The Franklin Pierce House was a historic house at 52 South Main Street in Concord, New Hampshire, United States. Built in 1852, it was a significant local example of Second Empire architecture, and was one of two surviving Concord homes of President Franklin Pierce at the time of its listing on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. Pierce died in the house in 1869. It was destroyed by fire on September 17, 1981.

The Capitol Center for the Arts is an entertainment venue in Concord, New Hampshire, United States, which features a 1,304-seat theatre designed with an Egyptian motif. The center opened in its current form in 1995 after a multiyear renovation of the Capitol Theatre, which had existed in the same location from 1927 to 1989. The theatre is equipped to host major Broadway shows, and has played host to the Billy Joel musical Movin' Out, pianist George Winston, and humorist David Sedaris. The renovation of the Capitol Center was made possible by $4.2 million in donations received for the then-newly formed center, with Chubb Life providing the majority of the support. The Chubb Theatre was named in honor of the company that made the center possible. Volunteers, some 250 of them, also contributed 3,000 hours of service to repaint the interior and restore the Egyptian motif. Paul Hodes, who subsequently became a congressman from New Hampshire, was also instrumental in the renovation and reopening of the center, heading up the effort at the urging of fellow lawyer and patron of the arts Martin L. Gross of Concord.

The Concord Gas Light Company Gasholder House is a historic gasholder house at Gas Street in Concord, New Hampshire. Built in 1888, it is believed to be the only such structure in the United States in which the enclosed gas containment unit is essentially intact. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2018. Since 2012, it has been owned by Liberty Utilities, a gas, water and electric company. In 2022, Liberty struck a deal with the city of Concord and the New Hampshire Preservation Alliance to begin emergency stabilization work on the building, so that planning for protection and future use can continue.

The Endicott Hotel (formerly Blanchard's Block) is a historic hotel building at 1-3 South Main Street in Concord, New Hampshire. Completed in 1894, it is the only known surviving work in the state of the regionally prominent Damon Brothers architects, and it was the first major commercial building on South Main Street. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.

The Lewis Downing Jr. House is a historic house at 33 Pleasant Street in Concord, New Hampshire, United States. Built in 1851, it was home for fifty years of Lewis Downing Jr., president of the Abbot-Downing Company, a nationally known manufacturer of coaches, and is the only surviving building associated with that business. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.

The Chamberlin House is a historic house at 44 Pleasant Street in Concord, New Hampshire. Built in 1886, it is a prominent local example of Queen Anne architecture built from mail-order plans, and now serves as the clubhouse of the Concord Women's Club. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Rudman U.S. Courthouse for the New Hampshire district is located in Concord.Appeals from the District of New Hampshire are taken to the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit (except for patent claims and claims against the U.S. government under the Tucker Act, which are appealed to the Federal Circuit).The United States Attorney's Office for the District of New Hampshire represents the United States in civil and criminal litigation in the court. As of May 2, 2022, the United States attorney is Jane E. Young.

The Downtown Concord Historic District encompasses most of the commercial heart of downtown Concord, New Hampshire, United States. Incorporated in 1734, Concord became the state capital in 1808 and the seat of Merrimack County in 1823. Economic growth followed, due in part to these government institutions and also to the rise of industry along the Merrimack River, which flows through the city east of the downtown area, and the arrival in the 1840s of the railroad. The New Hampshire State House was built in 1819 south of the traditional center of the city (now the Concord Historic District), and the commercial heart of the city began to take shape along the First New Hampshire Turnpike south of the State House (now Main Street). The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.The district is centered on North and South Main Street, between Loudon Road/Centre Street in the north and Hills Avenue in the south. It also includes properties on North State Street between Pleasant and School streets, as well as some on the side streets extending for one block on either side of Main Street. It does not include the New Hampshire State House or its grounds, which are listed as part of the Concord Civic District.Most of the buildings in district were constructed in the second half of the 19th century. The oldest wood-frame building is the 1819 wood frame Upham-Walker House on Park Street, which is separately listed on the National Register. The first brick commercial building in Concord, the Merrimack County Bank building at 47 North Main Street, was built in 1808 and significantly altered in the 1860s; it is also separately listed. Following the arrival of the railroad, there was a flurry of building activity in the 1850s and 1860s, in which time many of Main Street's brick buildings were built.

Baker Memorial Church was a Methodist church in Concord, New Hampshire, United States. It organized on October 30, 1874, by Presiding Elder Theodore L. Flood, in response to a request from 100 members of the First Church, who believed the best interests of a growing Methodism could be served best with two societies instead of one. The church was named in honor of Bishop Osmon C. Baker, a native of New Hampshire and a member of the New Hampshire Annual Conference. It was later demolished.

The Lake Winnipesaukee mystery stone is an alleged out-of-place artifact (OOPArt) found in a town near Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire. The stone's age, purpose and origin are unknown.The stone is about 4 inches (100 mm) long and 2.5 inches (64 mm) thick, dark and egg-shaped, bearing a variety of carved symbols. Carvings on one side of the stone show an ear of corn and several other figures. The other side is more abstract, featuring inverted arrows, a moon shape, some dots and a spiral.A hole goes through the stone from top to bottom, seemingly bored from both ends with different size bits (1⁄8 inch (3.2 mm) at the top and 3⁄8 inch (9.5 mm) at the bottom).
