Gulivoire Park, Indiana

Gilmer Park is an unincorporated community in Centre Township, St. Joseph County, in the U.S. state of Indiana.The community is a subdivision of the nearby CDP of Gulivoire Park, and is part of the South Bend–Mishawaka IN-MI, Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Centre Township is one of thirteen townships in St. Joseph County, in the U.S. state of Indiana. As of the 2010 census, its population was 14,350.

Erskine Village is a shopping mall in South Bend, Indiana, United States. It opened in 2004 on the site of the former Scottsdale Mall, an enclosed shopping mall which featured L. S. Ayres, Ayr-Way (later Target), and Montgomery Ward. After experiencing a decline in tenancy throughout the late 1980s and into the 1990s, the property was torn down in 2003 and redeveloped the following year as a strip mall. Tenants of Erskine Village include Target, Ross Dress for Less, TJ Maxx, and Kohl's.

Evergreen Hill is a historic home and farm and national historic district located in Centre Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana. The house was built in 1873, and is a two-story, Italianate style balloon frame dwelling with a 1+1⁄2-story kitchen addition. A sunroom was added in 1918. It has a low-pitched hipped roof and is sheathed in clapboard siding. Also on the property are the contributing large frame shed, smokehouse, English barn, garage, and small family cemetery.: 5, 8 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.

The Stanley Clark School is a private school in South Bend, Indiana serving children preschool through 8th grade. Stanley Clark School has been recognized by the Blue Ribbon Schools Program, the highest award an American school can receive. The school also practices the Reggio Emilia approach, which is an educational philosophy directed at the development of young children.In 1958, Mary (Mollie) Bernard, supported by her husband, Leon, founded the Mary Reid Cleland School. The school was named for Mary’s grandmother, a school teacher in Scotland. While first founded for kindergarten and 1st grade, the school added grades each year, eventually serving grades K-8. Mary’s mission was to establish an alternative education for South Bend families at a time when public and parochial classrooms were frequently overcrowded and failed to provide the quality education Mary wished for her own children as well as others in the community. The result was a private institution that became a mainstay in the South Bend community. The Cleland School was renamed the Stanley Clark School in 1964 in honor of a prominent physician in the South Bend area. The headmaster is Melissa Grubb. As of the 2007-2008 school year, the tuition cost is around $14,000. The Stanley Clark School is known around the South Bend and Michiana areas for excellence not only in academics, but also for sports and other activities. Athletic activities are offered on a seasonal basis, and students may choose to participate competitively if they wish. Sports offered at Stanley Clark are ice hockey, basketball, dance, lacrosse, cross-country, volleyball, soccer, tennis, and intramural sports. During the summer, camp programs spanning a variety of subjects are offered to children up to age 16. The Stanley Clark School also has many clubs and teams, including Speech Team, Science Olympiad, MathCounts, and Spelling Bee. The school has done very well in all of these areas, and frequently travels to competitions held among area schools.

WNSN (101.5 MHz) is a commercial FM radio station in South Bend, Indiana. It is owned by Mid-West Family Broadcasting and airs an adult contemporary radio format known as Sunny 101.5. WNSN is usually the market's top rated radio station according to the Nielsen ratings. Sunny 101.5 carries Delilah's syndicated love songs show in the evening from Premiere Networks. Most weekends it features 1980s hits. From mid-November to Dec. 26, WNSN switches to all Christmas music. The studios and offices are on East Douglas Road in Mishawaka. The transmitter is off Ironwood Road, south of downtown South Bend. It is co-located with sister station 960 WSBT's tower.

WSBT (960 kHz, "Sports Radio 960") is a commercial radio station in South Bend, Indiana, which airs a sports radio format. It is owned by Mid-West Family Broadcasting, with studios and offices on East Monroe Street in downtown South Bend. WSBT broadcasts at 5,000 watts, using different day and night directional antenna patterns to protect other stations on AM 960. The transmitter site is located in the southern portion of South Bend, off Ironwood Road. With a good radio, WSBT's signal can be picked up from Lake Michigan to Fort Wayne. WSBT is not licensed to broadcast a digital HD signal.

Old Courthouse, also known as the Second St. Joseph County Courthouse, is a historic courthouse located at South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana. It was designed by architect John M. Van Osdel (1811-1891) and built in 1853. It is a two-story, Greek Revival style stone building. The building measures 61 feet wide and 93 feet deep. It features a projecting front portico supported by Doric order columns and a front gable roof topped by a cupola. It was moved to its present site in 1896. Following construction of the Third St. Joseph County Courthouse, the building housed the local G.A.R. chapter and historical museum.: 2–3  The building now houses office of the Traffic and Misdemeanor Court and Small Claims Court.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970. It is located in the West Washington Historic District.

Herman T. Mossberg Residence is a house designed by the American architect Frank Lloyd Wright. It was built for Herman T. Mossberg and his wife Gertrude in 1948 in South Bend, Indiana, and remains in private hands today. It is one of two Wright residences in South Bend, the other being the K. C. DeRhodes House.

WHME (103.1 FM, "PulseFM") is a Christian radio station in South Bend, Indiana. The flagship radio station of Family Broadcasting Corporation, it broadcasts a contemporary Christian music format as part of a trimulcast with 96.9 WHPZ and 92.1 WHPD. The station carries a Christian talk and teaching format, Harvest FM, on its HD Radio subchannel.

James Whitcomb Riley High School is a high school in South Bend, Indiana; serving most of the city's south side. The school is named in honor of the "Hoosier Poet", James Whitcomb Riley. The school is operated by South Bend Community School Corporation and governed by the SBSC's Board of School Trustees.
