The Feliks Stamm Monument (Polish: Pomnik Feliksa Stamma) is a bronze statue in Warsaw, Poland, placed in the Mier Park, near John Paul II Avenue, in the North Downtown neighbourhood. It is dedicated to Feliks Stamm, a 20th-century boxer and coach. The monument was designed by Lubomir Grigorov, and unveiled on 21 May 2019.

The Mier Park (Polish: Park Mirowski), also known as the Downtown Park (Polish: Park Śródmiejski), is an urban park in Warsaw, Poland. The park is located in the district of Downtown, between Jana Pawła II Avenue, Marszałkowska Street, Mier Halls, and the Za Żelazną Bramą neighbourhood.

The Piotr Drzewiecki Monument (Polish: Pomnik Piotra Drzewieckiego) is a monument in Warsaw, Poland, placed in the Mier Park, within the Downtown district. It consists of a bust of Piotr Drzewicki, a 19th- and 20th-century engineer and politician, who was the mayor of Warsaw from 1917 to 1921. The monument was unveiled on 2 March 2023.

PZU Tower is a skyscraper office building in Warsaw, Poland, within the Downtown district. It is placed at 24 John Paul II Avenue, at the corner with Grzybowska Street, within the neighbourhood of North Downtown. The building has 28 storeys, with its height to the roof measuring 94 m, and its total height to its roof being 97 m. The building was constructed between 1997 and 2000, and designed by architects Tadeusz Spychała, Wojciech Popławski, and Willibald Furst, from the architecture firm Spychała & Partnerzy. Until 2022, it housed the headquarters of the insurance company Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń (PZU).

Iron-Gate Square (Plac Żelaznej Bramy) is a large open space in the city center of Warsaw. The square took its name from a large iron gate that once secured the western boundary of the Saxon Garden.

Żelazna Brama, also designated as the Neighbourhood No. 3, is a municipal neighbourhood of the city of Warsaw, Poland, located within the district of Śródmieście, and administered by a neighbourhood council. It is located within the City Information System area of Śródmieście Północne.

The Nożyk Synagogue (Polish: Synagoga Nożyków) is the only surviving prewar Jewish house of prayer in Warsaw, Poland. It was built in 1898-1902 and was restored after World War II. It is still operational and currently houses the Warsaw Jewish Commune, as well as other Jewish organizations.

The White Building (Polish: Biały Budynek) is a historic three-storey building in Warsaw, Poland, located in the neighbourhood of North Downtown, at 6 Twarda Street. It was built prior to 1869, and is now used as an office building of the Union of Jewish Religious Communities in Poland.

The Mier Barracks, also known as the Crown Horse Guard Barracks, and the Wielopole Barracks, is a historic complex of military barracks in Warsaw, Poland, located at 3 Chłodna Street, in the neighbourhood of Mirów within the district of Wola. Built in 1732, it originally consisted of six two-storey-tall buildings, placed in two rows on both sides of the street, with two buildings remaining to the present day. Upon opening, it housed the Crown Horse Guard Regiment, and was later used by the Army of Congress Poland until 1851, when it became a fire station of the Warsaw Fire Guard. Currently, it houses the Rescue and Firefighting Unit no. 4 of the State Fire Service.

The Tadeusz Kościuszko Monument in Warsaw (Polish: Pomnik Tadeusza Kościuszki w Warszawie) is a statue dedicated to commemorate the national hero of Poland, Lithuania, Belarus, and the United States, general Tadeusz Kościuszko (1746–1817), and situated on the Iron-Gate Square in front of the Lubomirski Palace.

The Guest Court (Polish: Gościnny Dwór) was a retail building in Warsaw, Poland, operating between 1841 and 1939. It was located in the neighbourhood of North Downtown, at the intersection of Rynkowa and Skórzana Streets, and the Iron Gate Square.

Cosmopolitan Twarda 2/4, formerly known as Twarda Tower or Hines Tower, is a mainly residential skyscraper (160 meters high, 44 storeys) in central Warsaw, Poland. The project was developed by Tacit Development Polska. The tower includes 252 apartments ranging from 54 to 198 square metres (580 to 2,130 sq ft), with a net total area of above-ground floors of as much as 32,000 m2 (340,000 sq ft). Four penthouses are planned to be situated on the top floor. Its ground floor along Twarda Street is to provide commercial space for shops and services and its underground part has been designed to accommodate a 300-vehicle car park. The first plans of building developed on this plot were revealed in 2006 when Foundation Shalom appointed leading Polish architect Stefan Kuryłowicz to design a tower. Soon after the Foundation was forced through lack of funds to sell the plot to Tacit Development. A new design was prepared by German architect Helmut Jahn. Up to 2011 Hines was the developer of the scheme, but Tacit, the investor behind the scheme, took it over. Cosmopolitan Twarda 2/4 was the tallest completed residential building in Warsaw, and second in Poland (after Sky Tower in Wrocław). It fell to third place upon Złota 44's completion.
