South Walnut Street Historic District is a national historic district located at Edinburgh, Johnson County, Indiana. The district encompasses 41 contributing buildings in a predominantly residential section of Edinburgh. It developed between about 1850 and 1935, and includes notable examples of Greek Revival, Italianate, Queen Anne, Romanesque Revival, and Bungalow / American Craftsman style architecture. The dwellings include tiny works' cottages, modest middle-class homes, and large expensive homes of the wealthy. Notable buildings include the First Christian Church (1887, now House of Mercy Full Gospel Church) and the Methodist Church. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.

It developed between about 1854 and 1941, and includes notable examples of Italianate, Late Victorian and Classical Revival style architecture. Notable buildings include the Edinburgh Interurban Depot (1919), Mooney House (c. 1865), A. C. Thompson / Danner Building (1854), A. C. Thompson Bank (1872), Masonic Temple (1915), IOOF Building (1888), Central Hotel / Toner House (1855), and Edinburgh Town Hall (1920). It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.

The dwellings include a collection of substantial homes with high historic integrity. Notable buildings include the Edinburgh Presbyterian Church (1916), and former marble shop and weight house (c. 1880). It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.

Edinburgh Community High School is a public high school located in the south suburban Indianapolis community of Edinburgh, Indiana, United States. The campus consists of the 1957 Lancer Gymnasium and vocational wing, which are interconnected via walkway to the two-story academic wing, built in 1971. A community center and administration building were built north of the high school in 1980.

Furnas Mill Bridge, also known as County Bridge No. 7080, is a historic Pratt through truss located in Blue River Township, Johnson County, Indiana. It was built in 1891 by the King Iron Bridge Co. The bridge consists of two 120 foot long spans, with a 16 foot wide roadway. The bridge rests on limestone block abutments and a central pier. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.
