The John Delehunty House, at 212 Main St. in Florence, Kentucky, was a historic Tudor Revival-style house built in 1920. It was deemed significant as "a good example of the Tudor Revival style significant to Boone County in the period 1910-1940", one of just two Tudor Revival buildings in Boone County identified in a study of historic resources. It was apparently demolished before 2015.

The Florence Fire Station on Main Street in Florence, Kentucky was built in 1937. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.It was deemed "a good example of the Georgian Revival/Colonial Revival style, significant to Boone County in the period 1900-1945." It was the station of the Florence Volunteer Fire Department, organized in 1934. Among its initial efforts, Albert Hue, organizer, bought a 1913 Ahrens-Fox fire pumper for $75 and borrowed hose from the Elsmere Fire Department.

Lloyd Memorial High School is a high school located in Erlanger, Kentucky. Part of the Erlanger-Elsmere School District, it has an enrollment of 515 students in grades 9-12.Its boundary includes portions of Erlanger, Edgewood, and Elsmere.

The Clinton Blankenbeker House, at 7414 US 42 in Florence, Kentucky, is a historic house built in 1927. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989. The listing also included two other contributing buildings and a contributing structure.It is a one-and-a-half-story common bond brick house. It was deemed "a good example of the Craftsman/Bungalow style, significant to Boone County in the period 1905-1930. The garage, chicken coop, and well head are important outbuildings and related resources which define the architecture space and function of houses during the period of significance."

Boone County High School is located in Florence, Kentucky, United States. The school was opened in 1954, consolidating Burlington, Florence, New Haven and Hebron High Schools. Originally, the school did not have a mascot, but after polling the first class, the students adopts the name "Rebels", taken from the 1955 film Rebel Without A Cause.

Stewart Iron Works is an American ironworks plant in Erlanger, Kentucky. It is one of the region's oldest manufacturing firms and at its peak was the largest iron fence maker in the world. Stewart's is the second-oldest iron company in continuous operation in the United States. Based at 30 Kenton Lands Rd, its first location was at 8th & Madison in Covington, Kentucky. It is currently owned by the HGC Group of Companies but was originally established by the Scottish American Stewart family. The company was founded in 1862 and incorporated in 1910.Manufacturing materials for prison construction, Stewart marketed to jails using salesmen who were all engineers. As an iron supplier to many major American institutions, Stewart's supplied gates and fences for the Panama Canal, the British Embassy in Washington, D.C., the Taft Museum, as well as the entrance gates to the White House, the Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Center, and the U.S. House of Representatives, The steel cell blocks manufactured in the 1930s for Alcatraz Federal Penitentiary and Sing Sing were made by Stewart. At one time, the company supplied the majority of the U.S.'s cemetery fences and gates.

Kenton County Golf Course is located at 3908 Richardson Road, Independence, KY 41051. It offers a 54-hole facility. All three of the courses cater for low handicapper players. The Pioneer is the shortest of the courses, playing to a par 71. As the name implies, The Pioneer was the first course built at the complex in 1968. The Pioneer course is 5,880 yards with a rating of 68.4, and a slope of 115. It is like most mid-western courses, slightly sloping on the front nine with increasing slopes on the back. The Willows, designed by Dr. Michael Hurdzan, offers golfers a scenic and challenging test of tree-lined fairways and undulating greens. The Willows course plays to 6,697 yards from the championship tees and is rated 9th among Kentucky courses. It has a par of 72, the course rating is 72.6 and the slope is 137. Power carts are optional, and are permitted to cross at 90 degrees to the direction of play. Fox Run, designed by renowned architect Arthur Hills, is a distinctively different golf course which provides various blends of architectural style from hole to hole. On this nine you will find links type holes which somewhat resemble those of a typical Scottish golf course. There is a sampling of Carolina type holes with drastic changes in elevation from tee to green. Finally, there is a balance of more traditional mid-western style golf holes, all of which blend with the natural terrain and surrounding environment. There is an absence of housing and condo development within the course complex. This course is consistently rated one of the most challenging public courses in the State of Kentucky. Kenton County Golf Course also has a driving range and a clubhouse with a pro-shop, a bar, and a wide variety of food on offer.Billy Casper Golf was named as the new management company for all three golf courses in December 2019 .

Thomas More Stadium is a stadium in Florence, Kentucky. It is primarily used for baseball and is the home field of the Florence Y'alls of the Frontier League, an independent baseball league. It originally opened in 2004 as Champion Window Field and holds 4,500 people.On November 27, 2012, the then-named Florence Freedom announced that UC Health, the healthcare system of the University of Cincinnati, had signed a 10-year naming rights deal, giving the ballpark its UC Health Stadium name. In May 2021, it was reported that the team was looking for a new naming rights partner after UC Health dropped its sponsorship, and that the team would be using the name Y'alls Ballpark for their home field. In March 2022, the Y'alls announced that Thomas More University had acquired the naming rights, and that the university's baseball team would play at Thomas More Stadium starting in 2023.

Thomas More University is a private Roman Catholic university in Crestview Hills, Kentucky. It serves about 2,000 full and part-time students. The university was founded in 1921 by the local Benedictine Sisters as Villa Madonna College.

Edgewood is a home rule–class city in Kenton County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 8,435 at the 2020 census. It was named for an early homestead in Walker Estates.Edgewood was incorporated by act of the state assembly on November 15, 1948. Part of what was early Edgewood was called South Ft Mitchell. In 1968, two nearby cities merged – Summit Hills Heights (inc. 1962) and St. Pius Heights (inc. 1965). The new city government began operation on January 1, 1969.
