Historic Overtown/Lyric Theatre station

Miami Arena was an indoor arena located in Miami, Florida. The venue served as the home of the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the Florida Panthers of the National Hockey League (NHL). From 1988 until 1999, it also was the indoor arena for the Miami Hurricanes.

The Lyric Theater is a historic theater in Miami, Florida at 819 Northwest Second Avenue. It served Miami's African American community. On January 4, 1989, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

Wilkie D. Ferguson Jr. (known as Arena/State Plaza before 2012) is a Metromover station in Downtown, Miami, Florida. This station is located near the intersection of Northwest Fifth Street and First Avenue. It opened to service April 17, 1986. This station is within walking distance to MiamiCentral, which serves Brightline.

The J & S Building (also known as the Cola-Nip Building) is a historic site in Miami, Florida. It is located at 221-233 Northwest 9th Street. The building was constructed in 1925. On January 4, 1989, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. However, the building was later demolished.

The Greater Bethel AME Church is a historic church in Miami, Florida. It is located at 245 Northwest 8th Street. On April 17, 1992, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. The church was built in 1927. On February 12, 1958, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. delivered a speech at the church, "Launching Of The SCLC Crusade For Citizenship."

The D. A. Dorsey House is the historic home of D. A. Dorsey in Miami, Florida. It is located at 250 Northwest Ninth Street. On January 4, 1989, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

MiamiCentral is a train station in Miami, Florida. Located in Downtown Miami, the station provides access to Brightline inter-city rail service and, in the future, Tri-Rail commuter rail service. The station is part of a 9-acre (3.6 ha) mixed-use complex, which includes 3 million square feet (280,000 m2) of residential, office, commercial, and retail development.The station is located within walking distance of the Wilkie D. Ferguson Jr. Metromover station and the Historic Overtown/Lyric Theatre Metrorail station. The Government Center station, providing both Metromover and Metrorail service, is directly connected to MiamiCentral via a pedestrian bridge over NW 3rd Street. The station was built by All Aboard Florida, a subsidiary of Florida East Coast Industries (FECI) overseeing Brightline, and designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in association with Zyscovich Architects.

It is located at 50 NE 9th Street in downtown Miami.The facility is home to 160 network carriers and is a pathway for data traffic from the Caribbean and South and Central America to more than 150 countries. It is also home to one of the K-roots of the Domain Name System.The NAP of the Americas is built 32 feet above sea level and is designed to withstand Category 5 hurricane-level winds. It provides access to 15 subsea cable landings and serves as a relay for the U.S. Department of State's Diplomatic Telecommunications Service.

The Federal Detention Center, Miami (FDC Miami) is a prison operated by the Federal Bureau of Prisons. It is located in downtown Miami, at the corner of Northeast Fourth Street and North Miami Avenue. The administrative facility employed 311 staff as of 2002 and housed 1,512 male and female inmates as of July 15, 2010.

The Mount Zion Baptist Church is a historic church in Miami, Florida. It is located at 301 Northwest 9th Street. On December 29, 1988, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

Paramount Miami Worldcenter is a 60-story condominium tower in the Miami Worldcenter complex. The building contains 569 residential units, as well as an extensive amenities deck, containing an outdoor soccer field, two tennis courts, bungalows, gardens, a rooftop observatory, resort-style pools, walking paths, a game room, an indoor basketball court, a boxing studio, a golf simulator, 26 pool-side cabanas, and a "skyport", a landing area for flying cars.
