alsenborn, north-east of Kaiserslautern, flows generally north, and joins the Nahe in Bad Münster am Stein-Ebernburg. Its length is roughly 57 kilometres (35 mi). Towns along the Alsenz include Winnweiler, Rockenhausen and Alsenz.

Bad Münster am Stein-Ebernburg is a spa town of about 4,000 inhabitants (as of 2004) in the Bad Kreuznach district in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. Since 1 July 2014, it is part of the town Bad Kreuznach. It was the seat of the former like-named Verbandsgemeinde, but not part of it. Bad Münster am Stein-Ebernburg was granted town rights on 29 April 1978 and is recognized as a mineral spring spa (Mineralheilbad) and a climatic spa (heilklimatischer Kurort). Today the "Spa" is famous for its clinics specializing in cardiological and orthopaedic rehabilitation. The many graduation towers form the largest open air inhalatorium in Europe.
