The Bohemian forces led by Duke Soběslav I defeated an Imperial contingent of troops under King Lothair III of Germany and his Moravian ally Duke Otto II the Black.

Lake Milada (Czech: Jezero Milada, formerly also known as Chabařovice Lake) is a reservoir near Ústí nad Labem in the Czech Republic. It originated from excavation by an old coal mine and flooded former villages, Hrbovice, Tuchomyšl and Vyklice. The lake's surface area stretches 250 ha, which makes it slightly smaller than Lake Mácha. Its average depth is 15.5 meters and its maximum depth is 22 m. The capacity is approximately 35 mil. m3.

Krupka (Czech pronunciation: [ˈkrupka]; German: Graupen) is a town in Teplice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 13,000 inhabitants. The town is located in the Ore Mountain Mining Region, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and during the late Middle Ages it was one of the world-leading producers of tin and silver. The centre of Krupka is well preserved and is protected by law as an urban monument zone.

Chlumec (German: Kulm) is a town in Ústí nad Labem District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 4,300 inhabitants.
