The Dubai National Industries Park (NIP), formerly known as Dubai Techno Park (DTP), is an industrial park in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is a UAE mainland zone and was established in 2002. It is part of DP World UAE and covers 21 square kilometres.

Dubai Industrial City is the dedicated industrial park in Dubai, UAE, founded in 2004, covering an area of 560 million Sq ft.

Legoland Dubai (stylized as LEGOLAND Dubai) is a theme park in Dubai. It opened on October 31, 2016. It is the first Legoland park in the Middle East and was the seventh worldwide. The park was originally scheduled to open in 2011 in Dubailand as Legoland Dubailand, but was then delayed until October 2016 and is now located at Dubai Parks and Resorts as Legoland Dubai.The park is designed for families with children from ages 12 years old and younger. The park also provides a variety of rides and activities. Like many other Legoland theme parks, Dubai's includes a Miniland where over 20 million Lego bricks are used to create 15,000 miniature models of different landmarks and structures around the world.

UAE Exchange (Arabic: مركز الإمارات العربية المتحدة للصرافة; previously called Jebel Ali) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

DP World is an Emirati multinational logistics company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It specialises in cargo logistics, port terminal operations, maritime services and free trade zones. Formed in 2005 by the merger of Dubai Ports Authority and Dubai Ports International, DP World handles 70 million containers that are brought in by around 70,000 vessels annually. This equates to roughly 10% of global container traffic accounted for by their 82 marine and inland terminals present in over 40 countries. Until 2016, DP World was primarily a global port operator, and since then, it has acquired other companies up and down the value chain.

Al Maktoum International Airport (IATA: DWC, ICAO: OMDW), also known as Dubai World Central, is an international airport in Jebel Ali, 37 kilometres (23 mi) southwest of Dubai, United Arab Emirates that opened on 27 June 2010. It is the main part of Dubai South, a planned residential, commercial and logistics complex. When fully completed (originally expected 2027, now in 2030), the airport will contain transport modes, logistics, and value-added services, including manufacturing and assembly, in a single free economic zone. It will cover an area of 14,000 hectares (35,000 acres). The airport has a projected annual capacity of 12 million tonnes (12,000,000 long tons; 13,000,000 short tons) of freight and between 160 million and 260 million passengers. As of 2021, only a handful of airlines operated passenger services out of Al Maktoum International Airport with a focus on freight activity.

Expo 2020 (Arabic: اكسبو 2020) is a rapid transit station on the Route 2020 branch of the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.The metro station opened on 1 June 2021 as part of Route 2020, created to link central Dubai to the Expo 2020 exhibition site. The schedule was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the United Arab Emirates.The travel time between Centrepoint metro station at the northern terminus of the Red Line and the Expo 2020 station is reported to be 1 hour 14 minutes with a service frequency of 2 minutes and 38 seconds during peak times (24 trains per hour in each direction), and a capacity of 16,000 passengers per hour in each direction.The station is located to the northeast of the Expo 2020 site, with direct access to the main entrance leading to the Al Wasl Plaza. It is the final station on Route 2020, although there are plans to extend the line to Al Maktoum International Airport to the south. In the meantime, a bus service operates between Expo 2020 and the airport.After the Expo's six month run, the station will be renamed as Expo City Dubai, after the planned development for the Expo site.

Jebel Ali Seaplane Base (IATA: DJH), abbreviated as Jebel Ali (SPB), is a Seaplane base in Jebel Ali, United Arab Emirates.

Danube (Arabic: دانوب; formerly Jebel Ali Industrial) is a rapid transit station on the Branch Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE, serving Jebel Ali and surrounding areas.The station opened as part of the Red Line on 12 December 2012.Danube station is located on the Sheikh Zayed Road between the junctions with the D57 and E77 roads. To the east is Jabal Ali Industrial 1. To the west is Mena Jabal Ali. The station is close to a number of bus routes.

Expo 2020 (Arabic: إكسبو 2020) was a World Expo hosted by Dubai in the United Arab Emirates from 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022. Expo 2020 (Arabic: إكسبو 2020) was a World Expo hosted by Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates, from 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022. Originally scheduled for 20 October 2020 to 10 April 2021, it was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the United Arab Emirates. Despite being postponed, organizers kept the name Expo 2020 for marketing and branding purposes. The event had recorded more than 24 million visits in its six months.The Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) general assembly in Paris named Dubai as the host on 27 November 2013.

Port of Jebel Ali, also known as Mina Jebel Ali, is a deep port located in Jebel Ali, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Jebel Ali is the world's ninth busiest port, the largest man-made harbour, and the biggest and by far the busiest port in the Middle-East. Port Jebel Ali was constructed in the late 1970s to supplement the facilities at Port Rashid.
