"The Maryland State Fair is an annual event held in the state of Maryland. It is hosted at the Maryland State Fairgrounds, located near York and Timonium roads in Timonium. As of 2006, the fair has been traditionally scheduled for a duration of 11 days. It typically begins in late August and concludes around Labor Day."

Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum is a cemetery and mausoleum in Timonium, Maryland, a Baltimore County suburban community. It is located at 200 E. Padonia Rd, about two miles (3 km) east from the Padonia Road exit off Interstate 83. The 7th and 6th holes of the Longview Golf Course border much of the cemetery; the other borders are Padonia Road and a residential neighborhood. The cemetery's administrative offices are directly across the street from the main entrance to the burial park. Another entrance leading to Gibbons Road is normally kept locked.

The Historical Society of Baltimore County (HSBC) was founded in 1959 with the goal of preserving, interpreting, and illustrating the history of Baltimore County for the benefit of present and future generations of Marylanders, and is a resource for those interested in researching both local and family history. As the HSBC describes it, they "continually accomplish" their mission "through the production of presentations, lectures, workshops, entertaining educational publications, historical tours, and exhibits." Centrally located in Cockeysville, Maryland, the Society operates out of the Agriculture Building, the former Baltimore County Almshouse, which was built in 1872 and used to house the poor and mentally ill of Baltimore County until 1958.A nonprofit organization, the Society maintains a library and research facility. Since 1966, the Society has published History Trails, a county history journal which the Society defines as "semi-academic" and a "popular history publication."From 2014 to 2018, HSBC received an annual $12,000 operating grant from the Baltimore County Executive and Baltimore County Council, which are awarded to "organizations whose programs demonstrate significant impact on the quality of life of Baltimore County residents." In 2018, an African American Heritage Preservation Program Grant workshop, for the Maryland Historical Trust, was held at the HSBC. It also partners with other museum organizations for programming.

The school serves a generally upper-middle class suburban community, with students from Timonium and surrounding areas in Baltimore County. It is situated on 45 acres (18 ha) adjacent to Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.

Mays Chapel is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Baltimore County, Maryland, United States. The population was 11,420 at the 2010 census.

Lutherville Historic District is a national historic district in Lutherville, Baltimore County, Maryland, United States. It is an irregularly shaped urban entity founded in 1852 as a summer resort and suburb of Baltimore City. Single-family dwellings on large lots characterize the community and most of the structures predate World War I, although ranch-type and "colonial" houses have appeared in the past few decades.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1972.
