The Archdiocesan Marian Shrine, formerly known as the Milwaukee Fatima Shrine and the National Shrine to Our Lady of Fatima, is of the Roman Catholic Church and a shrine to the Virgin Mary. It is operated by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Milwaukee, which acquired the property from the Dominican Sisters of the Perpetual Rosary. It is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The shrine was dedicated on April 26, 1948. The shrine also has a small indoor chapel and stone representations of the 15 mysteries of the rosary.

Calvary Cemetery is the oldest existing Catholic cemetery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Owned by the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, it is the final resting place for many of the city's early influential figures. The cemetery was designated a Milwaukee Landmark in 1981. With 75 acres (30 ha) and approximately 80,000 interments, the Victorian landscape contains many ornate statues, crypts and monuments.

Avalon Rail Inc. was a passenger railcar restoration and rebuilding company in West Allis, Wisconsin, United States, a community near Milwaukee. June Garland was the company's president. The company was founded in 2000 by former employees of Northern Rail Car Corporation, a railcar manufacturer then owned by William E. Gardner, who also owned the Wisconsin and Southern Railroad. The company said that it was interested in subcontracting assembly work from manufacturers such as Talgo.In October 2009, it was awarded a contract by Via Rail Canada for rebuilding eight Château sleeping cars and four Park sleeper-dome-lounge cars originally built by the Budd Company.

Wood National Cemetery is a United States National Cemetery located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin . It is one of two National Cemeteries in Wisconsin. It encompasses 50.1 acres (20.3 ha), and as of 2021, it had over 40,000 interments. It is closed to new interments.

Schoonmaker Reef, also known as Wauwatosa Reef, Schoonmaker Quarry, Raphu Station or Francey Reef is a 425 million year-old fossilized reef in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. It was discovered in 1844 by Increase A. Lapham and Fisk Day on the site of a quarry owned by the Schoonmaker family. Geologist James Hall declared its significance in 1862. It was the first ancient reef described in North America, and among the first described in the world. It is located North of W. State St., between N. 66th St. and N. 64th St. extended, in Wauwatosa. It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1997.

Pius XI High School is a private Catholic high school located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It is in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Milwaukee. Its enrollment is approximately 900.

Tree of Life is a public artwork by American artist Nancy Metz White, located at the north end of Mitchell Boulevard Park, a Milwaukee County Park in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It is located near Miller Park. Unveiled in 2002, Tree of Life is constructed out of recycled steel from industry processes. It stands 2½ stories tall, and is brightly painted. White intended for the sculpture to become a place for Milwaukee locals to gather and forge new community ties.

The Northwestern Branch, National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers Historic District is a veterans' hospital located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with roots going back to the Civil War. Contributing buildings in the district were constructed from 1867 to 1955, and the 90 acres (36 ha) historic district of the Milwaukee Soldiers Home campus lies within the 400 acres (160 ha) Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center grounds, just west of American Family Field.

Hart Park is a 19.5-acre (7.9 ha) park on the Menomonee River in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Created in 1921 and originally known as City Park, the park has a football/soccer field, baseball diamond, field house, several tennis courts, a skate park, and nature trails. In 1960, to commemorate Wauwatosa's 125th anniversary, the common council named the park Charles Hart Park to recognize the city's founder. A curling facility, sports fields, tennis courts and skating rink were established by 1926. The field house, constructed by the Works Progress Administration, opened in 1929. The WPA made many improvements to the park, including the addition of stone walls, a new football field, bleachers, an indoor curling rink and a parking lot. The roller rink and baseball diamonds opened in 1942.The athletic field is artificial turf and can host high school and college football, soccer, field hockey, and lacrosse. It is currently used as the home field for the NCAA Marquette Golden Eagles lacrosse teams and, as of 2017, the Milwaukee Torrent soccer team of the NPSL and WPSL .Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Hart Park hosted Forward Madison FC as their home venue for the 2020 USL League One season.

Milwaukee Soldiers Home is one of three Soldiers homes which have survived in the United States. It was built for the rehabilitation of Civil War soldiers. The building recognized as a National Historic Landmark District property. There are a total of 24 other buildings on the grounds which are also part of the Northwestern Branch, National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers Historic District.

WJOI (1340 kHz) is a commercial AM radio station in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It is known on-air as "Joy 1340/98.7". WJOI is owned by the Milwaukee Radio Group subsidiary of Saga Communications, with radio studios and offices on Milwaukee's West Side. The transmitter is on West Martin Drive in Milwaukee. Programming is also heard on 99-watt FM translator W254CU at 98.7 MHz.WJOI has a Christian talk and teaching radio format most of the day. On weekdays it largely broadcasts national religious leaders including Chuck Swindoll, David Jeremiah, Joyce Meyer, Jim Daly and Alistair Begg. Some hours of the night and weekends, WJOI carries "Today's Christian Music" from the Salem Radio Network. And Sunday hours also include brokered ethnic programming, largely German and Polish, including Polka music.

Ward Memorial Hall is an 1880s theater building within the Northwestern Branch, National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers Historic District, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It is part of the Milwaukee Soldiers Home complex, designated Building No. 41, on the present day Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center grounds. The 900 seat theater was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984, as part of an effort to renovate and preserve it.
