Little Dipper is a wooden roller coaster located at Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, Illinois. It was originally built in 1950 by Philadelphia Toboggan Coasters and previously operated at Kiddieland Amusement Park in Melrose Park, Illinois until the park closed in September 2009. On November 24, 2009, Six Flags Great America purchased the ride for $33,000 at an auction. The ride was relocated and reopened on May 27, 2010, in its original configuration within the Yukon Territory section of Six Flags Great America.

X-Flight is a steel roller coaster located at Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, Illinois. Designed and built by Bolliger & Mabillard, the ride opened as the fourth Wing Coaster in the world and the second in the United States on May 16, 2012. It replaced both the Splashwater Falls and Great American Raceway attractions. The 3,000-foot-long (910 m) roller coaster features barrel rolls, high-speed drops, and a signature fly-through element, where the train narrowly misses a support structure – designed to look like an air traffic control tower – as it passes through an opening known as a keyhole element.

The Flash: Vertical Velocity (formerly known as Vertical Velocity or V2) is an inverted steel roller coaster located at Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, Illinois. Manufactured by Intamin under the trade name "Twisted Impulse Coaster", this launched shuttle-style coaster, located in the DC Universe (formerly Yankee Harbor) section of the park, has been operating since May 18, 2001.

American Eagle is a wooden racing roller coaster located at Six Flags Great America theme park in Gurnee, Illinois. It was the first wooden roller coaster designed by Intamin of Switzerland and was built in 1981 by the contracting firm Figley-Wright at a cost of $10 million. While most of the records have since been broken, American Eagle had the longest drop and fastest speeds among wooden roller coasters when it debuted and is still recognized as a top racing coaster in the United States.

Sprocket Rockets is a steel roller coaster located at Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, Illinois. This is a junior coaster with a height restriction of only 36 inches (910 mm). Opened in 1998, it is a Vekoma "roller-skater" model roller coaster. It is located in the Camp Cartoon section of the park, in Yukon Territory, as the headline attraction. It was originally named Spacely's Sprocket Rockets and themed to The Jetsons. It was renamed to Sprocket Rockets in 2018.Sprocket Rockets is the second junior-coaster built at the park. The first, was a Bradley & Kaye Little Dipper named Gulf Coaster; however, it only operated in the 1976 season. Fires and other issues forced the park to close it.

Firebird is a floorless roller coaster located at Six Flags America in Prince George's County, Maryland. The roller coaster had originally debuted in 1990 as a stand-up roller coaster named Iron Wolf at Six Flags Great America. It was later relocated to Six Flags America in 2012 and renamed Apocalypse, under which it operated until 2018.The roller coaster was the first to be built by Swiss manufacturer Bolliger & Mabillard. When known as Iron Wolf, the roller coaster briefly held world records among stand-up roller coasters for height (100-foot or 30-metre) and speed (55 miles per hour or 89 kilometres per hour) before being surpassed several years later.

Goliath is a wooden roller coaster located at Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, Illinois. Manufactured by Rocky Mountain Construction (RMC) and designed by Alan Schilke, the roller coaster features RMC's Topper Track design and opened to the public on June 19, 2014. Goliath initially set three world records among wooden coasters, having the longest drop at 180 feet (55 m), the steepest angle of 85 degrees, and the fastest speed of 72 mph (116 km/h). It still holds the record for the longest drop and fastest wooden roller coaster. In addition, the ride also features two inversions and a maximum descent that reaches 15 feet (4.6 m) below ground level. Goliath was constructed over a nine-month period on the site previously occupied by Iron Wolf, a steel roller coaster removed in 2011 and relocated to Six Flags America. Goliath's opening allowed Great America to claim the title of having the most wooden track in one park, a recognition that was later claimed by Kings Island. Following its record-breaking debut, the coaster was well-received by the media and enthusiasts, and it has consistently ranked in the top 25 among wooden coasters in the annual Golden Ticket Awards publication from Amusement Today.

Ragin' Cajun is a steel mouse roller coaster at Six Flags America in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Manufactured by Zamperla and Reverchon Industries, the design is a "Crazy Mouse", which is similar to a "Wild Mouse." Crazy Mouse coasters' cars freely spin during the second half of the ride, but Wild Mouse coasters' cars do not. The ride runs five cars at a time, and each car holds up to four riders with a maximum of three adults. Ragin' Cajun previously operated at Six Flags Great America from 2004 to 2013.

Whizzer, originally Willard's Whizzer, is an Anton Schwarzkopf Speedracer roller coaster located at Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, Illinois. It was one of two identical roller coasters built for the Marriott Corporation for each of their “Great America” parks at their debut in 1976, with an identical version of the Whizzer at California's Great America. Marriott continued to operate both parks until selling them in 1984. Manufactured by Anton Schwarzkopf of Germany, the two rides were the last “Speedracer” models ever built. The California Whizzer was dismantled in 1988 while the Illinois Whizzer remains in operation, as one of only two Speedracers still in existence worldwide (the other operating as Broca (formerly known as Zambezi Zinger) at Parque Nacional Del Café in Montenegro, Colombia).

Mardi Gras Hangover was a fire ball attraction located at Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, Illinois, United States. Located in the Mardi Gras section, the attraction was themed on the Mardi Gras celebration. Manufactured by Larson International, the ride opened on May 22, 2018 as the tallest fire ball amusement ride in the world at a height of 100 feet (30 m) tall. Billed by Six Flags Great America as a "loop roller coaster” and the park's sixteenth coaster, the name was called inaccurate by experts and critics as the ride lacked reliance on the force of gravity, relying more on motorized wheels. The ride reached speeds of up to 30 miles per hour (48 km/h) with its seating being described as "face-off."

Giant Drop is a drop tower ride located at Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, Illinois, United States. Manufactured by Intamin, the ride opened to the public on April 26, 1997, as part of a three-phase plan for the park's Southwest Territory area. The attraction opened alongside Dare Devil Dive, a skycoaster attraction, in the County Fair section of the park. Set in the Loco Diablo Mine, the ride is themed as an ore excavator built by the fictional Southwest Mining Company. The ride received a temporary re-theme in 2017 under the name Drop of Doom featuring virtual reality headsets in partnership with Samsung. At a height of 227 ft (69 m), the ride is the second tallest attraction at Six Flags Great America, behind Sky Trek Tower at 330 ft (100 m).

Alpine Bobsled is a steel bobsled roller coaster located at The Great Escape and Hurricane Harbor amusement park in Queensbury, New York. Manufactured by Intamin, the coaster first opened to the public in 1984 at Six Flags Great Adventure. It was relocated to Six Flags Great America in 1989, and then to Great Escape in 1998.
