The Cushing and Hannah Prince House is a historic house at 189 Greely Road in Yarmouth, Maine. Built in 1785 and substantially remodeled about 1830, it is a fine local example of a rural Federal period farmhouse with Greek Revival features. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.

Yarmouth School Department is a school district in Yarmouth, Maine. The schools are: William H. Rowe School (grades K–1), Yarmouth Elementary School (grades 2–4), Harrison Middle School (grades 5–8), and the Yarmouth High School (grades 9–12). Duck Cove is a cove in Cumberland, Maine, United States. It is part of the larger Broad Cove, which sits between Sunset Point, at the southern end of Yarmouth, and the eastern edge of Cumberland Foreside. State Route 88 (formerly the Atlantic Highway) runs beside the cove (as Foreside Road south of the Yarmouth line and Lafayette Street beyond it). Duck Farm, owned by Walter Gendall, a captain in both King Phillip's War and King William's War, incorporated Duck Cove. The dry-stone boundary wall on its western and northern sides is still intact. This land is now partly traversed by a connecting trail system as part of an easement arranged by Chebeague & Cumberland Land Trust with local property owners.

The Captain Reuben Merrill House is an historic house at 233 West Main Street in Yarmouth, Maine. Built in 1858, it is one of the town's largest and most elaborate 19th-century houses, and is one of three known surviving works of Portland architect Thomas J. Sparrow. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974. It is now home to Maine Preservation, a statewide architectural preservation organization.

The Ephraim Sturdivant House (also known as the Janet Low Parker House) is a home in Cumberland Foreside, Maine, United States. Located at 114 Foreside Road, it was built in 1810 as the home of Captain Ephraim Sturdivant, who is credited with naming the town of Cumberland. The home was completed a year after the first of his three marriages. He fathered twenty-one children. Behind the home, on a small hill known as Ephraim's Mount, there once stood twelve pine trees. Known as "the Apostles", they were used for navigational purposes by ship captains arriving into Portland harbor. The last of the trees fell in 1935. The historic section of Foreside Road on which is stands, known as the Sturdivant neighborhood, includes the Gyger House at 70 Foreside Road (dating to the 18th century), 77 Foreside Road (1873) and 74 Foreside Road (1850).

The Old Ledge School is a one-room school located in Yarmouth, Maine, United States. Built in 1738, it was the first one-room schoolhouse in what was then North Yarmouth, Province of Massachusetts Bay. Originally located near the now-demolished Meetinghouse under the Ledge, it was moved in the mid-19th century a short distance from Gilman Road to the ledge, beside today's State Route 88. In 1972, it was reconstructed and moved once more, to its location today on West Main Street, beyond the brick schools.

Portland Street is a historic street in Yarmouth, Maine, United States. It runs for about 1.25 miles (2.01 km) from the town's Main Street, State Route 115, in the north to its merge with Middle Road in the south. It is so named because it leads to Portland, the state's largest city, after linking up with State Route 9 in Falmouth, Maine. (Yarmouth's Elm Street, which runs parallel to Portland Street around a half mile to the northwest, was formerly known as the "Portland road", for it was an early route into Portland prior to the Presumpscot River being bridged at Martin's Point in Falmouth Foreside.) Today's Portland Street is bisected near its halfway point by U.S. Route 1. The Beth Condon Memorial Pathway, part of the East Coast Greenway, originates on the western side of the Portland Street and Route 1 intersection. The Central Parish Church has stood opposite the northern end of Portland Street since 1860. It is now on the National Register of Historic Places.

Yarmouth is a census-designated place (CDP) in the town of Yarmouth in Cumberland County, Maine, United States. The population was 6,125 at the 2020 census. It is part of the Portland–South Portland–Biddeford, Maine Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Old Baptist Cemetery is a historic cemetery in Yarmouth, Maine, United States. Dating to the late 17th century, it stands on Hillside Street (formerly named Brimstone Hill or Byram's Hill), adjoining the North Yarmouth and Freeport Baptist Meetinghouse, a National Register of Historic Places property, on its southern side. It is the only burial site in the town attached to an extant church building. The meetinghouse was completed in 1796, but there are burials in the cemetery dating to the late 17th century and early 18th century. The earliest discovered burial is that of Jacob Mitchell Sr. (1643–1675).In 2011, the previously unmarked 1870 grave site of Private William Johnson was formally dedicated at the cemetery. Johnson, of Saco, Maine, served in the 1st Regiment Maine Cavalry. The location of his grave remained unknown until a descendant of his, 91-year-old Dick Johnson, of McMinnville, Oregon, discovered via research that his great-grandfather was a Civil War veteran.In October 2021, the gravestone of Mary Pratt (wife of David), who died in 1810, was found in the middle of Methodist Road in Westbrook, Maine, and was turned over to the local police department. It had been removed from Old Baptist Cemetery.

The North Yarmouth and Freeport Baptist Meetinghouse, also known as the Old Baptist Meeting House, is an historic church on Hillside Street in Yarmouth, Maine. Built in 1796 and twice altered in the 19th century, it is believed to be the oldest surviving church built for a Baptist congregation in the state of Maine. It is now owned by the town and maintained by a local non-profit organization.

Church Street is a historic street in Yarmouth, Maine, United States. It runs for about 425 feet (142 yd) from West Elm Street in the east to Hillside Street in the west. It was one of the first streets laid out after the town's population moved inland from the Broad Cove area in the 19th century. Several of its buildings are homes dating to the late 18th and early 19th centuries. The street is named for the Old Baptist Meetinghouse, which stands opposite its western end. It was completed in 1796, and is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
