Twin Bridges are two historic bridges located at Danville, Hendricks County, Indiana. The Hendricks County Bridge #178 is a Baltimore through Truss bridge built in 1887. The wrought iron bridge measures 149 feet, 6 inches, long and spans White Lick Creek. The Big Four Railroad Bridge was built by the Big Four Railroad and built in 1906. It is a three-span concrete structure and spans White Lick Creek and County Road 150 East. Associated with the bridges is a cut stone railroad abutment built about 1870. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.

Hendricks County Airport (FAA LID: 2R2), also known as Gordon Graham Field, is a public airport at 2749 Gordon Graham Blvd. in Danville, a town in Hendricks County, Indiana, United States. Owned by the Indianapolis Airport Authority, it is located 13 miles (21 km) west of the central business district of Indianapolis and serves as a reliever airport for Indianapolis International Airport. The airport is also two miles (3 km) southeast from the center of Danville.

Leander Campbell House, also known as the Judge Brill House, is a historic home located at Danville, Hendricks County, Indiana. It was built in 1858 as a simple 1+1⁄2-story brick I-house. It was extensively remodeled and updated in the Queen Anne style about 1885. It has a slate hipped roof and features a centrally placed three-story tower on the front facade. Also on the property are the contributing summer kitchen and brick garage. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

Wilson-Courtney House, also known as the Courtney House, is a historic home located at Danville, Hendricks County, Indiana. It was built between 1848 and 1850, and is a 1+1⁄2-story frame dwelling with a one-story rear ell and Greek Revival style design elements. Also on the property is a contributing smokehouse.: 5  It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Dr. Jeremiah and Ann Jane DePew House is a historic home located at Danville, Hendricks County, Indiana. It was built in 1858, and is a two-story, five-bay, I-house with a one-story rear ell and Greek Revival style design elements. A full width American Craftsman style front porch was added after 1936.: 5  It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

Ora Adams House is a historic home located at Danville, Hendricks County, Indiana. It was built in 1883, and is a one-story, Queen Anne style frame cottage. It has a cross-gable roof and sits on a brick foundation. It is the only extant building associated with first campus buildings of the Central Normal School. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.

Danville station is a former interurban railway station in Danville, Indiana, located at the corner of Marion Street and Indiana Street. It was the terminal of the Danville branch. Service between Danville and Indianapolis began on September 1, 1905. The station building was constructed by the Terre Haute, Indianapolis and Eastern Traction Company between 1907 and 1920. A planned line between here and Amo never materialized. Interurban service ceased in October 1930. After rail service ended, the building served as an automotive repair garage.

Hendricks County Jail and Sheriff's Residence, also known as Hendricks County Museum, is a historic home and jail located at Danville, Hendricks County, Indiana. It was built in 1866–1867, and is a two-story, Second Empire style brick building with a three-story square tower. It has a slate mansard roof and segmental arched openings. It consists of the former Sheriff's residence in front and a one-story rear wing with later additions containing the jail. The building has housed the Hendricks County Museum since 1974. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. It is located in the Danville Courthouse Square Historic District. Danville Main Street Historic District is a national historic district located at Danville, Hendricks County, Indiana. The district encompasses 42 contributing buildings and 2 contributing structures in the central business district of Danville. The district developed between about 1865 and 1960 and includes notable examples of Italianate, Classical Revival, Beaux-Arts, and Tudor Revival style architecture. Located in the district is the separately listed Hendricks County Jail and Sheriff's Residence. Other notable buildings include the Hall Block (c. 1900), Danville Public Library (1902-1903), Hendricks County Courthouse (1915), and Danville Post Office (1936). It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.

Center Township is one of twelve townships in Hendricks County, Indiana, United States. As of the 2010 census, its population was 12,167.

Gale is an unincorporated community in Center Township, Hendricks County, Indiana, United States. Gale is located on the east side of Danville, just along country road 300 east. A post office called Gale was established in 1882, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1906.
